I get up but as soon as I do a wave of nausea hits me, forcing me to run to the nearest available bathroom to throw up for the first time tonight. I wash my mouth out thoroughly and exit the bathroom that is currently covered in urine, alcohol and vomit — the latter being caused by myself. Since the air is quite stuffy inside, I begin to make my way outside to cool down and to hopefully not throw up again.                           I step outside, the cold air nipping at my exposed skin. I already feel better, fresh air really helps. I feel a shiver run down my spine but I pay it no heed as I continue to walk down the patio, tripping now and then due to the amount of alcohol I've consumed, until I walk into a hard wall. Ouch. "So tell me about yourself," Wyatt says, trying to make small talk to fill the deafening silence.                          It's my fault that we're not talking, my shyness has kicked in. Now that I'm over the initial shock of the situation I can't help but hide away. I don't know him and that makes me uncomfortable. I don't know what to say or how to act, god I hate this. "I get it, you're probably not that comfortable around someone you don't know but it's not like I'm interrogating you or anything. I spent the whole day with Wyatt, talking and having fun. I almost forgot what it was like to just feel free and not care for once. Sadly my carefree time is over and I have to face reality.                          Wyatt was kind enough to drop me home but as I walk up the driveway I see something I was praying to avoid, Ava's car. Shit. Luckily, my mum is away for work, she left this morning, so I'm fine in that regard but Ava is another story. "No it's mine!" Are the first words I hear as I step inside his house. A little blonde boy—no more than maybe eight or nine years of age—runs past me with a small auburn haired boy in tow. The blonde boy appears to be holding something and the auburn haired boy is chasing after him, his small fists raised, I'm not going to lie it's adorable.                    There is a scuffling sound from behind them and soon an older looking woman comes into sight, her face is riddled with lines and her eyes have massive bags beneath them, showing her age and most likely a huge lack of sleep. Her salt and pepper hair is messily tied into a bun and she has a frustrated look on her face. She crosses her arms over her chest and speaks in a loud, firm tone, "Noah, Carter! I wake up the next morning to the sound of my phone ringing. Urgh. With my eyes still closed I answer the godforsaken device and hold it to my ear. Whoever this is better have a good reason for waking me up on a Saturday. "Hello?" I say in a groggy voice.                            "Rise and shine green eyes!" Oh, Fuck no.                            "How the hell did you get my number?" I demand, now fully awake.                            "I can't be telling you all of my secrets, now hurry and get ready I'm waiting for you in your driveway."
