My Unknown Chat Mate

While walking down the hallway I saw online that today's generation were really depressed and wanted to commit suicide

I was really worried about it, for me all challenges must be faced not cry about it. And we can cry but suicide is not really an option.

In your life there are happy moments and sad moments without them, it's not called life---

"Lianne!!" What a shameless girl, I was about to say a quote though. What is that she want?

"Lianne come on!" she said while pulling my arm

Can she slow down? I might fall because of her, She cannot be serious, dragging me like that with stupid reasons.

"Wait! wait! stop, where are we going?" I ask 

"Wha--- Lianne we will eat our lunch together remember?" I said "Oh I didn't know that or maybe I forgot it or something"

I really forget things and I didn't notice about the time.

By the way, Im Lianne Danielle Alvarez 18 years of age, chubby but pretty, and the girl who disturbed me while daydreaming was my best friend Naomi Sian Sakamaki, a half japanese girl 

I didn't not notice that she brought me to the canteen, when somebody called our names 

"Naomi! Lianne!" It was my other best friend who called us, Kiara Fritz Martin

Later on while we were having our lunch together, I noticed Naomi look at Kiara with disgust in her eyes, I also look at Kiara and I was shocked about it, she's eating like a wild animal or maybe a person that hasn't eaten for months

"Geez Kiara, you look like a wild animal slow down" Naomi said while looking at her with disgust in her eyes 

"Oh sorry to bother, I'm really starving since you went out to look for Lianne and I waited her for you two to comeback" she said while her mouth was full 

"It's not my fault, It took me a while to look for Lianne" Naomi said

They start defending theirselves, like there doing a debate I sighed 

"Can we just eat? Fine, it's my fault" I said while secretly rolled my eyes 

While were eating, I can't help to shriek when a girl shouted 

"Liam!! Kyahh" She screams, I rolled my eyes, seriously big brother what does he want now 

"Get out on my way that's my husband" A girl said, then another girl shush her up, but it seems that there fighting each other because of my brother 

Liam Jhay Alvarez, his my kuya (big bother) one of the popular guys in the school, his popular that every girl starts to dream to claim him. But kuya is not really interested to the girls who wants her, he only wants Naomi, He is courting Naomi for a while now. 

Though Kuya is not only the famous guy in school, also his friends, Shiro Park Kiara's boyfriend, Andre Valdez the silent type guy. Some say that Andre is a playboy but I know there wrong, his sweet and kind well not to everybody, Andre is my childhood best friend, so I know him so well.

And lastly Ace Franz Anderson the leader of their group, he is also the silent type guy and he is a guy who plays with the girl's feelings, well that's what I've heard 

"Hey Little sis" Kuya greeted me while messing my hair, I pouted and fixed my hair 

"Kuya stop! look what you did to my hair" I said while fixing it 

"Naomi look your best friend is starting to be finicky" kuya said while sitting beside Naomi, but Naomi didn't even care she is busy eating her ice cream 

"By the way... Kiara, Shiro is waiting for you at the band room" Kuya said to her, Kiara smiled and said goodbye to us 

God! It's hard that your the only one who is single!! 

"By the way kuya, have you seen Andre?". I asked. 

"Nope why? Have you two been dating now?" He asked while forming a weird smile 

"Oh come on kuya no! Its not funny" I said to him

He laughed "And by the way, you two, you have a volleyball practice it'll start in 30 minutes" Kuya said "Naomi you can come with if you want" kuya said while smiling.

"Nah I'll go with Lianne though" Naomi answered and I smiled to her, aww she's sweet.

"Alright then, I'll see you my queen" Kuya said while winked at her

"Aww, thank you for coming with me" I said while smiling

She smiled at her and invited to the gym for our volleyball practice 

"So, shall we go now?" 

"Not yet, I ordered a burger earlier" she said 

My eyes widened "Wait what?" I said and chuckled 

"Finding you back there wasn't easy, specially you got me starving" she said 

I suddenly felt a little bit guilty 

"Hey Lianne, why are you searching for Andre something the matter?" She asked 

"No, he just he promised me that he'll walk with me after school" she said. 

"You and Andre are very close, do you have feelings for him?" She asked.

That make want to spill all the water out when she said that.

"No, no. His just my best friend" he said to me.

"That's really harsh" she said.

"What?" I asked.

"Nothing" she answered and eat her burger.

After that she actually burped and that makes to laugh at her, God! I didn't expect her to be hungry like that.

"Okay let's go now I'm really full" she said, we go out from the canteen together when suddenly my phone rang, I hurriedly picked it up.

"Hey! Lianne I'll go ahead, I have to deliver something" she said, I just noded at her while answering the phone.

"Hello?"

"[hi sweetie can you come home early?]" 

It was my mom.

"I'm not sure I still have a volleyball practice" 

"[Be careful okay?]" 

I smiled. 

"Don't worry mom, I'll be with Andre" I said to her. 

"[That's good to hear, alright take care]"

After that I hung up, then someone sent a message to me it was labeled unknown.

"Where the hell are you? I'm already here waiting for you?!" the the text said and i don't know who this is.

Maybe just a wrong send?

I turned off my phone and put it in my bag and hurriedly went to the court for my volleyball practice. When I got to the gym they were starting and I was late.

"Alvarez! your late, go change now!" my coach yelled, she was angry.

After playing, sweat was covering my body. Coach gives us a five minute break. When my phone rang again and it was the same person who chatted me again.

"Lian where are you?!... I've waited for you and not even your shadow came, you b*tch!!"

Like what did they just say.

"The hell!!... Yes I'm Lianne and who are you what an animal!!" I replied.

After our volleyball practice, I changed my clothes and I say my goodbyes to my team as I see a student leaning at a wall, and waved at me.

I smiled and walk closer to me.

"Your here" I said with excitement.

"Well as promised" he said. 

While walking home we bought snacks together and laugh and talking, I had fun doing it with him. 

Even though we came to college I was really happy that our relationship as a best friend didn't break, even though challenges came.

Though I really wanted to last this forever, but we can't, Andre has something to do for school and I also need to go home as well, since college year started we don't actually bond too much we're very busy for school. But still we understand each other, but we also have time to talk through phones but it's better to talk to him personally.

"So I'll be going now" I said to him.

He hugged me, and it feels so good, I miss this.

"Be careful okay, I'll see you tomorrow then?" He said to me and smiled. 

I nod "sure bye!" I said. 

Before I opened the door, I just hear the messenger tone, but I realized the unknown chat mate earlier, I hate someone will interrupt my nice day. So I decided not to look at it.
