Chapter 25

Rose's Pov:

I stretch smiling to look down and see Ryders arm draped across my waist I can't help but pull his hand closer to mine linking ours together, for the first time in forever I had a good dream last night and it now makes me want to have him in my bed every night, I huddle under the covers but see something in my fly screen my face goes pale I huddle back further into Ryders broad chest he pulls me closer "Hey you okay?" He asks while tucking a stray hair behind my ear I turn into his chest trembling in fear he pulls me closer to him, "Hey, Hey it's okay petals I'm here, I'm here" he said reassuringly he rubs circles on my back as his breathing made me shut my eyes again, I close my eyes trying to forget the letter and Jace all together as my only thoughts are on Ryder and his steady heart beat.

Ryder's Pov:

As she starts to slowly fall asleep I rest my head on the head board as I look towards the window I realised something stuck in the fly screen I lift her head slowly and place it back down on the pillow covering her up I furrow my eyebrows as I round the bed and to see it's addressed to me with Angel's hand writing 'How the fuck, she's dead' I open the fly screen making sure to double look behind me that Rose hadn't heard, I lift it up grabbing it sliding it through and silently walking out looking back at her shutting the door. 

I look at the letter sitting there on the table 'she's suppose to dead I saw the video but the video was cut short so she could be....no she’s dead ' I say in thought I pick it up tearing it open and taking out the piece of paper.

Letter:

Dear Ryder if your reading this than I'm most likely already dead I don't know what you got yourself in to and I don't want to ask but by the time you get this there's something I want you to know, I knew that you were involved in the wrong kinds of stuff but I don't care your my big brother the kind, generous, caring one and any girl in her right mind will be lucky to have you I just want you to know that whatever you've done don't blame yourself it wasn't your fault these people this girl who is about to end my life I can see the fear lingering in her eyes off camera she was pacing around saying she couldn't do it, she was forced Ryder if you find the video of her killing me don't kill her please and if you get this after and she's already dead I don't blame you anger can be bottled up and it can explode just promise me one thing, you keep your humanity and I want you to stop the killing don't please.....don't kill to satisfy your revenge, one day when you meet that special girl that gives you that spark I want you to tell her from me to look after you and produce me nieces and nephews, I'm laughing to myself right now hopefully she takes good care of you don't let your anger cloud your judgement and if this girl knows who you really are and what you do and accepts your flaws than she's worth keeping protect her at all costs.....I wish we had more time....more time for me to meet her to become a bridesmaid and to be at the christening but I can't be there I'll be watching from above I love you Ryder your everything to me and your the best big brother I could ever have I love you so so much take care with all my love

I didn’t notice a tear went down my cheek I wiped it while putting it back in the letter as I than turned around as I heard a snicker “Angels letter already seen it...” Liam said in a cold heartless tone I get up as I clench my fists in anger he’s always had a motive the moment he stepped foot in this house “Who the fuck are you working for Liam?!” I exclaimed in anger, he smirks while replying “Shh better be quiet don’t want Rose to wake up do we” I clench my jaw “Let’s just pin point Ryder that I wouldn’t get comfortable if I were you....” he said while sitting on the sofa, I replied with “What do you mean don’t get comfortable” I question my teeth clench, “She’s not yours and you know that don’t you?” He taunts me and I don’t know how much I can take, “We both know who she belongs to and I’m just the hm ...” he snickers while he continues to speak “I don’t know what position I’m used in but I sure do like it” I snarl at him “She belongs to no one I know you have no soul that’s worth saving you don’t even care that Angel is dead your a heartless cold blooded dick”, I than hear Rose coming out her feet shuffling as she yawns “Heys guys what did I miss?” She said knowing we got into a predicament.
