"Uh?what happened"I asked
"Mum,jeez!"I heard his voice from the background
"He's been sick,since yesterday"she said
"What?"I jerked away from my seat
"And now"she hasn't finished talking when she hung up,Jax must have snatched the phone from.her.why was he hiding it away from me,and why was with him and falling sick.i was scared.i was definitely gonna go to his house.
As soon as I reached his house,I ran upstairs to his room, meeting him alone on the bed,covered himself fully on the bed.
"Babe"I called to him as I moved closer to his bed, sitting down beside him on his bed,I removed the blanket from his face.it was obvious he was pretending and he kind of smell of alcohol
"You and I know,you're not okay Jax,so stop pretending"I said as I touched his forehead,it was darn hot! I'm sure he was feeling cold.
"You lied to Zayn to lie to me,that you're busy,when you're sick,like,who does that, you're fucking sick, you're punishing me"I said getting upset
"I'm not punishing you"he said
"Then why didn't you tell me you were sick"I yelled
"Don't yell at me"he lowered his voice
"He wouldn't even go to the hospital"his mum walked in with tray of food,he adjusted himself on the bed, why wouldn't he
"I'll feed him"I said collecting the food
"Okay, maybe you'd talk to him,cause I don't even know the nature of his sickness,it's worrying me"his mum said,I pited her
"I will"I said and she walked out
"I don't have appetite"he said
"You must eat Jax"I said sternly,he groaned
"I'm not hungry"he insisted
"You're not okay"I said upsetly as I dropped the food
"I'm okay"he defended
"You're okay?,that's why you refused to eat?that's why your temperature is so hot?that's why your cold!that's why you look weak!"I said
"You wouldn't even go to the hospital"i almost yelled
"I'm not going anywhere, I'm fine"he said as he laid back on the bed, backing me.i stood up
"You're not fine Jax!what is wrong with you!,let's go and see the doctor, before things gets worst"I suggested,he didn't say anything
"Are you even listening to me,Jax come on"I said persuadedly,he groaned in pains
"I said I'm fine! I'm not going anywhere,just leave me alone Phoebe, fucking leave me alone"he yelled,he wasn't facing me while he talked
"I don't need your care,let me be, I'm fine"he added
"Okay"I said and then walked out as I called Zayn to go meet Jax at home with the other guys and that he's sick and needed to be in the hospital.
As soon as I got home,I told them what happened,then headed to my room and slept off.

Zayn's call woke me up,I checked the time before picking the call,it was 3:00pm,damn I slept for too long
"Phoebe,Jax is in the hospital now, he's been here for hours tho"he said,I got up from my bed
"Okay, good,that's relieving enough"I said

"Why,what happened"I asked as I picked my car keys, getting ready to go to the hospital.
"He was tested and the results is out"he said
"You know what, I'll be there soon"I said and hung up as I walked down the stairs,I met mum and Kay
"Mum,Kay, I'm going to the hospital to meet Jax, I'll be right back,tell Dad please"I said and rushed outside, driving to the hospital as fast as I could.
"Guys"I called.to them, seeing them all depressed, including the mum, jax's mum
"You're here"he said worriedly
"What's the result"I asked,no one answered,I was scared

"A what?a disease?that's impossible"I said

"As the doctor explained,he said it's a disease caused by alcoholism In which the liver is seriously damaged and highly infected"emmauel explained,I didn't know when I fell to my knees and started to sob.all the time I warn r him about his intake of alcohol.he didn't listen.how could he not even tell me.
"Oh God"I said in disbelief crying.his mum came up and carefully carried me up to her arms and hugged me
"I didn't know either,he didn't tell anyone"she patted me.
"I should go see him"I said and located his ward as I was directed he'd be.i entered the room, meeting him busy with his phone on the bed.
"Jax"I called to him as I had my seat slowly
"Hey baby,have missed you so much"he said smiling.he's smiling???.he dropped the phone,got down from the bed and came sitting near me,I managed to have body contact with him.his temperature has reduce.i quickly cleaned away the little tears that dropped before facing him
"Um,are you okay?"I asked as he pecked me on the forehead
"As you can see, I'm all fine now babe"he smiled,was he joking?
"You're fine?, seriously"I asked surprisely
"Yes baby, I'm fine"he said,I frowned
"You're not fine Jax,you have cirrhosis and you're telling me you're fine!the only reason you're okay now is because you've been given some proper medications and stop giving me that fake smile"I yelled as I got up
"Will you fucking stop the yell?"he yelled as he got up from his seat to his bed
"This is the only way Jax, yelling bat yu,so your get to your right senses,cause you've obviously lost it"I yelled

"How can I huh?,when I warned you about it,you kept telling me you'd stop,like you fucking did.i don't even know what might happen,I care about you alot and I'm scared"I lowered my voice at the end
"I don't give a fuck If you care or not about me,just get out"he talked calmly

"I said get out!I don't wanna see you!ever again!get out!!"he yelled so high

"Ok-ay"I said trembling,I gently walked out of the room, going back to meet the guys.i refuse to stop by.i couldn't control my tears.zayn called me but refused to answer.as soon as I entered my car,I drove off as I replay all what Jax said to me in my head.
