 “I love this town! I love this house!” Eomma exclaimed, fluttering through the blue door of their new white Victorian home.        Alyssa lifted her auburn eyebrows in fake excitement. “Yeah, my favorite thing is how the blue door matches the blue shutters. Can we leave now?”        "Alyssa!" Cynthia slapped her sister's arm.  

                Alyssa was in awe. The woods were green and lush; just bursting with life. Sunlight warmed her from head to toe as she walked its path. She wasn't sure but she thought she could hear water and decided to follow the sound.  To her delight she found a babbling brook with moss covered stones beside and through it. Kneeling, she lightly touched the water. While admiring her reflection she soon realized she wasn't alone, but she wasn't afraid. She threw the cool water on her face and turned into the light, when she lowered her head it was closer. A gray cat! At first it seemed to be the size of a house cat but

                  "Alright, so here we are. I suggest looking for a good place to set up. I haven't been in these woods yet." Alyssa said as they neared the oak trees in her backyard.

           For the past couple of weeks Alyssa was sure to follow Dana's advice to put Justin out of her mind and she was immensely proud that she succeeded. Justin was doing just as she had asked as well. He wasn't looking at her during class or stopping by her house at night. She knew because she always watched and waited, hoping that he wasn't there. The only way she could try to talk about it with Jenny when asked about “Pierce” was to say he confessed his love and was a recovering drug addict. Not the truth but the closest thing she could think of at the time.           Alyssa couldn't stop staring at Justin in class. Remembering his strong arms tight around her waist she couldn't help but softly sigh.        "If you don't want our secret to be out, stop looking at me like that and sighing."  Justin warned without as much as a glance in her direction.
