Chapter 33

Rosemary- 

After I fell asleep on the ride home and Jesiah laid me in bed the visions started. A flash of my lips calling for Lucifer in pain and despair. His handsome smiling face. His body making love to me telling me he loved me for eternity. Blood. Fire. Villages burning, children crying. Me standing in a field full of vipers. His voice screaming my name. I awoke to my side on fire screaming. After Jesiah carried me to the ice jumping in to comfort me. His eyes full of worry. It hit me that I may never escape the nightmare I walked into. Now here I was naked with him over me knowing the cure to my affliction. 

I looked up into his beautiful handsome face. His auburn eyes held mine. His dark chin length brown hair shadowed his brave warrior persona. He could have anyone and yet he was offering me his mark of protection that I didn’t deserve. 

“What’s your answer?”

Before I could say yes he knew my answer. He kissed me with all the passion raging inside him. He searched the world for me and had been patiently waiting for years to claim his mate. Upon his touch something stirred inside me that had been living in the shadows. My wolf connecting with her mate. I ignored my wolf as I was completely out of touch with her. I’d felt disconnected and had only changed a handful of times. Now it was as if the part of me that was void was made whole again. Feeling inspired I tore Jesiahs pants off panting for him to be inside of me. 

I laid back down as he took his bulging cock in his hands. His hot breath was breathing down my neck making my hair stand on end. 

“Tell me before I’m unable to control myself” he growled 

As though I knew the word he was looking for I said “mate”
