Chapter fifteen

MASON'S POV.

She seemed nice even if she tried to act tough. She was so beautiful.  Even Madison and Holly said so on our group chat. Mia wouldn't admit it because she is    just upset that people are being so obvious about her. Max hasn't made a move on her yet, I know he will after all this.

I don't want to do this. I could have backed out, but of course Mia had to bring Madison into this.

FLASHBACK

Why was I smirking?  Yeah. Mia spelled it for her  straight.  She was so void of emotions staring into nothing and watching us like a judge of" America's got talent " trying to be impressed.  Dennis cracked a lot of jokes to make her laugh,but shedidn't even smile and Mia dished the truth out on a plate for her and the look on her face made me smirk. 

"What Holly? "She smirks .

My girlfriend  is a devil.

I lean in and kiss her.

"Mia. That's not fair. Do you know how hard it is for her and I think her drinking from a straw might be her way of dealing with things or maybe she ... I don't know... but you shouldn't have done that ." My twin sister says.

I feel taken aback by  Madison words. Sam had been through a lot . Why the hell did she go to juvie ?

"Girl. You better watch your damn unless you don't want your brother to know where your business has been? "Mia warns  and I jump up.

"Meaning? "I ask Mia and the rest of them.  I notice the way Holly sends Mia warning signs. Madison and Dennis were shaking.  Max dug his head inside his bag like he was looking for something.

"Oh. You don't know about Dennis and Madison ." She asks and my blood starts boiling.  What the heck?

Just get it that I  am the protective brother. I grab Dennis shirt and pull him across the table to face him,ready to give him a punch and I'm transported to that boy and Sam. She had broken his nose . That girl is something else. She was so angry. She was ready to kill him on the spot.

"Mason.  Stop. This was why I didn't want to tell you . I knew you would act stupid.  " She warns and I release his shirt to stop people staring at us.

"Stupid? ! You are going out with the  biggest player of this school and trying to protect you is stupid?" I ask in disbelief.

"Player? We are all friends. He is your friend for fuck sake. And a saying says "show me your friends and I will tell you who you are " She throws her arm in the air. 

"I admit I am a player . OK?  My sister will not be played. "I say.

"Let's make this interesting shall we? " Mia says and we all turn to look at her.

"How? "I ask her.

"Mason will do anything to split Dennis and  Madison up. So, let's turn this into a competition . If Mason sleep with a girl I choose within  this term  . You will break up,if he can't sleep with her then you will stay together   ." She explains and I clench my fist . The thought of my sister heart being toyed with  makes me so  mad.

"Who is the girl?" I ask and she smirks.

"Sam." She replies.

I fucking knew it.

"No. I don't feel good.  Let's just break up." Dennis speaks up and Madison sobs.

"No. Dennis let him do it." She begs and I sneer at them  ." I love you. "

"Shut up." I tell her.

This is wrong,but this is also my sister that mom left in my care after dad left us.

"Nobody spills. "Mia warns and we all fall into silence.  I can tell Holly is angry cause she kept pinching the bridge of her nose in anger. Max leaves to do something, but I know he went to Sam to apologise for Mia's behaviour.  He's just looking for excuses to get into Sam's big ass. We know he won't spill.  He can use that to threaten her into sleeping with him. I know this is wrong but...

PRESENT TIME

Three months.   Three fucking months and I find myself falling hard for this girl. I know she hasn't shown me any emotions, but I found myself attracted to her. I loved watching her by her locker when she would write in that brown journal every morning.  I loved it when she sipped her juice with a straw and her eyes closed. I love it when she is texting on her billion dollar phone. I loved it when she wore all black with her hoodie over her head and a coloured sneaker to contradict the black. I loved it when she walked. I loved when she and Mia bickered, her voice sounded so soft like a mother reprimanding a child. I loved it when she walked away from fights that some jealous girls picked with her. I loved it when she fought bullies like her life depended on it. I loved noticing her when she is talking to herself and thinks  nobody notices her. At least I do . I love how she looks at Madison with admiration and at Holly's hair in wonder.

She probably does not like me and she will never  after she knows what I'm going to do to her.

I love my sister too and her also.

"Mason.  She is drunk already." Max comes to me with a sneer.

For three months, I had tried to break through her,but she was too fucking stubborn . She wouldn't even smile. Time was not on my side. This term ends in three weeks.  Dennis and Madison kissing and making out was getting on my nerves.  So I drugged her drink.

I stand up and walk to the room she was and prepared myself for what was going to happen.
