CHAPTER 20 "Drunk Girl"

They took the death people's bodies for deeper investigation. Heolstor returned to Cecilia at the knight's quarters. Arthur said Cecilia was inside to calm herself down. 

Heolstor knocked on the door and saw her drinking tea. He sits beside her, then asked about her condition. Cecilia said she still wasn't used to seeing their bodies. events when the banquet constantly haunted her, she couldn't forget it.

Heolstor embraced his trembling body and pale face. Cecilia apologized to Heolstor for constantly bothering her and would try to help her become a useful person. Heolstor saw Cecilia's face, she said it was all unnecessary. 

Heolstor didn't want to harm her anymore. Cecilia didn't accept it, she wanted to try to help. the voices of those who were fighting, came out of the room. Arthur and the knights were curious, they started to gather at the door to hear it more clearly. 

"Heolstor, I just want to help. I don't want to rely too much on you. I also don't want to harm you."

"I don't want you to be in constant danger. When I saw you hurt, it feels like I never managed to protect you. I don't want this incident to continue to happen to you, I'm like this, because I love you."

I took my eyes off him. I feel annoyed with him. we were silent for a while, until finally he turned my face towards him. I refused and let go of his hand. He looked so sad that he finally put his head on his shoulder. 

Heolstor apologized to her. He said that when with her, he seemed to lose his mind. Cecilia felt too much, then hugged him tightly.

"Heolstor I still want to help. I want to see their bodies again."

They come out of the room, while opening the door. Arthur and the knights fell, they overheard their conversation. Heolstor felt angry with them, he ordered them to run around the field a hundred times. 

While waiting for them, Heolstor and Cecilia saw their bodies in the investigation room. Cecilia felt sick from their smell and struggled to endure. Cecilia took a close look at their bodies.

This scar?, Why is there a wound like this?.  This is an old wound done on purpose, the three people have the same scar. where have i seen her before?. Are they the closest person to the real culprit?. 

Cecilia took a good look at it, she was trying to remember. Heolstor asked her, Cecilia pointed at the old wound and told everything she knew. Heolstor also like he had seen him before. Finally Heolstor ordered one of the guards to find out about this wound. 

We'll probably find a clue. Even if they are only small hints, they must have some meaning. Briana?, How did Briana find the four suspects?.

"Heolstor, I want to meet Briana."

"Okay, I know your reasons. I think the same way as you."

They decided to go back to take a look Arthur and the Knights. when they arrived, they looked exhausted. But there are some of them that look very fresh. Cecilia approached them and spoke to them, at the same time. The knights ran towards her. and gave him various flowers. 

The knights told Cecilia to stay happy. Cecilia accepted the flowers and thanked them. Her smile is very sweet, enchanted the knights with beauty. On the other hand, Heolstor approached Cecilia. He was very grateful for taking the trouble to bring these flowers. He smiled bitterly with a sharp gaze at the knights. 

Is he jealous?, you stupid Heolstor. I chuckled at their behavior. I approached Heolstor and kissed him on the cheek as an apology. Heolstor said that was unfair, I was confused by what he said. On seeing him, he kissed me in front of the knights. All of you have made me happy.  

Heolstor and Cecilia returned to the room after a long investigation. Heolstor asks servants to bring food to their room. Cecilia who just came back after changing clothes, ate the food that was on the table. 

Heolstor sat beside Cecilia and took a glass of wine. Cecilia forbade it and drank the wine. Heolstor tried to stop her, but Cecilia was enjoying herself and he finally gave up. 

"Heol...stor."

"you've been drunk so badly  don't drink it again."

Cecilia made a face like a puppy. she asked him to let her drink another glass. Heolstor forbade her, until Cecilia sat on his lap and teased Heolstor. 

"I want a another glass, please?"

I tried not to be captivated by his seduction.She felt so sad, she seduced me back by kissing my cheek. I was influenced by him and I let her have another glass. 

He fell asleep beside me with a drunken face. I lifted him onto the bed and comforted him. At that time I saw the wound and the sign of the contract. I touched her then saw her face. I've brought a lot of trouble for you. I'm sorry Cecilia. 

Heolstor changed his clothes then headed somewhere. He put on his formal clothes then opened the door. Arthur was inside, as if he had been waiting for him from earlier. They stared at each other and Arthur handed a paper. 

"Is this a report from Briana? Lucky we have Briana."

"Yes, Your Majesty."

Briana is one of the greatest former spies in the emperor. When she resigned as a spy, many people didn't accept her. She started a new job as assistant empress. Of course I accept it, its very useful existence for Cecilia. Especially for a urgent situation like this. 

There are four suspects in this case. We also find a clue that is the mark of wounds on every assassin's body. They were killed by being hit on the head then they tied it with a rope and hung it behind the palace gate.

Those who killed Cecilia at that time. One of them had already stabbed Cecila. They didn't kill her, but they made her suffer. I didn't accept all of this.

"Arthur, tell Briana to come back soon. We need to talk to her."
