Chapter 1, the assignment

2020-11-06 00:22:3218 years later, she is now a senior in high school and everyone on Olympus could tell that she had her mother beauty and her father’s taste in music and just a glow about her…long blonde hair with brown highlights, blue eyes (that change different shades of blue as the seasons go by) 5ft 2in…her friends say she’s fun-sized which Christine thought was funny…while in her college-bound English class they were learning about Greek myths late in the school year…around May counting down the days until graduation.
“Alright I want you to choose 2 gods or goddesses or one of each and give me a PowerPoint on them which will be due at the end of the month, bell rings, class dismissed see you tomorrow:” said their teacher Mrs. Fishy everyone calls her fishy cause she's always curious about something…
“So Christine what are you going to do for your project?” asked her friend Sapphire who she’s been friends with since they were little kids and happened to be born in September
“I’m not sure, but I’m thinking of choosing Aphrodite and Apollo. They sound so fascinating to me…what about you Sapphire?”
“I’m not sure either so many to choose from…maybe we can both go to the library during study hall and work on it together!”
“Sure why not I can use the time there anyway.” So they went to the library, first Christine helps Sapphire decide on her gods, and once she finally did 30mins later she finally got to her research and started to realize some similarities to them and herself…she thought it was weird and shook it off and went to her work…but some of the personalities between herself and them were kind of similar. She loves music and Apollo is the god of music and sun and a very good archer…she was starting to do that for school and she’s in the band, choir, musical, show choir pretty much anything music-related. She did have a certain glow to her. She thought it was a natural tan…since her adopted parents were tanned…and she had this birthmark on her back near her left shoulder and it looked like the mark of Aphrodite which kind of looked like a heart and the mark of Apollo was an arrow, so it looked like a heart with an arrow through it.
Aphrodite, goddess of beauty and love... Guess she got her looks from mom. Her eyes too…both of them had blonde hair. Well, the streets of Olympus very bright and shiny. As she kept doing her research she noticed in some of her research said they had an unknown child. So when she got home from school, she decided to talk to her parents to see what was going on…

Eight years went by and Kostos hasn’t bothered them again. Both figured he had learned his lesson about messing with them both thought it was wise of him not to come back since they still remember that fight Christine did with him. Alex will never forget it since it’s still the only time he had seen her like that…Apollo, Aphrodite, Bernardo and Anita still keep a close eye on them especially since Christine is pregnant…the poor and confused child not going to know what it is? Is it a wolf or is it a god/goddess? Both think it’s going to be a girl and already picked the name of Rose Margarita Rodríguez, and no guesses yet for a boy. Later on in the day when Christine was changing into her new white and turquoise spaghetti strapped, with beachy flowers boho style tea length dress Alex had bought her to wear for dinner when she heard something in the living room…the window was open. Puzzled and thought Alex was messing with her again so she doesn’t think much of it but checked it out. She gets to the living room window and sees no one there so she shrugged her shoulders and didn’t think of it. On the way to her room, she sees something in the window in the corner of her eye. Finally, after waiting 5 months after the murder it was Valentine’s Day…finally, Aphrodite told Christine some more details about it.“Well, today’s the day you ready sweetie?” Aphrodite smiled at her as she was getting her hair ready.“I’m nervous but I’m ready…so what are you going to tell me about my wedding?” Christine was so curious about it. Aphrodite, Anita, and Amelia kept almost everything a secret. There were a couple of things that they needed Alex and Christine's opinion on, but other than that it was all them.

Riff, Alex, and Christine went to the crime scene and for all of them, it was painful to see. Each in their wolf form they had a better chance of finding evidence and clues with their keen senses. Christine was a blonde wolf with golden eyes. It looked like a flash of sunlight as she ran. She was the smallest out of the three due to her being a girl, but she was about 5ft in length. Alex was a russet brown wolf, about 10 feet in length, dark brown almost black, intelligent eyes, and is very swift. And Riff was a huge black wolf, and quiet as a shadow, tall as a horse but more muscular, with dagger-like incisors and dark blue almost black. `After the news of Christine’s transformation spread the others were happy and yet curious about how they were going to tame a young wolf and a young goddess. It was going to be a challenge but Alex is doing a good job so far. They were hunting one morning when they smelled blood in the air.“Thought bubble, you smell that?” Alex grew concerned with the smell of blood.“Yeah is that blood!? I think don’t it's human… it's animal.” Bernardo was with them to help Alex and Christine with their first hunt together.
