Chapter 1: An Unexpected Turn Of Events

Kagome’s POV

“Kagome, there’s a possessed person in this address. I need you to go there. Right now”

“Ok”

I immediately got ready and go to the address. It's just near the shrine. I grab my things, and I'm ready to go. By the way, my name is Kagome Yuri. I am 25 years old. I am a priestess. I became a priestess at the age of 23, so I have two years' experience. I do an exorcism, and I am successful in eliminating the evil spirit that is in the body of the people. I believe that they are possessed because they are weak.

I arrived at the said address. I knock on the door and a woman and a man opened the door.

"Good day. My name is Kagome, and I'm a priestess. You called because there's a possessed person?"

“Yes, priestess. Our little boy is possessed”

"Ok. Can you lead me to where is he?"

"Yes. He is in his room, and we tied him up,"

"That's good,"

When we arrive at the boy’s room, it’s dark and cold. My eyes averted to where the boy is. He is tied up in his bed.

"Good day, priestess. I was expecting you,"

“Really?”

I put a talisman at the boy's forehead and perform a chant. It's prayer but in another language. The boy screamed. Did my chant work?

It didn’t work. Why? My chant would work, but why it did not work on him? This spirit that possessed the boy is strong.

I called his parents to call someone at the shrine immediately because I can’t do this alone. I said to call a powerful priest or priestess to exorcist the boy.

I continued my chant. When I was chanting, I did not know that his feet that are also tied up got loose. The next thing I know is he kicked me hard that my head bumped at the glass table. I felt dizzy. I looked at the possessed boy, and the evil spirit that is inside the body of the boy went out of the boy's body.

“I said that I was expecting you, priestess. I’m sorry that I kicked you hard. Now, I’m going to teleport you to another world. Bye”

I didn't hear what the spirit said because I fell unconscious. When I woke up, my head hurts, and I felt a little dizzy. I got up, and I observe my surroundings. Where am I? This place is unfamiliar to me.

I got up and roamed around. Am I teleported to another world? Did the spirit that possessed the boy transported me here? I was walking and observing the place when I arrived in the woods. When I was walking, I saw a silhouette of an animal and it’s big, I can't see it because it is dark, but its eyes are red. It is coming towards me. Is it going to attack me? I want to fight it, but I have no strength to do it. My body is weak.

Suddenly a man is standing in front of me and he has ears of a dog. I was shocked because he transformed into a white wolf, a big one. I felt unconscious because my body is weak and what I saw.
