Red hair, blue grey eyes, constantly changing mind music flows, time goes by

galaxies to be seen as she walks by

bell like laugh ideas like thread clothes bright and dark but always bold

she has millions of stories she would love to tell take a seat and listen to the tales

so wholesome

Elf

way up there upon that peculiar shelf

sat the exquisite story of an elf

deep inside the pages of the elf's book

it would begin her meeting with a crook as she had been trying to find her new self she ran into a dark and evil elf

he had grabbed her in a shaded, pitch black nook the way he breathed had her so very shook

he had thought he had used absolute stealth

it seems all he wanted was some of her wealth

however she was not of weak stature

and couldn't stand this petty girl snatcher

she instantly went to put up a fight

then she punched his face with all of her might he stuck to her like a big flycatcher

well then with an attempt to dispatch her perhaps her eyes began to ignite

the second the clock tower chimes midnight twas pointless for him to try and match her she had become his angry dispatcher

by fate it was decided him she would kill

and so on that night his blood she did spill and after that she did go on her way

with her head held high she would never stray from her thoughts and of the path that her will set before her because it gave her thrill

and by then she would become made of clay so that she would never have to lay prey

to the evil plans of those who are ill

that never again would she pay their bill

  • Poetry   Permanence

You wanted to permanently carve your existence into meI’ll tell you now your permanence is temporaryYou’ll stay with me through January maybe FebruarySeasons change so do time and placeAnd it seems I’ve forgotten your faceYou thought I’d hold you high in a glass caseBut from the very beginningYour existence for me held no meaningAnd me? I’m still teamingWith the independence to rule a nationAnd you’re just a figment of my imaginationNot any kind of limitationBecause I’m a person of my own creationI am permanently meAnd in my life you are temporaryAs such you can’t scare meI’m my own guardian fairyAnd you’re forever temporary &n

  • Poetry   Song 2

I’m afraid to look into the mirror I’m afraid of what I’ll seewhat I’ll hearI’m afraid of what I’ll begin to fearI’m afraid to look into the mirror Since i knowThat what I’ll seeWon’t be the real meFor once i begin to bleedMy blood covers the water around me And then i’m drowningBy then it wouldn’t matter Even if you found me Because IWould just keep on drowningThese waveswould keep poundingI could kick and screamBut my feetWould still be chained beneath me Pulling me deepBeneath the seaButNo matter what happens to meOn the surfaceI’ll just keep on smilingEven as I’m Drowning Pounding FoundingEven as I’m bleeding Seeing BeingI willJust keep on smiling

  • Poetry   Inherited Identity

(Inherited Identity)What It’s Like to Be an involuntary mother(for those of you that aren’t)She was a sister second-A mother and protector firstShe didn't do it by choice-Though some would say she did.For her there wasn't a choice-Her sister needed someoneShe just stepped up to the task.Feeding her, changing diapers. She did all the things a mother would. She didn't hate it even if it wasn't a choice-She felt the love a mother would. She did all the things a mother could-Giving her sister motherly love like she knew she should Raising a child from anothers womb.Only four years older-She didn't try to be bolderThan she already had been.Combing hair, getting dressed-She did these things for herself less and less. She wasn't the first one on her mind-She didn't let herself be one of a kind. She bec

  • Poetry   Friends

NadyaThe light of the stars shines in her eyes Certain we can't count the nights she's cried Still every morning she gets up and smilesIf freckles be the kiss of angelsThen she carries more love than fairAround her a rosey smell floats on the airShe runs her fingers through her dark brown hair Eyes like the drops of dew seen on a petal of a blue poppyA mind stronger than the trials she undergoes A voice that beautifly ebbs and flowsA kindness in her heart like no one knowsMorganneAn energy like no otherBubbly beyond compareShe brings you up with just a smile I swearHer hair waves to the rhythmShe must be feeling as she laughs Even still she may have a heart of glass Eyes like emeralds covered in gold Hiding secrets to be left untoldLike a rose grown unbiddenShe's someone I’d never wish to be rid of

  • Poetry   Landscape

These cliffsCut deep into the earth Like the wrinkles Carved upon my face And as the sun rises I’m remindedof opening my eyesThe grass grows Like prisms of green Covering the ground And the sky Refracts around me Like a million mirrors Filled with sapphiresA breeze blows Moving the clouds And the tree’s leaves Dance in the wind Billowing to the rhythm I feel deep withinThe waves crashed Against the shore As thoughThey had no other way To release their pent up EnergyThe spray Sparkling like diamonds As it hit the airindeed
