Three month .

After Sophia left the meeting room , the investor turn to Jerry before one of them decided to speak up . " Mr Jerry, after three days without any explanation, am afraid we will have to partner another time. " 

 Jerry nod without saying anything, he understand perfectly what they are trying to say. Even if he were to be in their shoes he will still do same.

 " Matt, please escort them to third hotel and make them comfortable. " They all shake hands once again and leave the meeting room. 

Jerry went back to his office pacing up and down. He knows Susan will not stoop so low to run away with anyone. She did not know anybody here aside himself and his friends . Right now Cathy and Mark are not around leaving only Peter but she went to the hospital now. He picked up his phone to call her.

 He dialed her number but the phone rang on her table instead. He picked it up to see seven missed calls. Two from Cathy , four from unknown number and one from him. He place the phone on the table before he slumped lazily on the couch thinking.

  He knows perfectly that something is wrong but he can not explain it until he talk to her first. He thought of what to do , he checked the time to see it has been two hours she left the office. 

He picked up his phone to call Peter. He is the only one he needs to talk to right now. He heave a long sigh of relieve when the latter told him that Susan is still in the hospital but she will soon be leaving now. He decided to take a short nap while waiting for her.

 Susan came out of the hospital oblivious from everything that is happening around her, she smiled to herself. She felt so happy today talking to her therapist. She laughed when she recalled what he said just now. 

" Happiness is not something you postpone for the future future, it is something you design for the present. You have to be happy Suzy , since he is the best candidate to make you happy why hesitating?" said Mr Matthew her therapist.

 " It is not that am just afraid of betrayal again.".

" I understand but this is your life time opportunity. Remember opportunity wait for no one. Once you miss it, you have miss it for life. So don't waste this , open your heart to him. "

 " Thanks , I will try."

" Don't try. Do it!." They both smile at each other before she bid her farewell. She hail a cab back to the office. She sat in the cab facing the window, when she saw a couple holding hand smiling at each other. ' I think it is time to let go and feel at peace. Now she has family that need her love .' Thinking about family, she recollect last week inside Jerry's office.

 " Hey ! what are you talking about? Am your girlfriend not your wife why did you lie to her?"  

" You think I lied to her? " Susan shrugged without saying anything.  Jerry hold his chest dramatically to show his heart  hurt. They both laugh at his drama. " My dear wife, this man before you is not a liar.

 " Susan looked at him and raised an eyebrow at him, their relationship has gone beyond that now they practically know each other in and out.

 " We are married Suzy!" Susan opened her mouth when the bomb was dropped, though she is guessing it but that coming from him is something else. ' what! when I always want elaborate wedding, why us everyone given me this simple and private on in return .'  she said in her head but when she opened her mouth she asked something else.

 "  You must be joking..." She laughed at him." How can you do that without my consent?". It is Jerry turn to laugh now. ' How naive!'  

" I have you consent eight month ago." He said before going back to his seat to continue working as if he did not say anything.  Susan closed her eyes to think about it. she did not remember given her consent or signing any paper at all. Her eyes shoot opened when she recalled the only time she signed something . 

" What!! Jeremiah?? don't tell me you have me signed marriage forms when you employed me?"

  " My wife is finally smart. " She dashed toward him to fight him but she was caught and engaged in fierce kiss instead. 

" Wife stop seducing me. " She pinched him so hard to release her anger in him .

" Ouch! it hurt ouch! OK! OK! am wrong. I promise I won't do it again. I promise I will be open to you from now on. I promise to not deceive you again. I promise to always love you as my only wedded wife....."

 Susan was laughing so hard listening to all his saying before she closed his mouth with hers to shut him up.  After they both separate, she looked into his eyes with all seriousness. 

" Why did you do that? you don't even know me very well? You don't know if am still keeping something from you?" 

  " Baby! I can wait any longer to make you my wife. The worst day of my life is seeing you in the arms of another man. I have known you for fifteen years and I have being waiting for that long to make you mine so when the opportunity present itself I decided to use it. Yes, I know you are keeping something from me but I will wait until you are ready to tell me. "

Susan looked at him her heart beating against her chest with warmth filled hear she hugged him with all her might. " Thank you ! thank you for loving me." He also embrace her and kiss her forehead. 

" How long have we being married? "

 " Three month!"

" Three month Jerry! how could you? how could you do that?"  Jerry was confused with her outburst again. He was panicking in his heart, he did not want another episode of coaxing right now not that he can't do it, he just what to embrace her like this.

Susan laughed, she e joy looking at his confused expression. She smile inwardly. " Am sorry! I just don't have the opportunity to tell you.". 

" how long are you going to keep it away from me? " 

" I swear ! am planning to tell it to you soon. am sorry!" 

" Oh my God. what am I going to do with this now. You allow me to miss my wedding night." 

Jerry who is still panicking was beyond shocked to hear that, he did not know his wife can be this proactive and can not wait to bed him. " Wifey , it is never too late to do that , you know."
