I really didn't go to David's place for the weekend. I told him I was sick, so he told the others that I hadn't come because of it. Of course, Jess knew better.

On Sunday evening Jess called me and we talked briefly and she apologized to me for the conversation last Sunday and was sad that I hadn't come this weekend. That she missed me and that I would definitely have to come next because it was Lara’s birthday. I didn't really want to go because I hadn't heard from Nick all week. I was still mad, but more at myself. But for him the subject had apparently already been settled.

I promised Jess to call her again this week. Until then, I could calmly consider whether I would stay at home.

Shortly after eleven on Wednesday my cell phone rang because I had received a text message. I opened my eyes sleepily because I was already in bed and then got up, went to the desk and took my cell phone and lay back in bed and opened the text message and saw that it was from Nick. I was expecting Jess. I thought for a moment before letting her.

Hey Jolie, I have to write something to you.

I just wanted to tell you that I was the day we first kissed, in the snow, do you remember?

Actually think that we are together.

I saw it that way for myself, even if I didn't say it,

And that I think I can still wait, if you're ready.

When I had read the SMS through I still looked unbelievably at the cell phone and then let it through again before I put it away. He thought we were together in the snow since the kiss. That's exactly what I thought. Now I could only hope that he wasn't too boozy while he was writing the sms and couldn't remember it on the weekend. I thought about him for a while.

Had he still had something with other girls next to me because I hadn't slept with him yet. I was aware that he was no longer a little boy and would never have to do without it before me, but why could he not understand me that I was not ready for it yet. For me everything would have to be perfect if he would just stop the fucking drugs. Because most of the time he came up with it anyway when he was too drunk. I was also afraid that it would change everything. Maybe then he would not be interested in me anymore when he got what he wanted. Maybe he wouldn't like it and he would break up ....

So much spat around in my head, but I was happy that he had written to me. That was the last thought before I fell asleep.

Now I was looking forward to the weekend.

Nick came back on Saturday. He was getting out of his car when I came up the driveway. I had been in town with Jess to buy a present for Lara who is celebrating her birthday tonight. My heart immediately jumped when he smiled at me. We hadn't seen each other in so long that it felt like forever. So I ran up to him, slightly nervous, into his arms, so that he hugged me and picked me up and laughed.

"Hey, so stormy?" He laughed again. I loved to laugh and I nodded in his embrace. Then he let me down again and we looked deeply into each other's eyes. I could easily forget myself in his eyes.

"How are you?" He asked and I smiled.

"Now, good again." He smiled back and leaned over to me, placing his warm lips gently on mine. But before we could widen the kiss, we heard someone clear their throat. It was my aunt. She looked at us both with a smile.

"Hey Ines." Nick greet her as if there was nothing and I looked embarrassed at the floor. I didn't know if my aunt had noticed that Nick and me ... were together.

"And how was the work?" My aunt asked him. How did she know?

"Tiring but good." My aunt nodded.

"Let's go in." I then Sgate. Nick smiled and then nodded and we went into the house together.

Lara celebrated her birthday in a little house. What stood in a huge garden next to a very old property with a huge house that belongs to her uncle. He had allowed her to celebrate in the small guest house. The garden had a small grill place. Below is a small pond and a table tennis table and a basketball basket. The house had a small living area with a small bar in a corner on the left and a small kitchen in the next room. Through that you could get into a small bathroom. It was ideal for such a celebration.

I came with Jess, Nick, Sven and David. Jonas and Noah were already there. We greeted Lara and gave her our present. Fortunately for me, your friend Ron wasn't there. How I couldn't stand him! But for Lara it was of course stupid that her boyfriend wasn't there. It was really weird that he wasn't there for his own girlfriend's birthday. But I didn't tell her that.

A while later Lara was standing with a guy I had taken for Ron at first, he looked a lot like him. I wanted to ask her nice white girl for Ron because her brother Andy had told me that they had quarreled and that he hadn't come and she was very sad about it.

"Hey Lara, where is Ron, is he really not coming?" Lara shook her head.

"Long story ... let's not talk about it." I nodded. Then she looked at the guy next to her and pointed at him.

"By the way, that's Jan, Ron's brother." I looked at him and he let his gaze wander over my body. Yes, Ron's brother! you noticed that immediately.

"Jan, this is my friend Jolina." He nodded and gave me his hand, which I took in a more friendly white.

"Nice to meet you," he said with a smile.

"Likewise." I just said. Let go of his hand again. Then Jess called for me with two glasses in hand and I walked away from them.

Later I sat down at the bar where Andy was standing drinking.

"Can you make me a delicious cocktail?" I asked him and he nodded with a smile.

"Sure." He took a glass from the shelf and turned back to me.

"But only a little alcohol and nice and fruity." Andy nodded knowingly. He knew that I didn't like alcohol that much. Then suddenly this Jan sat down with me.

"Hey," I looked at him. What did he want now?

"Hi." I replied back. Then he turned to Andy.

"Will you give me a beer?" Andy nodded and handed him a bottle of beer.

"So you know my brother?" I shrugged.

“Knowing would be saying too much. I've seen him a couple of times, that's all. ”Jan grinned at me.

"Sounds like you don't think it's great." I shrugged again. I couldn't tell him that I found his brother totally annoying.

"It's okay, I know how my brother is." Now he laughed.

"As I said, I don't know him very well, just how he is to Lara and sometimes I find that really awesome." Jan nodded.

“Yes, that's how he is, always wants to be the boss. The old macho. “Just as I was about to say something, Andy put a large glass in front of me.

"Here you go." I smiled at Andy.

"Thanks," he nodded.

“All complaints to me, please.” I had to laugh.

"Definitely." I said then and then tried a sip.

“Very tasty, you did very well. I don't taste alcohol. Thanks. "Andy nodded. Then Nick came to us.

"Well, you." We all looked at him.

"Well," Sgate Jan, back as the only one of us.

"That we'll see each other here again." I now heard Jan say and looked at Nick confused.

“Yes, nobody would have thought that. Just like I saw Ron at some sixteen year old girl's birthday party. ”He laughed. I was totally confused.

"You know each other?" Nick and Jan nodded to me.

"Yes from before, I got to know him through Ron." Jan nodded again.

"Yes, we spent a couple of really weird days together, fully blasted to the top." Now he looked at me.

“I used to get him his material.” Great!
