I wake up in the morning and went for some exercises to keep my mind off everything that has been bothering me for a while now. I threw so many punches on the punchbag than usual with much force and was aggressive. Soon after my workout sessions I went for a bath in hot water to soothen me . After Zane left I lay on couch doing nothing but staring at the celing. Suddenly I remember my past normal for everyone to think about it after a slight conversation about it but there my eyes were filled with water.
