LOGINMoral of the story - Ashe ft Niall Horan

"Patricia," mommy called me and I looked up from my homework and stared at her as she kept the neat plates into the rank. "Go find out what your father is doing." She ordered and I nodded and jumped down from the high chair before leaving the kitchen to find Jack. I dreaded going to his room. He was so mean to me.
"Jack?" I nodded on the door of the room and heard no reply from him. I didn't want to be rude and open his door without any permission so I leaned my ear against the door so I could hear what was going on inside. I heard his voice finally, but he sounded like he was crying. My eyebrows furrowed in worry so I opened the door and gasped at the mess he created. He was throwing his food and sauce all over the walls of his room.
"Jack! Stop it, you're making a mess! Mommy warned you to stop!" I screamed and attempted to pull off the fry from his hand but he pushed me away.
"Ow." I cried and rubbed my elbow where I landed on. "You're so mean." I cried out when he began to throw his food at me.
"I. Hate. You. I. Hate. You," he chanted I got up when mommy got into the room.
"Jack stop it," she took the food from his hand and I stood there watching as she picked the bits of food on the ground. "She's your daughter. You don't treat family this way," she scolded and he looked up to glare at me.
"She. Is. Not. Family."
"You're not family." Aunt Rory reminded me in a whisper as she hit the back of my head with her purse. I digged my nails into my palm in anger as I felt the pain on my scalp. She was right anyway. I wasn't family. I was just an outcast to the Abels, an alien.
Alien.
The word flashed through my mind like something I was used to. Yellow eyes filled with tears stared at me as I found myself falling into darkness. I shook my head and blinked off the image. Those were the same colors my eyes would turn to whenever I used my power. I could still remember the first time I burnt my teddy. I was staring at the mirror, thinking of who my real parents were.
Here I was, in the office of the cop investigating Jack's death. I picked up the picture I was given, and clamped my palm around my mouth to stop the song that threatened to leave my lips. His headless body was lying in the pool of his blood and his head, was floating in the bloody water in his bathtub.
"I know nothing of his death. We were just called this morning to be informed. His daughter is so heartbroken. She couldn't even eat her breakfast this morning. Who could have done this to him?" Uncle Brodie lamented to the cop and I squeezed the picture tight and glared at him. He was talking as if he knew about Jack and I. Like he had been there for us.
"What I wanna know is why he was living alone. A vulnerable man like that was abandoned by your family," the cop had the back of his hand under his chin as he stared at them with a pointed stare.
"I'll keep on saying this. We offered to take care of him but his sister refused. We weren't aware of his maltreatment." Uncle Brodie said and my eyes widened. I couldn't take it anymore. I stood up, the chair scraping harshly on the ground and they both turned to me.
"Fucking liars! You sent us out of the mansion. You left the both of us to take care of ourselves. Don't you dare blame it on a woman who depends on pennies to survive." I told them and the cop raised an eyebrow at me. Uncle Brodie glared at me so hard and nudged Aunt Rory on her shoulder. I didn't fail to miss the little smirk she had on her lips as she turned to the cop and whispered to him. I wish I could hear what she was saying to him, the corruptness they were both sharing.
The cop simply ignored me and arranged all the scattered files on his desk. "We would see to this, and apprehend the murderer. You may leave," he said in a small smile and I bit my lower lip not to utter a word out of pure disgust for the cop. I hissed in pain as Aunt Rory pulled my wrist, her artificial nails digging into my skin. I had no other choice than to let her drag me around like I was her slave.
"You still don't know how to keep your mouth shut when you're asked," she threw me to a wall in the empty hallway. I stared at her with empty eyes and that seemed to infuriate her the more. "Where were you huh? Where were you when your useless father was murdered? Why didn't you die along with him?"she asked and I gave her a smirk. A smirk that was forced but was the only way to let her know I hated them with so much passion.
"I was out there working for Jack and I unlike you both who depends on my late mother's money. I hope you illiterates don't destroy what she build." I smiled at her red face. I gasped and clawed Uncle Brodie's arm for air as he wrapped his palm around my thin throat. I tried to free myself as I felt him lift me up in the air, with legs dangling and hitting the wall behind me. My vision turned blurry as my head was spinning. Small ragged gasps were escaping my throat.
"You will watch the way you speak to us you disgrace of a human being. She's gone and it's left for us with smarter brains to show you where you belong. We just needed Jack out of the way and we're grateful he's gone."
"Fuck you." I spat on his face with forced breath and he wiped his face furiously. I didn't want to fight in a station. My head whipped to the side as his hand came in contact with my cheek and I ignored it and struggled against his firm grip. I could feel my life slipping away.
"Since we are in control of you, we have someone who's willing to adopt you. A man in his early forties and you're going with him tomorrow. You'll stay at the mansion tonight where we'll keep a close eye on you. The papers has already been signed," Aunt Rory told me and my blood boiled at her smug smile. I really wanted to kill them both so badly.
"Fuck you! All of you! I hate you! I hate you! I fucking hate you! I wish you all will rot in hell where you fucking belong! I hate you!" My screams echoed throughout the station as the dragged me away.

