Chattering and gossiping with the clanking of utensils is heard in the Prison compound.
All inmates were gathered in a compound for lunch, followed by planned games and educational activities.
Inmates lined up to get their lunch. Everyone was grinning with a happy expression and salivating mouth on today's special menu.
Smoked Chicken burger with fries.
Spaghetti meatballs
Chocolate fudge.
Suddenly a sharp cry garnered everyone's attention.
People rushed towards the corridor where the scream came from.
Sophia was lying on the floor on her stomach screaming help.
Rizi was on sitting on her back with one hand tightly holding Sophia's wrist twisting on her back.
Her legs clamped Sophia's legs tightly to stop her movements.
With other hand, she grabbed a fistful of Sophia's hair, and with a loud thud, she banged her head on the floor.
"Say you fucking wench! Aren't you tired of this shit? will you dare to touch me or my things again? One more time you pull a dirty trick like this and I will fucking kill you. Do you understand?"
Rizi's eyes were raged with murderous intent.
Once more, with a full force, she banged Sophia's head on the floor. Blood started seeping from Sophia's forehead and she fainted.
Seeing her motionless, Rizi casually stood up.
She patted her clothes to clear dust and shot dagger at everyone who came to enjoy the scene minutes ago.
She adjusted her clothes.
Her dark aura emitting killing intent intimidated the crowd.
She turned and calmly walked towards the kitchen as if nothing happened.
Everyone was dumbstruck.
Rizi was having kitchen duty today. Sophia always has one or the other trick up her sleeves to harass her.
Sophia stole Rizi's jade pendant from her cell. It was a gift from her mother and her only last belonging. Rizi was furious.
Adding fuel to the fire, Sophia blackmailed Rizi to sleep with one of the security guard who was lusting on her from her very first day in return of her pendant.
Sophia had a deal with the guard to get her week's stock of cocaine in return of luring Rizi to desolate pantry room.
Such audacity!
Hearing her absurd demand, Rizi snapped and then everyone witnessed what happened in the Corridor.
10 weeks in prison made her hard as a shell.
She was skinnier and tanned.
Gentleness in her eyes now replaced with darkness.
After a few weeks of torture from Sasha, Jazz, and Sophia during her lowest time in the first few weeks. Rizi had enough.
She was not a weakling, but sadness & grief consumed her thoroughly. She lost confidence and zeal to fight back. She had learned Martial arts and basic self-defense as part of her childhood training. But was also raised to present herself as more noble and ladylike.
Betrayal by Zain and her father's death had done quite a number on her.
But during 6th week she learned that she is pregnant. That changed everything.
She realized she had to become strong to protect her child and leave aside all grievances and pain.
She had to stand up for prestige otherwise these bitches in here will climb on her head.
The very same week she got into a fight with Sasha when Sasha tried to push her from the stairs.
Her motherly instinct became strong and with murderous aura Rizi has beaten Sasha to the pulp. It was an ugly fight. But Rizi successfully protected herself and her baby from any injury or harm.
Next day, Sasha was transferred to another prison as she was caught snorting cocaine with her fuck buddy who happened to be one of the security guards at midnight by Warden.
Rizi turned on tap and started doing dishes.
After a while, Warden came to her.
"Rizi D'Souza, you have a visitor. Please come with me."
Rizi was surprised, she was not expecting anyone.
No one came to visit her so far. Moreover there was no one who will make an effort to visit her. Her distant relatives were not that much involved with her family.
Rizi curiously followed Warden to the visitation hall.
She saw a tall handsome young man with cobalt blue eyes checking his wrist watch.
Dressed in a black suit with a white shirt and a black tie, his 6' feet well-built physique emitting a dignifying aura.
His neatly gelled dark brown hair was making him look like a perfect gentleman.
Rizi walked towards the man with stunned expressions.
"Jason!"
Jason turned towards her and his cold straight face curved into a beautiful smile.
"Zi!"
