Sameer returned to the dining table and passed a gift towards Mishty.
“What is this?”, Mishty Asked.
“A small gift, just to say thank you,” said Sameer.
After saying this, Sameer started enjoying the dinner and Mishty's eyes filled with tears when she unwrapped the gift. There was a lovely diary and a pen on the gift.
“Why don’t you invest your free time in something you love?”, asked Sameer
“Thank You”, said Mishty.
Soon days passed, then months.

Now the bonding of Sameer and Mishti was so good that without Mishty, Sameer could not do any work and Mishty's morning started with Sameer and even her night ended on Sameer. Both were "best friends" from above, but inside they both started liking each other. There were just 2 barriers, One was the faces of Mishti which Mishti still used to hide from Sameer. But Sameer already had unknowingly seen her scars. And the other, Samir used to keep trying to blame himself when he saw Aarav and he was afraid of what he did, and if the same happens to him, afraid that Mishty will leave him after knowing the truth.
I don’t know if Sameer will love me or not? And what will happen when he will look on the scars on my face, neck, shoulders? Mishty thought.
Sometimes one mistake of a person is enormous in front of all his good work. Brother may have forgiven me, but how do I forgive myself. I can't rewind time, and even if I could, Mishti would have never come in my life.

“Is today anything, Brother?” asked Mishti.

“Yes, Sameer has got tremendous success in the Dubai project. So I am organizing a grand surprise party for him. All our business partners, major shareholders, friends, colleges, staff, all are invited!! And I will introduce you to everyone.” said Aarav.
“No. I will not come to the party.”, said Mishti.

“But why? Sameer would like it.”, said Aarav.

My face, “No, I will not come.”, said Mishti.

Aarav convinced a lot but Mishty denied.

By the time Sameer came home from the office, the lights of the house were off.

“But she has that black spot on her cheeks”. the kid said..
The rest of the night was bliss. They both chit-chatted over the WhatsApp. They felt like they are back in their school days, where teenagers used to do the same at the beginning of their relationship. They talk about day-to-day stuff and crazy stuff. They talked about their best memories of their life and so much more.
Sameer tried to call her back, but Mishty had already switched off her number by then. He knew he had hurt Mishty more than anything. Now, this fight needs to end before it turns into something vicious for their new married relations...."I am sorry, Mishty. I really didn't mean that. You know that, right?", Sameer typed the message and was about to click on the Send b
"I am sorry", Mishty started sobbing. "I am so stupid. I made you pissed off with me over nothing. Sorry for acting like a bitch. I knew you are going to get worried, but I didn't care. I am so sorry. After I send you the message of 'I miss you', I kind of wanted you to tell the same. I waited for hours anxiously, but your reply never came. I felt like you are ignoring me from the morning for just that silly fight, which made me pissed off. That's why I wanted you to taste your medicine."..
"Maa, you are blessed to have the best son-in-law frommy point of view, who never let your daughter cry even for a while."...."Or I can say that you are blessed to have the best husband from my point of view who never let my daughter cry even for a while", Mishty's mother teased, on which Mishty started blushing. "Ahem Ahem. Just his nam
