CHAPTER 22

Dawn didn’t move to the room immediately. She blows dried her hairs then change into the extra pair of clothes she had packed.

Then she carefully packed her stuff that she had taken out earlier.

After packing everything she moved out of the room.

One servant was already standing outside her room, waiting for her to come.

He took her towards her room.

When she was about to enter the door, Lucifer walked towards her from her left side.

She paused in her steps and looked towards the direction Lucifer was coming.

Lucifer had already changed into new set of clothing. Dawn found it strange “His clothes were good when he entered in her room hour an hour ago!

Why he changed his clothes suddenly?

Leave it, it’s not her anyway.

Rich people have their own strange habits, she can’t comment anything regarding this.”

When Lucifer reached there, he saw Dawn’s strange gaze, he felt awkward being stared by her like this so he coughed lightly.

Dawn immediately moved her eyes away from embarrassment.

Lucifer broke the silence and asked, “What are you waiting for? Let’s go inside.

Dawn looked at him and nodded in response.

Then both entered the room together.

When Dawn entered the room, she was shocked to the point where she can’t even blink.

The whole room was totally identical to her own hostel room where she lives.

Bedsheet color, quilt, the decoration everything was exactly same.

For one second, she felt like she is in her hostel room.

She looked at Lucifer with unknown emotion in her eyes. She was shocked and little bit terrified.

She looked around and found her suitcase in which their must be her stuff like clothes, was already placed there at the corner.

Suddenly she realized, in order to fetch her belongings, they must have visited her place.

That means…

That means they must have seen her other stuff there.

All the photos of Ryan and her as lovey-dovey couple were very beautifully decorated in her room.

Does that mean they had already discovered her truth?

Dawn widened her eyes in fear and shock, then she glanced at Lucifer who was already noticing her change in expressions as if trying to read her thoughts.

Lucifer was startled with her strange expressions as he asked in surprise,

“Didn’t you like it?

I thought you must be use to your normal life, sudden change in your environment will affect your mood as well as my sister’s recovery too.

So, I arranged identical room for you here.

I thought you would like it but watching your expression you seemed more scared than happy.” Lucifer raised his eyebrow slightly.

Dawn immediately shook her head repeatedly as she exclaimed, “I am very happy.

Actually, you are right, I am more shocked than happy.

It’s really a cup of tea for person like you to arrange same room as my previous one.”

Lucifer smiled in response and said, “It was not difficult at all.”

Suddenly when her eyes fell on the photo frames that were placed facing the wall, Dawn got shocked and chill of terror flowed through her spine…

It was the same photo frame in which her and Ryan’s pictures were placed. Looking at that picture anybody can find out relation between both of them.

When Dawn was observing that photo frame from distance, Lucifer walked towards her photo frame saying, “This photo frame seemed very important to you but why it’s placed like this.”

Lucifer picked that photo frame looked at it and then glanced at Dawn.

When Dawn saw this, her face turned pale and she broke into sweat, she wanted to scream of fear.

Watching her expressions Lucifer came towards her with photo frame in his hand.

He stood very close to her looking at her tensed face and asked doubtly, “Why is your face so much pale and you are sweating so much?

Are you feeling unwell?”

When dawn saw the picture in her photo frame her expression changed slightly as she felt relieved.

It was picture of her and her best friend ‘Amber Petrova’.

…that means Ryan got an idea about all this and he had changed everything before they reached there.

Dawn was extremely relieved after realizing that they had not found her truth, otherwise she would be dead by now.

Watching her lost in her own thoughts, Lucifer asked again, “Are you ok?”

Dawn came into her senses as she replied, “I…I am fine.

Thankyou Mr. Seller for this. You are very considerate.”

Lucifer felt her reaction strange but he ignored. Anyway, he had already investigated her room and profession. There was nothing wrong with that, so he has no need to doubt her…

But that doesn’t mean, he trusts her.

Lucifer only gave her a glance but did not smile.

He just said coldly, “I don’t want your gratitude. I just want results.”

Dawn was startled because of his direct words but she nodded.

Of course, this was the main reason he let her in his life.

Lucifer continued, “If you need anything at anytime you can ask servants for it.

Now, you should rest.”

As always, he turned around and was about to leave when suddenly Dawn stopped him, “Mr. Seller.”

Lucifer turned around in surprise and looked at her.

Dawn looked at the photo frame in his hand and said, “My photo frame!”

Lucifer looked at the photo frame in her hand and realized that he was taking her photo frame with him mistakenly.

Lucifer looked at her embarrassingly then handed her the photo frame as he asked, “It seems this photo frame is really important to you?”

Dawn nodded as she replied, “Yes, this was given by someone very special.”

Then she looked at him and found his questioning gaze …

She immediately added, “My best friend, Amber”.

Lucifer asked with curiosity, “so this is your best friend?”

Dawn nodded, “yes, she is with me since my childhood. We grew up together in orphanage.”

Lucifer looked at her without saying anything.

Orphanage!

Yes, she was an orphan.

Lucifer only said, “You should rest well. You have to start your work tomorrow.

I’ll take my leave now.”

With this he left her room hurriedly.
