SINCE THE HEAD OF STATE TRY HIDING THE INCIDENT THAT TOOK PLACE YEARS AGO WHERE SOME HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WERE INVOLVED. BUT ALL THEIR EFFORTS DOES NOT HELP ANY, AS MANY IGNORANT TEENS, MATURED INDIVIDUALS KEEP COMING TO THE CITY FOR FUN. HOW HAS THE CITY BEEN TO LIVE IN THE SHADOWS OF WHAT HAPPENED YEARS AGO AND WHAT BECOMES THE END OF IT WHEN THAT INCIDENT REPEATS ITSELF?
