I know you want the satisfaction, that's not gonna happen

Finally, I wore my leather bracelet, with my knife and nodded at my reflection. I looked bad ass. I was wearing a ripped jean shorts and an oversized long sleeved sweatshirt. I wore my fleece short sleeved jacket and paired it with a high top leather boot. My hair were in two unkempt double dutch braids. I fixed Storm's leach and took my backpack.

"What the bloody hell have you done to your room?" I heard dad screech and I groaned and looked around the room walls. I took my time to write a few things or so many words and reminders with a black permanent marker on the walls. If anyone saw it, they would think I'm insane but to me, it looked cool.

"I warned you about stepping into my room without permission dad." I complained and he looked at me with pitiful and worried eyes. Something I hated so much about people. They think I'm never gonna get better but guess what bitches. I'm perfectly fine and I don't need anyone's help.

"Are you okay Rage?" Dad asked and I gave him the stink eye as I picked storm up from my bed.

"I'm fine, stop worrying so much about me. I hate it." I hissed and he nodded and changed his mood to a teasing mood but I could still see it in his eyes as he roamed around the writings on the walls. Staring at a particular one that said I taste like the dreams of mad children and I rolled my eyes.

"You go out there and make more friends alright. Who knows, you could make a boyfriend too." Dad said and I cringed thinking about those love and cliché shits.

"I'd rather live alone with 100 raccoons and 50 dolls while watching suicide squad than to fall in love." I told him genuinely and he smirked.

"You will be changing your mind soon," he said cockily and I bit my tongue from saying something snarky to him.

"Alright whatever, I'm already late. Can you please drop me at school today." I forced the words out of my mouth and dad gave me a cocky smirk.

"I happen to be so busy today," dad said looking at his nails, probably mocking me when I'm never interested in anything.

"Oh c'mon dad." I whined and he smiled and motioned for us to leave. I fist bumped the air and followed him to his garage. We got into his jeep wrangler and played a rap song as he drove me to school. We got in front of the school and I could see students outside the school in groups laughing, at what wasn't even funny. I got some stares while some people ignored as I jumped from dad's jeep.

"Be good kiddo and stay out of trouble," dad advised and I scowled at him and slammed the door shut. I waved at him and got into the school, ignoring whispers as I made my way to the blonde receptionist.

"Schedule and locker combination." I ordered and she raised an eye brow at me.

"Harriet-Manners Nicholai." I told her and she nodded and opened her table drawer before pulling out a nylon document bag and handed it to me.

I snatched it from her and opened my document bag as I walked through the hallway. I had world history which happened to be the subject I hate so much. I searched for the class and fortunately I found it and opened the door. There was only one person who's head was looking down on his desk. I got closer to him and sat on the chair which was next to the window, at the back of the class and next to him.

"Yo." I snapped my fingers and he looked at me making me gasp.

"Ginger." I screeched and he cringed and raised an eyebrow at me and Storm.

"Look if you want to mock me or bully me feel free but please call me by name," he said in his beautiful voice and I frowned.

"You don't remember me?" I asked and he shook his head no in confusion.

"I'm the girl from yesterday when you sang boy in the bubble." I reminded him and he narrowed his eyes at me then frowned with gritted teeth.

"Look I'm not a charity case okay. I just needed the money for something important, if you want it back I don't have it," he said and I glared at him.

"What's your name?" I asked and he looked at me in confusion, making me to lose my patience.

"The fuck is your name?" I asked gripping his wrist through his long sleeved gray shirt tightly and he yelped in pain.

"Callum," he screamed as tears glistened in his eyes and I released it quickly, feeling a strange feeling of guilt. Wait! Holdup! I don't feel guilty. Something is definitely wrong with me.

I glanced at his wrist but he hid it quickly. I swear I saw the hint of blood but I shook it off. I never fix my nails, I only paint them black.

"Ginger, I don't want your money back alright, I just thought I could compliment you for the song." I told him calmly and he nodded and looked away. He looked so thin and really cute.

The electric bell rang and students began to troop in. I glanced suspiciously at a girl who came in and winked at Callum. He stiffened and looked down. Just then two boys came in and the tallest came over to Callum. He was wearing a letterman jacket so that meant he was a senior.

"Hey big eyes," the guy called Callum and I frowned as the girl and the boy stood at his back.

"I forgot to do it." Callum said and the boy frowned.

"Who could ever forget to do Todd's assignment?" He thought out loud and slammed his fist on Callum's table making him to jump in fright.

"Hey leave him alone!" I yelled and he glanced at me and smiled.

"I'm not gonna touch you because you're new and you've got a nice pet," he said and I scoffed.