Nothing had changed except the room felt smaller. Not because it was bigger than my room at Jack and I's rented apartment, but because I had noticed that things had changed the moment I got sent out of the mansion. I wasn't the old Po anymore who relied on hiding my powers from the world and keeping shut when I was insulted. I was the new Po that killed innocent and non innocent people to save the people that were close to me."We'll be going out now," I flinched when I heard Aunt Rory's voice and I glared at the smug smile she had on her face as she peeked into my room. "Behave yourself till we get back Aye? Your new parents will be arriving with us." She shut the door and I sighed in tiredness. I heard noises outside a

Raging fire - Philip Philips "Edana," a voice whispered and I opened my eyes slowly to face Jada. She had a big smile on her face and I stood up straight and wiped the invisible drool of the side of my lips. I raised an eyebrow at her and her smile seemed to increase. "Daddy is back." She said and my eyes widened in shock."Shit." I muttered when I heard the roaring of an engine go off. I reached for the handle of her wheelchair, and wheeled her into her kitchen after turning of the light in the living room which her father must have never failed to notice. I set the mini laptop I had in my coat pocket on the counter in the middle of the kitchen, and turned off the light. I motioned for her not to make any noise with my index finger across my lips and waited for him to show his face.
If I killed someone for you - Alec BenjaminThe day had gone to rest and the night took over, enveloping me with its darkness. I liked the night, it hid my ugliness, the scar on my flesh, and the sad and depressed expression on my face. My boots were the only sounds I heard as I walked cautiously on the lane, making my way to the black car that waited for me in the front. I got closer to the passenger door of the car and looked skyward at the canopy of luminous stars that designed the black canvas of the night. It had no moon.I opened the door and got in, slamming the door hard to control myself from scratching the smug look on his face and burning his ear with the cigarette in between his fingers."Took you long enough," his deep voice filled the silence and I rolled my eyes and unbuttoned the tight dark gray coat I wore."Jack needed me." I crypted and ignored the warning glare
Lash out - Alice Merton"Finn, they're staring." I whispered to him as we stood in the middle of a big bar called REGALS. It looked sleek, almost formal but at the same time old fashioned. I stared at the fancy drinks arranged behind the lanky blonde haired bartender who Finneas was negotiating something I knew nothing of. I needed to leave immediately. This wasn't the 'bunking' I expected. Old men that sat on the big sofas with brown tables filling up the spaces all stared at me. I guess they didn't expect two teenagers with their backpacks hung on their backs to be in a dangerous place like this."You owe me one Finn. You're lucky my boss isn't in town," the blonde haired punched Finneas on his shoulder and he gave off a laugh, one I knew very much to be fake. He handed Finneas a bottle of alcohol and I narrowed my eyes at the drink. What was he up to?"Thanks Cal. C'mon Po," he tugged my hand t
Let's hurt tonight - One RepublicSad, sounds childish, like something flimsy, something one should be able to cast off with a happy reflection or with at least a smile. It sits inside like the seed of depression, just waiting for the right condition to grow, to send out roots to choke the hope of your heart.Sadness and internal pain was what I felt when Leroy passed me by this morning, not even sparing me a glance. I had woken up early so I could get to school and be the first and maybe only person to wish him a happy return. Just as I stood in front of the gate, I plastered a grin on my face the moment I saw his mom's beetle pull up in front of the school. He got out with gray loose hoodie and black jeans on. He never wore dark colored clothes and that drew my attention. His expression was emotionless and dull."Leroy!" I jumped, "welcome back." I smiled at him. He walked past
