Prom party

Everybody  is arriving with their dates, even Sam had a date he thought silver would not show up. he walks up to silver who was sitting down by herself, she looked so gorgeous.

 Sam: hey silver

silver: hello

Sam: I thought you were not coming for the party. 

 

silver: well here I am, I thought I asked you not to show your face to me again.

Sam: you know me I can be strong willed if I want to be, perhaps who can resist such charms.

Silver: do not keep your date waiting,I do not want to be kidnap this time .

Sam: what do you mean

  

Silver: I can not believe you went back been friends with people that rejected you.

Sam:do not forget that you rejected me also. And I was really down because of your rejection she came asking me to be her date. I did not ask her. silver I love you with all my heart but you seem to have chosen my brother over me.

Silver: that is not the case please do not make it seem like that.

Miranda: than how is it tell me.

Silver: this matter doesn't concern you in any way.

Miranda: that is where you are wrong dear, it concerns me. you broke sams heart, I wonder who you think you are. well we are just here as friends if you still want him you can keep him.

Silver: no thank you I am good.

Sam: Miranda let us go, I know when I am not welcomed.

silver: Sam!.

  

Principal wood: I know it is not easy to love to brother dear

Silver: principal wood

principal wood:. yes dear.

Silver: how long have you been standing there sir.

principal wood: long enough to know that you love him but can not give him a chance. 

Silver: sir is this not an inappropriate topic to be discussing with your student 

Principal wood: you are officially not my student again remember, the only ceremony remaining is your graduation then you're out, perhaps as your teacher am to guard you through all aspects of life including love

Silver: hahaha I am not trying to flatter you sir, you are the best. 

principal wood: thank you dear, but I want you to remember one thing. 

 

Silver: and what is that sir. 

principal wood: Always follow your heart no matter what okay. Do what is best for you, never hurt yourself for the happiness of others, but also do not hurt others for your happiness. live in peace with all men. people would reject you, fight you and even insult you, but remember to always be kind and follow your heart desires or else you would not have a happy life. love for your self okay.

Principal wood: you are welcome dear. alright let me allow you to enjoy the party.

 

Silver: bye sir

 

It was time for the first dance and every body was going to the dance floor with their partner, silver felt out of place because she does not have a partner so she thought it best to leave the party.

  

Simon: going somewhere.

Silver: please let me be am not ready for all this drama again go and search for Miranda. I still haven't forgiven you for the kiss

 

Simon: Kiss?

Silver : please do not play dumb with me.

 

Simon : really silver, you have forgotten the sound of my voice.

 

Silver: Simon?

Simon: in the flesh baby

 Silver : (jumps on him and gave him a kiss). I really miss you 

 

Simon: Hmmm if this is my welcome party I think I should be traveling out constantly.

 

Silver: get out of here, what do you mean by that.

 

Simon: silver you just kissed me if you do not realize that. 

 

Silver: yes I know, I wished I had done it earlier. I really did miss you. 

 

Simon: I did too, still let's keep all this for later. would you have this first dance with me 

  

Silver: Yes I would.

they both danced till they decided to leave the party together and go to their favorite spot in the school, the roof top.

Silver: This might be our last time together on this roof top

Simon: I agree with you,so many memories were made here

Silver: yeah, so when did you come back. 

Simon: The day I called you I was preparing to go to the airport. 

Silver: 

And why didn't you come to check up on me since you came back 

because I tried to call you but your number was not connecting.

Simon: Well I wanted to surprise you, and I guess it was worth it. 

Silver: does Sam know you are around. 

Simon: Not really, I have be lodging in an hotel since I came back from London.

Silver: I am really happy to see you, when would you be returning to London. 

Simon : I'd rather we do not talk about such. let's spend this time we have together.

Silver: I want to know please.

Simon: okay, I would be leaving in a months time, which means I would be here for your graduation.

Silver: yippee that would be great. 

Simon: my turn to ask the questions.

Silver: okay

Simon: how was your exams.

silver: it was fine,I did my best in the exam.

Simon: Good! what about grandma love, Mr Antony and Miss Louisa

Silver: They are all good. I spent the weekend with them remember, they introduced me to the lawyers I would be working with in the future and others including the financial secretary.

Simon: that is indeed a good thing, I wish everything goes according to plan

Silver: yeah me too.

Simon: my final question what happened between you and my brother and why did you say he kissed you. 

Silver: well, uh 

Simon: silver talk to me before I beat him up.

Silver: you know we got close after you left and I guess he developed feelings for me. he took me to where your mum was buried.

Simon: Hmmm do you love him

Silver: please let me finish do not get all worked up. 

Simon: Okay am listening

Silver: well there he asked me to be his girlfriend.

Simon: And what was your reply?

Silver: I told him no, see you should not be angry.

Simon: is that why you stopped calling me or picking my calls.

Silver: Yes, I was confused about what I felt.

Simon: Are you still confused now. 

Silver: Not really.

Simon: hmm okay

Silver: Simon don't be like this, I am not confused because I want to be your girlfriend . I have decided.

Simon: silver I do not want You to make hasty decisions. I love you and I want you to be mine. but I need you to face your demons first before we can finally be together.

Silver: Are you rejecting me.

Simon: No I have thought about you over and over again none stop but still I want the best for you, relationship would be a distraction. I want you to be focus, perhaps you're just 18 years old, we still have enough time. focus on your goals and I mine. I promise I would wait for you and still remain very supportive of your goals. 

Silver: okay I understand

Simon: you are mine already so no one should come close to you okay, but we can't be dating each other officially for now okay.i don't want to lose you because of any silly mistakes.

Silver: okay I love you Simon.

Simon: I love you too.
