Philips told his father about what has been going on with 

silver. And he took the case , he had series of meetings with the late Mr toms lawyers and got informations needed to help silver get all her legal rights. Including the right to education..

Good day sir, 

Yes what can I do for you. 

I am barrister Andrew , and this are the lawyers from late Mr toms company. 

Mr Fred: And what can I do for you 

 Barrister James: we are here to inform you about the legal rights of miss silver. We would like her to be here while we discuss everything. 

According to the will of Mr Tom , miss silver should be given access to her own share of the company at the age of 16 which is a few months from now. Due to the early demise of Mr and Mrs franklin all the assets owned by them would be transferred to her. And since you took charge over the company 

, you’ve not called any of the company lawyers to know the dos and don’t of the company. You’ve be taking charge of the company without following the right process. 

  

Mr Fred 

- really , okay honey can you bring in silver

 

( Mrs Vanessa who has been listening from the background had already made arrangement threatening silver to do exactly what she is told . )

Silver : uncle you called for me

 Mr Fred: Tell this gentle men that you gave me the rights to take charge of the company till you’re 21 years old.

 

Silver: (acting all reluctant and scared). 

Yes sirs please don’t disturb my uncle he has been taking good care of me . I have no other one but him . 

  

Barrister Andrew : is this what you really want dear. You can speak your mind freely.

 

Silver : Yes sir , perhaps I don’t have use for such amount of money in the main time. I want to also make my uncle My successor , everything goes to him if anything should happen to me.

 

Barrister Andrew : Sorry to ask you dear , do you plan on dying anytime soon.

 Silver : No sir , my aunt!

 Mr Fred: Alright you can go to your room now

Silver : My room or the servant quarters sir , oops am sorry about that statement.

Mr Fred : leave here immediately.(silver exits) 

As you can see she has given me all rights. I would need you to draft a document stating everything she just said okay. So we can make everything official like you requested. 

 Barrister James: ( looking a bit worried , but since he is her guardian there’s nothing he can do for now) okay sir thank you for your time.

 Philip: Dad welcome back

Barrister Andrew: Thank you my son 

philip: Dad how did the meeting with silvers uncle go

barrister andrew : well  I don’t really know what to say other than that couple has a lot of things they are hiding. The poor girl wasn’t even allowed to express herself. And I think we just made matters worse for her my son

philip: Dad what do you mean. 

Mr Andrew: they pressurised her into making Mr Fred the care taker of all her fathers wealth till she’s of age. And as long as she said it with her own mouth there she nothing much we can do but hope for a divine intervention.

Philip : Dad I really worry about her,what about her education 

Mr Andrew: we were excused before we could say anything. But I’d still look into her case to see what we can do about it.

Philip: Thank you very much Dad. 

Mr Andrew: take my bags inside and inform your mum of my arrive, also ask the maid to prepare my bath. 

Philip: okay Dad.

 I agree with you in this, assuming she had died with her parents we won’t have had to kill her . Her parents death went according to plan but she has been really good at staying alive. All our attempts have been unsuccessful so far.

(One of the maids who has become accustomed with silver was listening to their conversation. She ran back to tell silver everything and ask her to leave the house immediately in order for her to be save. The maid helped her with some cash and asked her to go as far away as she can and never return. That night silver ran away

 Maid : silver you have to be strong and when you’re strong enough come back and fight for what is rightfully yours , No matter what my child you have to survive .

 I’d send you to my brother in the next town to stay with him. There you’d have to go to school and work hard. My brother is blind so he can’t really do much. I can’t promise you luxurious life or exquisite food. All I can provide for you is shelter. You have to change your identity my love. Take good care of your self.
