  " As I told you I was recovering from from my mother's death and there one day in the old town I met her and slowly fall in love and then she cheated on me with some other and I leave her. Due to pain and sadness to forget these awful memories I started to study harder then soon after I got this job which was a great distraction to me and I worked everyday like there is no tomorrow.   I wake up in the morning and went for some exercises to keep my mind off everything that has been bothering me for a while now. I threw so many punches on the punchbag than usual with much force and was aggressive. Soon after my workout sessions I went for a bath in hot water to soothen me .
