15 year old Tori Williams, is a hardcore tomboy and the smartest girl in her school, due to her quiet personality she isn't very popular or so she thinks.
She has always had a crush on Rex Perez - the hottest boy in school but she knows she can never be with him since he's dating her former best friend - Hailey Peters , he's way out of her league and is inseparable with his best friend - the arrogant and insensitive Nate McClain, who derives pleasure in being a jerk to her and her friends.
When she's nominated as a member of the school's student council, she sees an opportunity to finally get Rex's attention and suggests a new charity event that she believes will help her achieve her goal - Boyfriend for A day. Chapter: 1In highschool, I've always been referred to as " the school's smartest kid",the " shy girl" or more recently, "the tomboy".
