I went to a club with Jess and Lara. The boys wanted to play cards at Nick's and because Lara's friend Ron was there too, they asked us if she could come with us. I didn't mind. Jess hadn't been that enthusiastic at first, but she said nothing when they came along. I found it very nice to go to another club that you could really call a club. There were also many of our age there, which was a good change. Lara told us that her half-brother would be here too. We sat at an empty high table with four stools.
A few minutes later a waitress even came to our table and asked us what we would like to drink. Jess ordered Redbull vodka and Lara champagne. I ordered a coke so Jess rolled her eyes and I just smiled at her.
After we had all had a drink and had a little chat, the three of us went dancing. Lara didn't really want to dance, but Jess practically made her do it.
Not much later we sat back at the table and Jess ordered another drink for us. Meanwhile Lara got up to go to the bathroom. Somebody tapped me on the shoulder. I turned around, confused and couldn't believe my eyes.
"Andy?" I asked, shocked and he looked at me beaming.
"Hey Jolina, how are you?" Unbelievable that I met him here.
"Um ... good. What are you doing here? ", I asked him totally perplexed.
"My sister is here," he replied with a smile. His sister?
Immediately it occurred to me that Lara had talked about her half-brother who was supposed to be here too.
"You are Lara's brother?" He nodded, smiling. Oh my god what a coincidence.
When Jess suddenly cleared her throat next to me, I looked at her in surprise.
She met my gaze and raised an eyebrow.
"Um ... Jess, this is Andy."
Jess looked from me to Andy, who offered her his hand. "Hi, nice to meet you."
Jess smiled at him. "Likewise. I'm Jess. ”
Why was she grinning at Andy like that?
"Jess?" Andy asked and she nodded. Then Lara came back, who greeted Andy immediately, so that Andy stayed at our table.
When we were about to go home, we said goodbye to Andy at the door of the club. Lara was still talking to him, so Jess pulled me away from the two of them and looked at me.
"What about you?" I just shook my head. "Is it because of Andy? Man he's really great, don't you think? ”She beamed at me. Did you think he was great?
"You think he's GREAT?" I asked in shock and she nodded with a smile.
"How so? Do you mind? ”
I immediately shook my head. There is no way she should think wrong.
"No. I just thought you were into ... well, David. ”
Jess started laughing. “I'm not into your cousin. He's one of my best friends, like Nick. Yuck! ”She pulled a face in a grimace.
“But what do you have? Don't you like him How do you actually know each other? ”
Oh man, what would she say now? Not that she's freaking out.
“He was in class with Sven and me and he ... Well, we were together once. But not for long and it wasn't serious either! ”I rattled down quickly when I saw Jess's horrified face.
"He's your ex-boyfriend?"
I nodded. "You could say it like this. Hm ... ”
Jess looked over at him and smiled. "Really awesome." I just kept looking at her. "It's a shame," she added.
"It's a shame?" Why was that a shame?
"Well, I wanted to ask him if he would meet me." She wanted to meet him? Now I have to stop laughing. “He's not as great as you think. But if you want to meet him anyway, do so. ”
She cocked her head and looked at me. "No, that doesn't work."
I looked at her confused. “That doesn't work?” I asked.
She nodded. “I think the two of us have become good friends over the past few months. You've become a good friend to me and girlfriends don't do anything with the girlfriend's ex-boyfriends. ”
I smiled at her. “I also think that we have become friends and as your new good friend I tell you: meet him if you want! I don't mind. ”
Jess gave me a big hug. "I'll go to him for a
minute ." I nodded and she walked past me. I never thought she'd be into that type of man. He was the exact opposite of her - especially when it came to optics. He had a surfer hairstyle, light brown hair and always dressed in an exaggerated fashion. Mostly he wore shirts. She, on the other hand, had short blonde hair - which often stuck out in all directions - was always heavily made up and liked to wear short, revealing clothes. Lara came over to me when Jess was talking to Andy.
