It turned out to be Lucaro, asking if he can join them on their journey to the town of Ailreh.
Arden said yes and they start their journey back to home, it will take 2 days at most if there is no incident.
2 days later, they arrived at home, Lian gained knowledge about smithing that causes improvement on the armour quality.
And Arden with Valen talked to Sean about marrying. Sean agreed instantly and now Arden and Valen are planning when the marriage will happen.
Both of them agreed that they are too young and decided to wait a year. And Lucaro decided to stay at the town and bought a house for himself.
11 months later, Arden and Valen decided to do the wedding at the same time as the new castle are built.
So they start preparing, the people are joyed hearing about this since they look Arden as their benefactor and saviour.
Many people start to make things or get things to present as a gift at the marriage and the invitation are being sent to all kind of noble Arden knew.
Some of them are Ady, sir Aswick, sir Rakham, sir Valencio, gilbert and many more including Lucaro and some of his friend.
Not only that but all the people in the town can also go to the castle and eat the food.
With all the precise calculation, the wedding will take place at 25th of June 553.
Meanwhile, all the things are being prepared, Arden spent his time becoming closer with Valen and knowing more of her.
But made sure to finish his work first before spending time with his future wife. Many things have been improved because Arden is such hardworking man.
He is a smart person too, even though he learned it when his time as a squire, but he can be considered as one since he can write and read.
This just made people's life easier and happier.
Arden hasn't gotten a gift for Valen tho, so he decided to make one.
He visited Lian at his blacksmith and talked to him, and started working on it.
He spent 3 days working on it since he needs to do it unknown by Valen and needs to slip it between the tight schedule he has.
But all his effort is paid well, he successfully made a necklace with a small diamond in hanging the middle of it.
And also made a ring with a small diamond embedded in it.
And then, the wedding days came and most of the noble Arden sent an invitation came.
They presented their gift and are being paid in the hot and delicious turkey, chicken, pork and fish, and some other food like freshly baked white bread and pottages.
Many of the peoples that live in the town came too, bringing many gifts and are being paid in the same things as all of the noble.
Many of them came to Arden to say their thanks for being invited and are grateful they have such a good lord like Arden to lead them.
All the nobles said something like that too before continuing to eat and have a conversation with other nobles.
The celebration lasted until the night, the bar in the town made their drink free for this special day.
Arden and Valen are having their "first night" together, both of them are still shy to each other, so they start slowly. Before starting, Valen asked to turn of the lightning.
Which Arden did what Valen asked, not long after that they start touching each other body and.... (you already knew what will happen) that is their first night together, from now on, they will be doing many things like that.
At the morning, Arden kisses Valen at the cheek despite him waking up naked on the bed. He got ready and goes to the wedding room yesterday then sits on a chair many nobles said their goodbyes to Arden before leaving the town. Most of the noble left for their settlement in the morning after since the barbarians event that happened, even tho it is a long time ago.
Barbarians still show their face at the noble's land even tho much weaker than before.
Arden did his usual thing, but he needs to open the gift he was given on the weddings.
Sir Aswick gave Arden a shield that has a golden dragon painted on the white background, Arden is confused on why there is the dragon painted on it but decide it was cool and decide to make it his banner since he never thinks about his own banner.
Sir Rakham gave Arden a sword that has a hilt looked like a dragon's body, the guard is like the dragon wings and the pommel is the dragon's tail and word carved on its blade, "the dragon heart".
Sir Valencio gave Arden a bow that looked like a dragon, Arden now thinks if the 3 dukes already planned to give Arden such an amazing set of equipment from them of "dragon".
Ady and Gilbert gave Arden a writing containing their story at sir Aswick's camp when they were still young.
Lucaro gave Arden a good horse armour since Arden doesn't have one.
Many of the gifts is an amulet, a rare kind of food and animal. One is a bit different tho. It's a painting of the new couple that just got married.
And then, Arden suddenly remembers on it, he will give his gift to Valen. So he goes back to their bedroom.
Valen is already in a good dress and standing in front of the mirror. And Arden come up to her.
And then closed her eyes with his hand from the back, and then give his gift to Valen.
Valen is completely surprised and very happy, both of them hug each other and then Arden need to go and do his work on the office.