"Mr. Todd would you please leave the class." I heard a voice and Todd chuckled, turning to face the teacher.

"We'll finish this later," he whispered at Callum then eyed me before leaving the class with the boy. The girl remained and sat in front of me. The whole class was watching the scene and I rolled my eyes.

"Good morning class," the teacher greeted and no one answered. He was a bit young.

"We have a new student, Harriet-Manners Nicholai please come up here and tell us about yourself," the teacher said and I glared at him.

"No thanks." I told him and he grinned.

"C'mon Harriet everyone here are friendly," he pressed. Son of a bitch. I stood up and walked to the front. The class was so silent that I could hear my boots on the wooden floorboard.

"My name's Harriet." I told the class, cringing from their judging eyes and only staring at Ginger who avoided my gaze.

"We already know that Harriet. How about you tell us the reason why you were transferred from your old school," he said and I turned to glare at him but remembered mom's warning.

"I'm from Manchester Central high school, I was transferred for two reasons. Chopping off a boy's finger and attacking my therapist. The graffiti was on purpose because she was an asshat." I said and smirked at their horrified faces as I tapped Storm's head.

"Harriet," the teacher warned and I grinned.

"Sorry I meant gargantuan asshat." I replied and the class erupted in laughter. I glanced at Ginger to see a small smile on his face making me smile.

"Okay," the teacher clapped. "I'm Mr Fletcher and you're welcome to the best history class. Any questions for Harriet?" Mr Fletcher asked and a boy raised his hands. He had a 2012 Justin bieber haircut.

"What's your cup size?" He asked and I rolled my eyes.

"You don't need to answer that-"

"My cup size?" I asked the boy and he nodded smirking.

"I don't know, I think mine's bigger than your mom's." I shrugged and his smirk was replaced with mine.

"Okay thanks for sharing that with us you can go back now." Mr Fletcher announced and I went back to my seat smirking. World history was now officially my best subject.

"I'd like to see him first," dad said with his hands akimbo and I rolled my eyes at his style of being the strict father."He can be very shy." I whispered and dad gave me a questioning look. I sighed and went over to open the door, ignoring Aunt Lily's teasing whistle. Uncle Levi on the other hand was holding a shot gun in case he needed to shoot the guy. His words not mine."My crazy family wants to see you." I told him and he exhaled in fright and rubbed his shaking hands together. He looked really good in a white long sleeved shirt and jean. His hair covered with a black head warmer. He came in and froze. I glared at Uncle Levi who pointed the gun to him. He grinned in happiness, and lowered the gun."I heard you're taking my girl out on a little trip?" Dad asked and I rolled my eyes. Ginger flinched and nodded slowly.

Life's a bitch. You've got to go out there and kick some asses off."Was it Todd that gave you the bruise on your eye the first time I saw you?" I asked him and he looked away from me. I had been dreading to know if it was Todd ever since he told me he was used to more pain. I needed to know if he was abused by someone else too, or only bullied by Todd."Yeah," he replied but I could tell he was lying. He changed his voice and became still. He avoided eye contact and blinked rapidly. His chest rose and fell in a fast pace. I knew it wasn't going to be easy for him to tell me, but I needed to know. I needed to be there for him."Liar." I drawled slowly and he shook his head and balled his fist. I was infuriating him so he would tell me out if frustration. I would do anything to get the truth from him."

You can't do epic shit with basic people."Don't you have a place called school to go to." I heard dad knock on my door and I sat up with sleepy eyes. I stared at the wall clock and my eyes widened. I had few minutes to be at school. I got up instantly and rushed to my bathroom to have a quick bath. My hair was really tangled so I did my usual rough double dutch braids.I dressed up quickly and picked my bag. I didn't want to disturb Storm who was still asleep so I rushed out and went to the refrigerator to grab a granola bar."Here take this. I hate high school lunches, it's gross." Uncle Levi said handling me a paper bag. I threw it in my backpack and ran to dad's garage. I climbed on my new bike, fixed my helmet and drove out of the house.I got to the school and parked it at the students pa

When everything is lonely, I can be my best friend."How did you..." I trailed off when he looked back at me and turned front, hugging his knees and playing with the water. I knew I was lying but I needed to cheer him up. He was better off not sad."How did you know?" I asked again after clearing my throat. I folded my arms and watched as Storm began to play with the plants."You're so noisy for a stalker. I could hear your footsteps and heavy breathing. Plus you don't need to act dumb, it's not required," he said and I rolled my eyes and sat close to him, hugging my knees too."So..." I trailed off and he glared at me. The swell on his eyes had reduced and the color was now a shade of purple. I smiled at the blue shirt he wore. We kind of matched."I told you to st
