"Shut up otherwise, you will receive a tight slap from me. I have messaged the doctor. He would be arriving here anytime soon", Aarav scolded on which Sameer smiled after all it been a year when he had reacted in the same way. Finally, this marriage returned his brother to him along with a wife. While Mishty was feeling guilty.

"I am sorry brother for all those previous mistakes."

"Leave it.", Aarav ignored the topic. "Well, I had to leave for London but seems like I couldn't make it. I can't leave you in this state.

"No brother. I am fine. You don't have to stay here with me. Also, Mishty is here to take care of me.", Sameer said on which Mishty agreed with him.

"But..."

"Don't worry. I will be fine"

"Hmm. Okay", Aarav agreed & turned toward Mishty. "Do you have a passport?", Mishty nodded her head in negative. "Sameer, Once you will be all right. Please make sure to apply for Mishty's passport. We are going to settle in London for the time being"

"Okay". Sameer said. Aaarav's flight was at 9 AM, so he left the home within a few minutes once his checkup & medicines were prescribed by the doctor. Mishty noted down each & every detail given by the doctor about the dosage & number of times which medicines need to be given to Sameer.

"I am sorry because of me you are having a fever.", Mishty said & tears started welling in her eyes.

"Nothing like that. I had a mild fever from yesterday. So, stop blaming yourself.", Sameer scolded her sweetly.

"Oh. By the way here is your Lunch & medicines", Mishty informed and kept it near the bed. Also, she sat on the bed to check in case Sameer needs anything. Because of the fever, Sameer didn't like the food or say he was looking for something spicy & tasty. "Do you need anything?"

"Hmm. Yes. I can't eat this food. Can you please ask the cook to prepare something edible as well as spicy & tasty?"

"Okay. Please wait for a few minutes.", Mishty agreed and left the room to prepare the tasty vegetable soup. While on the other side, Sameer throws one tablet from each medicine because he hates having medicines. Aarav was aware of this behavior of his that's why he never used to leave Sameer until he gets to confirm that Sameer actually had his medicine but Mishty was unaware of this behavior of Sameer.

When Mishty came back holding soup in the tray. She saw Sameer was sleeping peacefully. She checked the medicines. One tablet was less in all the medicines. She assumed that Sameer has had his medicines.

"Seems like I took more time in preparing the soup.", She thought & left the room with a heavy heart.

******Time Skip****

Sameer did the same in the night i.e. He intentionally sent Mishty to bring something unnecessarily and threw the tablet.

"Time for Medicine", Mishty announced once she came back after having her dinner.

"I already have my medicines", Sameer replied. "see" & showed her the 2nd tablet of all the medicines were empty. Mishty trusted on Sameer's words and let him sleep peacefully.

Since she was not feeling sleepy right at that time, so she came to another room & started watching movies. Once the movie was over, she came back into her room and found Sameer trembling with cold. She immediately touched his forehead and was shocked to find that Sameer was burning because of fever. Mishty tried to wake him up but Sameer was not at all responding. At first, she started crying in tension because nothing was coming in her mind at that time. Also, she started blaming herself for all this incident if she would have taken good care of Sameer then the situation would have been different at this time.

She went into the kitchen and brought water in a bowl along with a cotton hanky. She didn't sleep at night & keeps changing the wet hanky over his forehead whenever it gets dried. She was feeling guilty with a though that all this is happening because of her.

Finally, she sighed in relief when Sameer's temperature became normal around 5:35 in the morning.

When Sameer opened his eyes, he felt something heavy over his chest. He lowered his eyes only to found Mishty's head was on his chest & the rest of her body was on the chair nearby. He also felt wet on his forehead, when he touched it. he realized that was a hanky and a bowl of water was kept near the bed.

'This is still wet. It means Mishty didn't sleep the whole night & keeping changing the hanky on my forehead', Sameer thought. He tried not to wake Mishty but because of his movement, Mishty immediately opened her eyes and sat properly on the chair and then checked Sameer's forehead.

"Thank God. You don't have a fever now."She murmured or more like talking to herself. Sameer observed her face and expression which were full of concern. Also, her eyes were eyes and swollen. Maybe she cried last night?

"Why didn't you slept last night?"

"What kind of question is that? How can I sleep when you were trembling because of a fever? And your health was more important than my sleep. I was so worried last night if something had happened to you then.....", tears started welling in her eyes. "That doctor.....", MIshty hissed in anger. "I am going to sue that idiot & Kick him hard on his buttock.". Sameer started coughing after listening to this. "Are you all right?", Mishty asked and gave him water to drink.

Sameer nodded and made a mental note to take the medicines on his own rather than throwing it away because if Mishty ever came to know that he himself is the reason for this situation then who knows? She might kick his ass.

"I am glad you are fine otherwise that doctor would have gone", She said that with a small evil smile  & left the room holding bowl and hanky in her hand.

'She is sweet & Caring.', Sameer thought and at the same time, he received a call from Aarav.
