"I parked my bicycle close to the parking lot, I bent down to try to chain the bicycle".

I kept trying to fix the chain, but it was really giving a tough time.

"Oh damn it", I said in frustration.

I was About giving up.

When I heard a voice.

Mary? "I knew that voice, it was actually my best friend's voice Carly Davis.

We have been best of friends since grade 7, she wasn't all nerdy like I was.

"She was just the direct opposite of me".

She had long hair, smooth skin, beautiful, and dresses all sassy.

"Who would think Carly Davis would hang out with a nerd like me, I mean all the bad bitches want to hang out with her".

Carly Davis parent we're very rich and owned a mansion, you could actually get lost in their house.

Carly actually has a big brother who I find attractive, but he doesn't even care.

"He was among the school hotties and most handsome, you could classify him under the bad boy's team.

 She doesn't actually come to school with a bicycle as I do, A driver actually brings her to school every day.

Carly? I said standing up.

Does it seem we are both late for practice today? I said.

We may actually get eaten by the rest of the team, Carly said.

"We kept gisting about our summer break which was over already, till we got into the practice hall".

"Remember when I said we were actually divided into the popular dance squad and nerdy squad.

She gains the credit for that.

Hey, looser? A voice came.

It was from the most popular bitch Tracie, she finds joy in picking on me.

You don't have the right to call her a looser, Carly stood up for me.

Carly, you know if not for Mark your boyfriend, you wouldn't be here with this looser you call a friend! Tracie said.

Then I bet you are the looser, a list I got a boyfriend. But who do you call your boyfriend? Nobody.

All you do is sleep around with every girl's boyfriend in school. Don't you know what they call you?

I felt relieved when mark showed up.

"He immediately went to were  Carly stood and gave her a long French kiss".

Which actually made Tracie angry.

I bet he did it on purpose.

Everybody in school knew Tracie had a huge crush on Mark Robin Hood.

"In no time practice was over, we all went into the shower room to get dressed up".

Mary, would you mind dropping at my house? Carly asked.

Carly, you know how much I love to come over! But I didn't get permission from Lillian I said.

"Okay! okay", okay". It fine, but next time you should come over. Carly said

Carly later left with her boyfriend mark as I left for my shift at the bakery where I work.

I entered the bakery seeing Mr dolce was about leaving.

"Mr dolce was the owner of the bakery I worked in".

Sorry, Mr dolce for coming late, I said.

You should thank Romeo, he helped a little. Mr dolce said.

I entered the bakery kitchen, on seeing Romeo I kept apologizing.

I am so sorry Romeo, I said.

If you are truly sorry mary, one cup of coffee would do.

Romeo said.

Okay, a friendly coffee.

I said.

It isn't a date? He asked.

No, I said hitting him on the shoulder.

"Auch" that hurt. 

Romeo yelled in pain.

I am sorry? You can leave immediately.

I said.

Romeo removed his apron handing it to me. I would text you the coffee shop address, Romeo said.

Sure! I said.

"Finally, my shift was over by 8:00 pm! I cleared the bakery shop and made "everywhere" neat and clean.

I remember Romeo promising to message me, "I tap my trouser pocket and remember I left my phone at home".

"Holy shit", I touched my head with my hand. I locked the bakery and put the key in my trouser pocket.

I rode my bicycle down to the grocery store to get some banana for my banana muffins.

I finally got home! I parked my bicycle at the garage, I noticed dad car was out of sight.

"It was late", where did he go too?

There was a shiny car parked at the garage, maybe dad has gotten a new car.

" I concluded".

I pushed the doorknob and the door gladly opened.

I dropped the items I got from the grocery store, to immediately get my phone from my room.

There was a text message from Romeo

MAGRET COFFEE DELIGHT AT STREET DUNAMIS, Netherlands.

Romeo: hey mary I have been waiting at the coffee shop address I sent you. Are you all alright?

Romeo: Mary?

Romeo: I am coming over to your place?

Mary: I am so sorry Romeo I left my phone at home, just got home.

Can we have the coffee some other time, please?

I dropped my phone on the bed, as I left the room to refill the fridge.

"I reached the kitchen and took the grocery store nylon bag, as I refill the fridge".

I could hear some footsteps behind me.

Who is there? Anyone home? But got no answers.

I turned around only to notice the giant figure behind me, I took the knife from the counter.

Don't come any closer, why was there no much light in here.

Derick, I could hear my step-mom voice as I hid the knife behind me.

Mary, you back from work? She asked puzzled.

Ye.......a Lilian, I stammered.

Oh my, Derick go put on some cloth and don't scare your Baby sister like that, Lillian said.

I didn't even notice he wasn't putting on a shirt, my mouth was left open.

I told you my son Derick was going to start living with us? Lillian asked.

Oh yes, I remember. 

I think work was hectic that I had forgotten. 

I felt embarrassed as I ran to my room and closed the door behind me.

"This was going to be harder than I thought".
