" The alarm kept buzzing beside the drawer close to my bed, it made me sick that I had to stretch my hands so I could off the sound it made.

But it strikes the ground and stopped buzzing, which I was pleased about.

"Mary wake up! you  are going to be late for practice, my dad yelled at 6 p.m. on a Saturday morning.

Maybe some little introduction of myself Would do?

I'm Mary David.

"I live in Netherlands, to cut every drama, I am ugly.

"When I implied ugly", I am truly what I believed.

You won't believe what I have just said, but this little description of me would totally make you believe me.

I was that girl you could imagine to have very short messy hair, with a mole on the face, braces on the teeth, and giant pimples.

"Who would want to go out with an ugly nerd like me? I guess no one.

I had always had guys. who I had crushed on, But they obviously have no single idea about that.

I believe having a crush was a waste of time since they fade away gently.

I actually loved to bake. 

"I guess I got that from my mom, I had been living in this estate for a long period of time".

"Okay dad I'm fully up" I dragged the blanket with me as it slowly slipped away from my grip.

I used my hands to scratch my ass, it seems something has bitten me and it was actually painful.

I stared at my messy short hair in the furnished reflector, before using my fingers to brush through them.

" I stretched my hands to my pink brush holder to get my brush and toothpaste.

I kept stretching since my hands weren't getting a grip on the toothpaste and toothbrush.

I stretched a little longer before getting a grip on both of them.

"I let the water from the toilet sink rush as I applied my toothpaste", I closed my eyes immediately the toothbrush was inside my mouth and working magic.

When I was done, I laid down beside the toilet door taking much nap as I could.

"My stepmom knocked on the toilet door making me startle and realize I was getting late for my dance practice.

"Oh yes?

My dad had married my step-mother when my mom died when I was 8, My mom had died of breast cancer.

"I never felt bad for once or missed my mom a lot since my step-mother always made me feel loved".

"Hey Mary" we have new neighbors, you might want to bake them some banana muffins?

"Sure Lilian", I yelled.

Hurry up for breakfast you don't want your dad and I finishing your own portion of the meal, she joked.

"I heard the room door close gently.

Yes, I call my step-mom by her name?

She said it was best we became best friends and close pals from theirs.

"My step-mom had actually told me she had a son, which was actually my age group".

But we haven't met before since he lived and grew up with his father.

"She got divorced from her husband", for some reason I don't no.

She had told me her son was going to be living with us this summer, I was a bit pleased since I had no siblings.

" I was the only child of my mom and dad, a list I was going to have a sibling soon".

I know we weren't real siblings but I was ready to be his sibling, I didn't care to ask why he was going to live with us? Because I cared less about that.

"I left the bathroom soon after I took my shower, I took my big polo shirt and baggy trousers which was my usual way of outfitting from my closet.

"I didn't bother arranging my room or making myself look civilized, I dragged my snickers and took my bag while closing my room door".

You could classify me as tattered which I didn't care about.

I strolled down the stairs to the kitchen balcony dropping my bag and heading to the kitchen.

Hello Baby, Lilian said giving me a peck.

Good morning Lilian? Morning baby mary she replied.

"I hope you slept well"? Yes! I replied.

What should I help with? I asked.

You should take this sausage to the dinning your dad must be all hungry.

"I grabbed the sausage to the dinning".

Morning dad? I said strolling to give my dad a peck on the cheek.

He was so engrossed in the morning newspaper, as he raised his eye and smiled at me before returning to his newspaper.

"Feeling defeated by not gaining his attention", Dad table manners' I said.

Oh, honey, I am almost done he said with pleading eyes.

I checked my time it 6:40 already, I shove my pie inside my mouth and gulping down my orange juice.

Dad, I am late.

I said hanging my backpack and pecking him on the cheek.

"have a great day he said", sure daddy.

Lilian, I love you?

I love you more I heard her say.

Today De... would be coming, I didn't let her complete her statement as I closed the door.

I strolled to the garage to unlock my bicycle, I climbed on it as I strode down the street.

"I sighted the new neighbor, they were so busy bringing down their items from the van parked in front of their home".

The teenage boy within my age - group stared at me as I stared back not withdrawing my gaze.

" I didn't notice the car in front of me,  as it hit me.

I fell on the floor with a lot of pains, I stared at the direction of my new neighbor but the boy was gone.

Wicked jerk, I thought.

The driver door opened, Are you okay?

The young teenage boy asked.

"Yes? I am fine.

I nodded my head.

I am so sorry and embarrassed for not looking at my front, I apologized.

"It fine, he said.

I took my bicycle from the floor.

I could hear him pick his phone which was ringing.

"Yes, mom? I am at the estate.

I heard him say.

"As I ride my bicycle not to get any delay".

"I reached My school where I had the dance practice", my best friend forced me to join the dancing group.

Since she was going to be lonely every Saturday during practice.

I wasn't the best of a dancer, but I could try on most dancing moves.

My school was divided into the nerd dancing squad and the popular dancing squad.

You could really guess the one I fell into.
