Aunt chioma's POV

   Today was fun and same time stressful. 

when I went to chidinma house, she gave me pepper soup and fresh palm wine.

We ended up decided to wear to wear the latest asoebi , peach coloured head tie , turquoise colored lace  and peach coloured asoebi wrapper and turquoise coloured heels  during the committee party ,it would cost about two hundred thousand naira . 

I will sell one the farmlands so I can get the money.

I went to my room to change my clothes I wore a blue vest and tied my wrapper.

I noticed that some of Emeka's clothes were missing, I wonder where they are but I don't really care.

But I need to know let me ask Amaka.

Amaka, Amaka bia  (come ) oh 

 Amaka's POV

 It's Time to execute my plan ,I started crying seriously , mama , mama you called me.

Aunt chioma

     Amaka came into my room with tears on her face and her eyes were swollen, Amaka what happened to you??? .

Amaka

   I went to tell Nnenna to give me more soup instead of giving me she slapped me.

 she even ate four pieces of meat and didn't give me a single piece of meat. 

 when I tried to complain she beat me up badly😠😠😡😡😠😠😡.

Aunt chioma

  I was beyond shocked after Amaka told me why Nnenna did to her .

But I need to know where her father was when he left that stupid girl to beat up my daughter.

Amaka where was your father when Nnenna was beating you?? 

Amaka

He was at home,he even told her to beat me very well then I saw him leave the house with his bag .

Ok let me call Nnenna and deal with her severely she will see the worst of me today..

Nnenna, Nnenna, Nnenna come here.

Nnenna's POV

  I was going to aunt chioma room to greet her.

when I heard Nnenna lying to aunt about me .

I knew I was done for , when aunt chioma screamed my name.

I went to her room to Meet her ,I greeted her: welcome aunt chioma she shut me up  quickly.

Aunt chioma

Hold it there I don't need your greeting.

Where did Emeka go to ??

Nnenna

    He said he was going to see his brother,he would be back in two weeks time.

Aunt chioma

 Why did you beat Amaka ?? 

What did she do to you kneel down there yours hands up and close your eyes.

Nnenna POV

I tried to plead with her but she didn't listen. 

After kneeling for 20 mins I was already sweating and crying .

She told me to get up ,I was happy and started thanking her, but she said she wasn't done yet.

She told me to lie down on the floor she told Amaka to get her a cane . Amaka was grinning and smiling evilly .

She went outside and came back in less than a minute.

She brought a very big stick and aunt chioma told her to give me 10 strokes of cane.

By the time she was done my body was injured .

I was crying but no one was there to help me. 

Aunt chioma dragged me by my hand , she said I was gonna sleep outside today ,

 there was lightenings and thunder . 

the clouds are dark it is going to rain.

Aunt chioma

She would sleep outside today, then she would learn how to be obedient.

She was pleading but I wasn't touched a bit 😥😣😣😣 .I closed the door and went inside.  

Amaka came to meet me, she asked me if the punishment wasn't too much.

I told her it wasn't.

Amaka's POV

I felt for her but she deserves it , I warned her but she didn't listen.

Nnenna's POV

My body aches alot and the rain is really heavy .

 I have to do all the chores tommorow I wonder if I would be able to survive this and I can't even go to see chisom it's very late 11:00 PM

Aunt chioma's POV

I have to get rid of her totally , I need to do something fast before she gets out of my control.she has to leave my house before Emeka comes back .

It's morning already , Amaka was shivering severely , she was really cold and feverish from all that happened yesterday.

Aunt chioma's POV

Let me go and check on that useless girl , I have to make her feel I've changed before executing my plans.

Nnenna POV

I heard the creaking sound of the door opening.

I was happy same time devastated because I will have to do all the work.

I saw aunt chioma squat beside me.

 she was looking at me with pitiful eyes.

I was surprised cause it's unlike her, she started asking me how I was feeling , I was too shocked to answer, she raised me up and took me inside.

She got some Herbs for me and gave me to drink.

After that she prepared pepper soup and gave to me,  I hesitated before I started eating then she said she didn't poison it ,I  told her I wasn't thinking about that I was just shocked ,i while eating I saw Amaka coming , she asked me who gave the pepper soup before I could answer aunt chioma slapped her. 

Nnenna was beyond shocked ,why would aunt chioma slap Amaka because of me I tried talking but aunt chioma told me to eat . 

Amaka was also shocked she cried and left the room.

Amaka's POV

 I doubt if my mother slapped me because of Nnenna something is fishy.

 I also have to pretend to Nnenna for now before finding out the truth from my mother.

    After I was done eating I wanted to take the plates to the kitchen but aunt chioma took and brought I thanked her.

She started asking me to forgive her and Amaka for everything they have done to me.

I didn't waste any time in accepting her apologies because it was what I've always prayed for.

Aunt chioma's POV

Nnenna is a very big fool just like her mother, she really thinks I will apologize to her she's just so stupid

I saw Amaka walk into my room I felt bad for slapping her .

 I had to to make her believe my  act.

Omalincha nwa  egovin I'm sorry for slapping you 

I was trying to fool Nnenna into believing we've changed before sending her out of her house.

 I'll frame her up but I need your help.

I will pretend to miss place my. money, when I call Nnenna to help me   look for it.

  you go to her room and put the money into her bag.

Then you call me scream and say you found the money in her bag but we have to do this before your father comes back.

Nnenna's POV

I hope that the ill treatments has finally come to an end . 

I'm so happy that aunt chioma and Amaka have finally realized her mistakes.

 I need to tell chisom about this , she would be very happy but how would I meet her  I'm really sick.

5mins later Amaka told me that chisom came to see me, I was really happy because I thought of her and she came.

 I went to Meet her outside I hugged her she mistakenly pressed one the wound I screamed in pain , she asked me what happened  I narrated everything to her without leaving any part out. 

she wasn't really convinced about the apologies but she was happy since I was happy too. 

She warned me to be careful before she left.
