CHAPTER 5 "Empress Coronation"

Another week is Cecilia's coronation to became a Empress. Of course, the palace atmosphere was getting out of hand. This coronation will become a part of royal history. They have to prepare everything perfectly.

"Are you okay, Your Majesty?"

"Yes, Mr. Aidan."

This day is very tired. At the end of the coronation. I never thought it would be like this. Iaccidentally saw Heolstor who was talking to the nobles.

"Mr. Aidan."

"Yes, Your Majesty."

"Heolstor is nicknamed the demon of the Empire. In the beginning I thought he was a cruel person like the demon from his nickname. Strangely, I didn't feel it."

Cecilia keeps looking at Heolstor and remembers what happened to her with him.

"What you said is true."

"Pardon?"

"Being called something, does not mean that person is the same as the nickname. Emperor Heolstor is nicknamed the devil because of his fighting style and great strategy. I really admire him, as well as other people. One more thing, Your Majesty must have his own reasons for you."

Time keeps running. The coronation will take place today. All state and resident representatives will witness the signing of the coronation in person. The coronation will be held at the Hilmert building. The building is the coronation of Empress for generations.

Heolstor wearing his formal attire, was waiting for Cecilia in front of the main gate.

"Heolstor."

He was amazed by Cecilia's appearance. Red dresses like autumn leaves and accessories. Adding a sophisticated Cecilia impression. The gaze of everyone at the main gate was sidetracked by the beauty of their empress.

"Heolstor?."

"Ah yes, Cecilia."

Heolstor and Cecilia headed to Hilmert's building. On the way, there were many people who cheered loudly and said Cecilia's name.

"Empress Cecilia!"

"Empress Cecilia!"

They reach the Hilmert building. When Cecilia got off the horse carriage. The eyes of the people are on.

"There's no need to be nervous."

"Yes?"

The altar door opened. Cecilia walked towards the altar. In front of him he saw a crown. Empress Gausberto's crown with red jewels around it. Heolstor took the crown and gave it to Cecilia.

"I am Princess Cecilia Erebus Gausberto, with the inheritance given by the previous empress. I will become Empress Cecilia Erebus Gausberto of the Gausberto empire."

Cecilia turned to face everyone and they cheered on her.

"Long live Empress Cecilia!!"

"Congratulations on the coronation."

A banquet was held at the main palace. Everyone in the hall was talking about Cecilia. They expected Cecilia to become a great empress like the noble beauty she possessed.

"Emperor Heolstor Erebus Gausberto, Empress Cecilia Erebus Gausberto."

All applaud seeing those who entered the banquet hall. Everyone keeps staring at the two of them. A very beautiful and charming royal couple. They look good together.

"Congratulations on the coronation, Empress Cecilia."

"Thank you."

I talked to various nobles. They come from state representatives. They said that I was a new flower in the Empire. New interest in social class. Beautiful flowers among others.

"Are you tired?"

"A little."

When Cecilia wanted to continue drinking wine. A man salutes and introduces himself.  The man who has a body like Heolstor. Blonde hair and orange eyes.

"Greetings, Empress Cecilia. I am Duke Hugo Ardolph."

"Long time no see, Duke Ardolph."

"Yes, Your Majesty."

I saw Heolstor. "You already know each other?"

"Yes, Empress Cecilia."

"I don't know him and you should go now, Duke Ardolph."

The atmosphere between the three of them turned serious. Hugo and Heolstor looked at each other with cold gazes.

"What do you mean?"

Heolstor was silent. He didn't answer Cecilia's question and looked away.

What's wrong with him?.

"Then, I will excuse myself. Nice to meet you Empress Cecilia."

"Yes, Duke Ardolph."

Hugo left Cecilia and Heolstor behind. Everyone stared at them and whispered. Cecilia could only guess what had really happened. Since then the work to become Empress began.

Starting today Cecilia will start serving in the assigned territory. Cecilia walked toward the work room. When he arrived, She saw a large brown door with a crown of empress. He sighed and entered the room.

"Greetings, Empress Cecilia."

"Greetings."

I saw a woman. Long brown hair and black eyes. She is the same height as me. Elegant clothes, like a manly knight.

"Is the first time i meet you. What's your name?."

"I'm Briana. Starting today, I will be your assistant at work. Welcome Empress Cecilia."

"Thank you, Briana."

Cecilia sat in her work chair and did what she had to do.

"This is the area information data for which you are responsible."

Briana gives a stack of papers on the table. Not one, but three piles of paper that had piled up on Cecilia's desk.

"You have to see and remember all this. I'll give you two hours."

"Two?."

Briana smiled warmly.

"All right, starting from now."

I have to read and memorize all this in two hours? Can I?!.

A few moments later.

"You have completed three piles at once. Our Empress is indeed great. Your work for today has been completed. I shall leave, Empress Cecilia."

It's tiring, my head hurts. Those three piles of paper want to kill me.

Cecilia returned to her perfect seat and looked back at the pile of papers she had seen. When tidying it, She saw a paper that had fallen under the table. Cecilia had no choice but to take the paper. She was surprised when someone called him. Inadvertently, her head hit under the table.

"Cecilia."

"Aw ....."

"What are you doing there?."

"I should be the one asking."

Heolstor helped him up. Cecilia continued to clean up the messy pile of paper.

"your first day was very difficult."

"Ha ... I have to remember all these piles of paper."

"Is it true?"

Cecilia nodded her head. After she finished tidying the papers. She remembered something.

"Heolstor, can I ask you something?"

"Yes?"

"Of course."

"Do you ...."

Cecilia's stomach clenched as she wanted to speak. They both fell silent in the order and Heolstor laughed.

"You haven't eaten yet?"

With a blushing face. "Yes ... yes."

Why is this stomach sound at the wrong time? The sound is huge, it's embarrassing. At the end I ate with Heolstor and didn't have time to ask.

"Even though I wanted to ask about Duke Ardolph".

What is the relationship between himself and Duke Ardolph?. Since the banquet she never talked about Duke Ardolph at all. Everyone at the banquet just looked at the two of them and whispered. Is something about this, shouldn't I know?

"Ha ... never mind, it doesn't matter to me. My job as Empress just started today. The future will definitely be more difficult than this".

On the other hand, a blonde, orange-eyed man was staring at Cecilia from a distance. His cold eyes continued to look at Cecilia who was in the palace garden.
