I still couldn't believe what had happened after the fight with Nereus. Zayn had actually been out to start another fight, the archangels had realized that too. You were understanding. And now? Today there were no more archangels. No, they had chosen one person to rule the kingdom of heaven. All had expected resistance from the guards and other angels, but they had all cheered and were happy to be able to dare a new beginning. From now on they weren't afraid to make a mistake anymore because they knew they would be forgiven. Even today, no one had known why Fare was not there. But today that should change. There was a knock on my door.     

"Yes?" I called out loud and stepped back from the balcony into the room in which Ty just came through the door. Speaking of Ty. After all of the archangels resigned from their posts, Ty had revealed to them who he really was. Namely a servant of Lucifer. 

"My queen," said Ty, bowing to me.

"You know you shouldn't call me that," I muttered. But I knew very well that he would not stop doing it. He made fun of teasing me with it. But I wanted to give him this fun. He had had far too little fun in his life, I wanted to change that now. 

"There's news from Fare and ... her companion," he announced and straightened up again. Your companion? What should that mean? Without saying anything, I followed him out of the room. He led me into the throne room, where all the former archangels were seated at a table. Just like Ezekiel, who had been recognized as an angel again - just for my sake, mind you - and Zayn, who was also a heavenly one again. I went to my seat, namely the throne, and looked excitedly into the other faces. They too seemed interested.  

"Where is she?" I asked Ty. I had sent him back to Lucifer then, but he hadn't left. I didn't know why until today. 

“I'm here,” it said at the end of the room. It was Fare that was written there. Right next to her Lucifer, who was holding her hand. I got up, laughing softly. 

"We haven't seen each other in ages," I said happily and ran up to Lucifer, who acknowledged everything with a laugh and pulled me into an embrace.

"Hello Little. Or should I say better, Queen? "

I groaned and freed myself from his grip.

"Okay, time for a new law," I said aloud. "From now on, it is forbidden for any of you to call me queen!"

They all accepted this law in silence.

"All right, except for Ty." I mumbled and winked at him. He smiled. 

"Why are you here?" With that, I turned back to Lucifer. Fare cleared his throat. 

"Lucifer and I ... we are ..."

She didn't even get to finish her sentence, because at my amazed look she fell silent.

“Well, lucky that you are no longer an archangel. Otherwise it would be forbidden. ", I giggled and looked at Lucifer full of enthusiasm.

I'm happy for you, Lulu. You must be really happy. I grant you both. By the way, you are a great match!

The devil stared at me in disbelief.

Lulu? he replied, almost in a whisper, to my voice in his head. I laughed and shrugged. 

Lucifer sounds so ... serious. And we both know that this doesn't suit you.

He snorted, but said nothing more. The others at the table were apparently too speechless to comment. But who was surprised. That Fare and Lucifer were now together, could not have been predicted, even with a fortune teller. Suddenly Fare fell on my neck. 

“Thank you so much, Nyria! Thanks to you I can now lead the life that I have always wished for. Because of you, there will always be peace in the kingdom of heaven. "

Her words made my cheeks flush. I couldn't see myself as a hero like everyone else did. Wasn't it Zayn, to whom we owed that I was now at the top.

"Speaking of news." Zayn interfered and stood up. "I also have something to announce."

Oh dear, what was he up to? All eyes were on him eagerly. They almost followed him as he strolled over to me and pulled me into his arms with a jerk. I suspected something, but I didn't want it to be true.

Several mouths were open. Stunned silence spread across the hall. I hit Zayn's chest angrily.

“You bastard, we wanted to wait to tell the others! Besides, you just ruined Fares and Lucifer's performance. ”I snarled at him. But he just laughed. 

"Baby, you never treat me to anything! It was eating away at me not to tell the others about it. ", He pouted. I heard some laugh and giggle. I leaned against him with a sigh. 

"Well, it doesn't matter now."

And then exactly what I wanted to prevent happened. Everyone congratulated us and wished us the best. They were happy with us, but the more they were happy, the less I did. Later, in the evening in bed, Zayn pulled me close and put his hands protectively on my stomach. I was only in my second month, but we could already feel the life growing inside me. 

“What's up, honey. You looked sad all day. "

I turned my face to him and looked up.

“I know that everything should be very easy now, but my feeling tells me it won't. I'm worried."

He smiled encouragingly and kissed my forehead.

“Nothing will happen, Nyria. You are powerful You are getting stronger every day and you know that. Neither you nor the little one will happen to you. Ezekiel, Chest and all the others ... they were once archangels, now they are your guardians. From now on everything is fine. "

When I looked into his brightly colored eyes, I knew he was right. The sky would never be cloudy again. I would take care of it myself!
