CHAPTER 8 | AIZE.

We are still here in the meeting room and talking about the problem about Lacosta, Alcaide and Constantine. This is more serious than I've expected.

"What can we do now for them? I mean, this is getting complicated, every single day." Pain commented. He's right, this is getting more complicated every single day.

"That’s what we should talk about right now just to make sure that everyone from the Lacosta and Alcaide are safe whatever happens." Dad answered.

"What if, we eliminate Constantine now?" I asked. "No. It's dangerous." Ninong Raphael answered me.

"We still didn’t know how big Constantine yet as a group and this might be a trap for us at the end." He explained.

"And besides, Uncle Argel said, not to do something reckless right now, most especially that we still didn’t get all of the information that we need about and against the enemy." Chain said.

"Let's give time for the Buckets to gather information about the Constantine." Pain said.

"So, we're going to wait for now?" Blade asked. "We have no choice, though." Blazen nii-chan answered and all of us sighed.

"As long as we're still waiting for the Buckets, let's keep watch on them to make sure that they are safe." He added and grabbed his phone.

"Blaize, I know that you’re mad because of what happened before with Charlotte but, we need to calm down so that, we’re not going to be in danger at the end." Ninong Raphael commented.

"I know, it's just that this getting complicated every day. This is too stressful." I answered.

"I know. All of us are worried right now here but, we need to calm down before something bad happened to us." - Ninong Raphael.

"I know. I understand. I'm sorry." I said. "No. We understand how you feel. We’re just guiding you because of your emotion – your emotion is getting the best out of you now." I nodded.

"Thank you, ninong." I said. "If Charlene is only here everything will be easy for us to get all of the information that we need." Dad commented.

"She’s really great in getting information that we need." He added. "I agree with that one." Ninong Raphael agreed.

"Albert didn't know about this situation but it's for the best. This is not the right time for him to know about this or else, the situation might get worse than before." Ninong Raphael commented.

"I want him to know the truth but, it is dangerous for him to know, there’s also a possibility for the Constantine to know the truth about this."

"That’s what I’ve been thinking too, to be honest. There are too many eyes who are watching him right now." Dad commented.

"I think this is for today for this meeting. Let’s talk about this next time if we have new news or we have new information about the enemies." Ninong Silvan said.

We all stand up and I go to Blazen nii-chan to ask him about something. I'm very curious about something.

"Onii-chan, tell me something. You know something about ninang Crescentia and Dela Fuentes, right?" I whispered.

"Yeah. I know something about that." He answered. "I'll tell you later." I nodded then we went on our way.

We are now inside Pain's car and we are going to the Dela Fuentes' Company. I have no idea why but, Blazen nii-chan said that he has an appointment there.

"I have no idea why I am here with you. I should be going and go home to my wife." Pain commented.

"Go home later, Pain. Just take us there in the company." Blazen nii-chan answered then we arrived there.

We all went out of the car and Blazen nii-chan went to the company with Craide. I thought, they are enemies though.

"I thought, they are enemies so, why are they always together?" Blade asked and I just shrugged. I leaned on the car while waiting for them to come back.

While waiting for them to go back, Pain speak up suddenly about the problem within the organization.

"About the problem with the Alcaide, I think we should just make everything as a secret about the Lacosta for now." He suggested.

"Why, Pain?" I asked.

"It's not the right time, yet. It's not the right time yet for everyone to know about them. Most especially, Alcaide." He answered.

"To be honest, it will give us more trouble if Constantine finds out that the Alcaides are still alive until now." He explained.

"And both Lacosta and Alcaide will be in danger if they learn that the Alcaides are still alive. They might attack them when everyone isn't ready." He added.

"I see. You have a point there. I'll tell dad about your idea, Pain." I answered him and he nodded. He's correct.

It will be more complicated if Constantine learns that the Alcaides are still alive after all these years because they hate them.

I saw Pain sighed in relief while looking at our backs. I creased my forehead because of that. Blade and I looked at the direction that he's looking at but we didn't see anything or anyone.

"Are you hiding something from us, Pain?" Blade asked him. "Even if I am, you won't know what it is." Pain answered then, went on his way.

"Do you think something is weird about him?" Blade asked and I nodded. "Do you think he saw Rebecca and he just caught our attention so that, we'll not see her?" I asked.

"Rebecca really hates me for Pain to do this." He commented. "Maybe she doesn't. I mean maybe she's not yet ready to face you." I said.

He just sighed and I comforted him while still waiting for Blazen nii-chan and Craide to go back.

We are now inside the office without Blade because he went out to give himself some space. I looked at Blazen nii-chan.

"To be honest, Rebecca's mom is ninang Crescentia. Ninong Silvan is her step-father." Onii-chan stated.

"Seriously? Why we didn't know that?"

"You know the Aldous' tag line. 'Trust no one'. Amorous is under that family that's why they have the same tag line." I nodded. I remember their motto. They don't trust anyone except Arcana.

“Amorous are like Aldous, Blaize. They don’t trust anyone except Arcana and that’s all, remember that.” He added and I nodded.

We resume to our business because we have a lot to do today.

CHARLOTTE

I am here in the waiting shed of the campus while waiting for Sabby when I saw Denzel walking to my direction alone.

While walking towards my place, someone blocks his way and it’s a girl. I creased my forehead when I saw that scene. Who’s this girl?

When did Denzel have a new girl? Are Sabby and him already broke up that I didn’t know? The girl was about to hug Denzel when he immediately pushed her back to stop her.

I was shocked when I Sabby arrived and pulled the girl’s hair in anger. I just watched them from my place.

Sometimes, I’m really afraid of Sabby because of her brutality. That’s why sometimes, I’m asking myself on how did I became friends with her since we were kids as what CD told me before.

I just waited for them to stop the fight and I don’t want to be included with their live drama.
