"Guanting won't leave me right? Yes he won't he loves me that he even hired someone to kill that bitch!"
Qi Fan keeps on murmuring after waking up while walking back and forth, seeing this the servants around her didn't dare disturb their young madam. She remembered her conversation with her husband after the banquet.
"Husband... you won't leave me right?" Qi Fan hug Guanting who was about to leave from behind. They just returned from the banquet and her husband accompanied her till the receiving room of her courtyard.
"Did you... did you know about this from the start?" Hearing Guanting's question she was startled. She hugs him tightly before faintly answering with a no. It was almost a whisper that Guanting won't hear it if not for their current position.
Guanting removed her arms around his waist and faced Qi Fan. He gently caress her hair before tucking the strands on her cheeks behind her ears. She opens her mouth to ask 'if you know about this will you still love me?' but she was afraid of what might be his reply once she asked thus she immediately close her mouth and placed her hands behind his neck. Seeing that her husband didn't reject, her heart and mind full of worries calmed down a little.
She tiptoed and kiss her husband's cold lips and pull his head towards her to deepen it. Qi Fan wants to be assured he won't leave her for Xiuying, she continue kissing the man who she love so much that she started scheming against her cousin who once she adore as little sister.
Feeling Qi Fan's insecurities Guanting finally responded while guiding his wife inside the inner chamber. Seeing this the servant immediately closed the door of the inner chamber the moment the couple step inside before retreating.
"Right he won't leave me for that slut, I don't care if she is now known as an expert musician! I still have my husband's heart and I am still the young madam of Long Fu and forever will be."
"I just need to make sure that Guanting won't approach that wrench. He is mine alone!" She bit her lips till it was wounded and blood started to spill. Qi Fan who haven't eaten anything since yesterday night suddenly feel lightheaded and black out.
Her servants who were looking on their feet finally look up to their young madam after hearing a loud noise only to see Qi Fan fainted and laying on the floor. The old servants immediately instructed one of the young maidservant to inform Guanting and another one to go to the fu's physician.
While Long Fu was in chaos due to Qi Fan's fainting, Xianyao who suddenly appear behind Xiuying hug the latter. The lady feel all her hair on the back stand due to the sudden contact, she almost reach out to get the knife placed secretly on her thigh under her dress but smelling the familiar lemon mint scent she stopped and just stump her right foot on Xianyao's foot causing for the man to release Xiuying. Actually Xiuying's action won't hurt him but he just let her as long as she reacts to him it will be enough but not forever.
"I only hug you a bit you don't have to kill my toes with your foot, did you get hurt?" Xianyao kneeled down to check Xiuying's foot but the latter made two steps backward to avoid the prince.
"Why are you here?" Xiuying walked towards the bookshelves placing the books she finished reading alphabetically.
"Why won't I?" Xianyao silently walk towards the lady who occupies his heart. Though he is smiling the uneasines he is feeling just intensified when her name was cleared from the bad rumors.
"Jun Wang..."
"Yao gege..." Xianyao immediately corrected Xiuying upon hearing her call him by his title.
"Huh?" Xiuying blankly face the prince who is now two steps away from her. Feeling uncomfortable with their position she tried to step aside to make the distance between them wide but the prince see through her and placed both his hands on the bookshelves caging Xiuying.
"We've known each other for more than a year and you still call me by my title?" Xianyao's face neared tingling Xiuying with his breath as he speaks.
"Jun Wang don't joke around... I can't call..." Xiuying being caged feels more uncomfortable her. She can hear her heart thumping loudly and decided to look down afraid that if she faced the shameless man she'll regret what will happen next.
"Yao gege it is so simple right? Come on say it..." or I'll kiss you till you do... Xianyao didn't say what's on his mind afraid of scaring the woman that is almost in his arms. He is happy seeing that the usual playful lady is speaking almost in a whisper manner, he noticed that her ears and neck reddens more as he tease her.
She needs to realize that I am a man and not his brother or business partner, a man who can protect and love her. It is good that my Xiang meimei suggested this, I should bring that brat more gifts so I can get more ideas from her. Xianyao thought as he observes Xiuying who is now quiet as if thinking how to escape from him.
