Boss am sorry

Two days later which is Monday, Susan was neatly dressed as usual she arrived at the office before everyone. She sat with a beautiful smile on her face, she is happy that she has set her foot on a Smith path to her happiness. Not long someone came in with with her heels knocking on the floor she don't need to raised her head to know who the person is. 

 " Slut!, how are you? Why are you here? I thought you are death or ran away when I did not see you last week. Anyway none of my business but I wish you are dead so I can have him all to my self and this lowlife slut will not be competing with me."

 Susan knows the 'him'  she was talking about is no other that Jerry , she smile inwardly at her foolishness. She did not mind all the names she is calling her, she has also done that to someone if not more than but she will not give this bit.... no lady the satisfaction to lost her control not after what she has been through her own is the least of her problem.  

  " You are ignoring me again!? " No one has ever done that to her but why did this lady always snub her.

  " I am talking to you?" Susan did not lift up her head once, she continue to do her work as if no one is there shouting at her. 

   " Well-done! I will make you pay for ignoring me. what effrontery!! " She left angrily thinking Susan is just anybody she can scrunch under her feet like an ant. Susan looked at her she wish she can talk to her to correct her ways but this one has gone too far astray . ' experience is a teacher, I wish you learn to correct your ways .' she mumble and returned her focus to the documents she is arranging. 

She checked the time, it is already 8:45 fifteen minutes left before the start of the meeting no one knew he is around. She took her new phone that was gifted to her by Jerry over the weekend to inform him since the one she was using has been destroyed by the rain , luckily he is already in the building with two directors in tow heading to his personal elevator.   

  (  " Aren't you coming for the meeting? " )

  ( " Missing me already?" )

  ( "....." )

  (  " Don't worry I miss you too, I wish to call it a day already to be with you!")

" What are you talking about...." she said in a whisper. 

(  " You know perfectly what am talking, you have make me want for too long so why won't I miss you." )

( " Jey, Please spare me that for later come to the meeting room now. " ). She hung up the call without waiting for him to reply.

Jerry on the other hand chuckle with a raised eyebrow.  The directors with him could not believe what they have just witness. ' Did our aloof CEO just laugh after talking to someone on the phone. Not long Susan came in with all the files needed for  the meeting.

 The directors involve present their proposal for the new contract the company acquire. But to their dismay the powerful tone of the boss sounded making everyone tremble in their seat. 

" Re- do all the proposal!!." he roared . His subordinate did not know what they have done to piss him off like that. 

His brow were knitted  tightly with his gaze wandering to everyone in the room . He raised his eyebrow when he saw Clara dozing off in her chair not paying attention to her surroundings.

 He laughed with slyly before  frowning at them again. The directors don't k ow what is wrong with their boss to be having mood swing Darling in the morning they wonder if he is on mensuration but when they follow his gaze they felt pity for the secretary before they know what her fate is. 

Some did not think much about it they have already believe they are together since no one care to clarify the matter little did they know that the boss only want her to enjoy herself in her fantasy before scatter her dream. 

The temperature of the room drop to zero making everyone tremble in her seat. Clara opened her eyes slowly to see all eyes on her she sat up straight . She went to club last night and has to wake up early for work today, she did not expect Jerry to be in office today since she did not receive any news about his arrival. 

   " Miss Robin Clara, please go to the HR department and process your resignation." he said with a pointed look that gives no room for argument. All other shift in their seat not expecting that result at all it only leas to one thing ' The boss is not in any relationship with her' for him to sack her without batting an eye but they wonder if the punishment is not too extreme. 

    " Boss am sorry! Please don't fire me, I was just a little bit tired. Please don't do this to me please." She dropped on her knee to beg for his forgiveness.

  ' She has forgotten what she did by posting a misleading picture of the two of them which is against the work protocol. She has cause fight and abuse to his one and only ' Wife'. She has caused him great pain in her misunderstanding him after his hard work. How dare you beg for forgiveness .'   Jerry thought about all this and his blood boils in anger.

 " Matt! lead her out of this office and blacklist her. I don't want to see the likes of her that scheme behind other peoples back. Meeting adjourned!!."  

Before all of them could react he has make his way out of the room leaving all of them in panic especially those that have bootlicking her before and those that are her accomplice because they get the gist now that boss must acted this way because of the picture.  

   Clara eyes was clouded with her obsession with the boss that she did  of think straight, she was trembling where she stood all she could think of us that Susan must be the reason why she was blacklisted. She knows her end has come because no company will hire her again as a secretary, she needed someone to blame. 

    Susan was feeling sorry for her she did not talk and quietly went out of the room she was at the door when she felt a sharp pain on her head. " Bitch!!! are you satisfied now! You have seduce him into doing your bidding. I will drag you to hell with me." 

" haaaa!" Susan scream from the pain she felt from her scalp. " Are you crazy! Let go now!! " 

" You think I will leave you after I have now that I don't have any future? I will not go down alone!" Clara scan her eyes around the room to see those who has boot lick her before now looking nat her with disdain , she did not care anymore and drag Susan with her hair will their looked on with a wide mouth.  Matt came in after making few calls to witness this scene. " What are you doing?!"

 He grab  her hands to release Susan from her hold,  others came back to their senses and help Susan up before they all ran out to their respective offices. They don't want to stay a minute in there with that crazy bitch and invite trouble to themselves.  

Susan leave the room holding her head and Clara heading to the ground floor with two security leading her out.
