Shravya: You are really a strong lady & are lucky that you have such an amazing & supporting husband. I am sure this is a love marriage, right?

Mishty: His elder brother is much more supportive than him. He is the reason that today we are together.  (With a smile) By the way, This is an arranged marriage.

Shravya (with a big surprise look): Really?

Mishty: Yup... Because of this face, no one was ready to marry me. Then I met with my husband's elder brother in Goa and because of some reasons my father got admitted to the hospital because of a heart attack.



(#Flashback


When M.baba was recovered a little bit.
Aarav: Sorry uncle ....for that day !!

M. Father: Don't be sorry because it cannot change the fact that one more guy left my daughter without marrying her.


"Don't mind uncle but don't you think that you are so engrossed with the thought of getting Mishty married that you didn't even bother to care that person was not perfect for your daughter. He was trying to molest your daughter.", Aarav explained. "I can somewhere relate the tension or pressure that you would be feeling deep down. But that doesn't mean you can arrange your daughter's marriage with anyone. And if you won't have any problem then I want to ask your daughter's hand for my younger brother."


"Do you belong to our caste?", Mishty's father asked immediately.


"No. We are not. It's your call whether you want a good groom for your daughter or any random abusive guy from your caste", Aarav cleared the matter of fact. After taking a few days, Mishty's father finally agreed for the wedding.

*******Other Side*****

Sameer happily entered Aarav's Cabin when he received a call from Aarav saying 'I want to see you. Come in my cabin'

"Brother....", Sameer called him nervously.



"Take a seat", Aarav said signaling him toward the chair. Once Sameer settled himself. "I want you to get married which the girl of my choice. She is a victim of an acid attack. I will nor pressurize you for the marriage & If you have someone in your life then you can clearly say NO", Aarav said even though he knew that no one is in Sameer's life right now.



"When I have to get married?" Aarav holds his lips from forming a smile. He knew that Sameer will get ready for the marriage."

"You can take your time to think about it."


"I don't have any problem with it. I am ready."

"Mishty is a very sweet girl just like her name. You two will look good together."

"I trust your decision, brother."

"And I am trusting you for the last time. I hope you won't disappoint me this time.", Aarav warned Sameer.

'Though I don't want to marry right now. This seems like my one chance to get our relations in the good term just like before.', Sameer though in his mind. Both Mishty & Sameer hasn't seen each other until the time of their marriage.




*****At Present******



"So in this way, our marriage was fixed. Our marriage happened in a bit hurry because everyone was concern about my father's health that why we didn't get time to enjoy the rituals. Within a week, we got married. all credit goes to Sameer's elder brother. Because of him. Today we are together.", Mishty narrated her real-life story to Shravya.

Mishty's POV

"He has seen a few glimpses of my face but tonight he will be able to see all my scars on my face. Oh God, I am so worried. I just hope he doesn't reject me or give me a heart attack by saying that he was a force to do this marriage & loves someone else, or this is a type of contract marriage, etc", I thought unnecessarily while sitting on the center of the bed. Sometimes I was lifting the veil of my lehenga & then used to cover the face with it. "Mother taught me how to do all the things on the wedding night but now I am so nervous. I just hope that I don't do anything stupid.", Finally my trail of thought broke when I heard the sound of the door opening. My breath hitched & I started recalling the things which I have to do but deep know she was scared of getting rejected because of this face. The moment Sameer sat beside her. Her mind stopped working.

"Everything happened so fast that we didn't get time to interact with each other. A few minutes before I was talking with your father and came to know that you love sweet dishes. That's why I have brought that for you.", When I heard this I myself lifted my Veil & arrange it in such a way that he couldn't see my scars and finally look toward my husband. He looks handsome. I don't know why would have he marry me? Soon, I diverted my gaze to the sweet which he head brought. I was going to pick one when he stopped me.



"Let me help you with it. Otherwise, you have to go to the washroom to wash your hand in this heavy bridal attire", He said on which I nodded slowly. That was my first romantic moment with my husband i.e. he himself feed me all the sweets by his hand. I was careful not to bit his fingers instead. & within minutes, I ate all the 12 pieces of sweets.
