Chapter 27

Rosemary- 

After waiting in Lucifer’s chambers infuriated with the events that happened earlier, I decided to go explore. I hated looking at his bed imagining how many whores have been in there. I walked through his castle trying to hide out when I heard music and chatter coming from the far end of the castle. I opened the doors to peak inside when to my shock I saw not only Lucifer but Jesiah. What the f...? They seemed to be enjoying themselves with naked women and booze. One claiming to be my other half and one my mate. Cheap bastards. The fury inside me I couldn’t contain. Well, if you can’t beat em, join em. A deranged spark lit within me and I stripped off all my clothes. I entered the room with eyes blazing i always seemed to get male attention but I think it amplified in the supernatural world. I found a very attractive demon that I would make my victim and asked if he wanted a dance. Of course he did. I’d been in enough strip clubs working as a bounty hunter to know how it was done and I danced for him like every move depended on it. I hadn’t danced one full song before the music stopped and two coats came flying over me as I was dragged out of the room. I could see my victim shaking in his boots as Lucifer hissed threats while Josiah punched him. 

Jesiah barged in before Lucifer could hurl insults. They were both furious and screamed at the same time 

“what the fuck are you doing?!?” 

“I’m just trying to have fun boys, what’s the matter you fucking hypocrites?!” 

“You’re coming with me!” Snarled Jesiah 

“Over my dead body!” Lucifer hissed. “She gave herself to me.” 

Jesiah looked like he had been stabbed in the heart. I felt flushed with guilt and embarrassment. He looked at me, “Rosemary tell me he’s lying.” I looked down in shame. I was already completely naked and vulnerable. 

“I think you should leave Jesiah.” Lucifer said more as a command. 

“No! Jesiah wait.” Looking at the two of them together made it hard to decide who I was more attracted to. I held a bond with both but they both had their good and bad. I didn’t know what to do. I wasn’t married or dating either. I was ready to run and I couldn’t do that in Lucifer’s lair. “Take me with you Jesiah.” He seemed shock and now Lucifer looked as though he had his heart torn out of his chest. 

Jesiah removed his shirt and covered me and before I could look at Lucifer, he grabbed my arm and led me out the door when Lucifer said “stop. Jesiah we need to talk.” Jesiah hesitated and left with Lucifer. I had half a mind to follow them but I was feeling exhausted so I laid down on Lucifer’s bed to rest.
