Lucifer- 

Rosemary was making me crazy. I’d never been so entranced with anyone. She knew exactly how to get to me. When I saw her butt naked tonight in front of everyone giving that fool a lap dance, everyone wanted her, to say I was infuriated would be an understatement. I really didn’t want the company of those women trying to entertain us. My mind had been on Rosemary all night. Then when she was wanting to leave with Josiah that was the last fucking straw.

I knew of the prophecy of our fate but I knew that most of the time those words written were not exactly the true story. There was always a twist and though it was clear that my other half would be the end of me I didn’t care. I was totally in love with her. I knew she wasn’t aware of what was written just that the order had trained her from a child to kill me. Only a few could read the ancient documents stating the prophecy. The Alpha King was one of them and I hoped that Josiah would never tell her. I had to make sure of that. 

I hold Rosemary close to me as she began to calm down. “ have I done something Rosemary?” I whispered in defeat. 

She looked up at me with her beautiful round Green eyes and long lashes.

“ No one has ever said that to me before ever.” She emphasizes. “ i’ve never been loved.” 

Her words struck me painfully as I secretly realized that I have never heard those words. All she had said to me was that she was mine. It wasn’t quite the same. 

“ well consider yourself lucky. I’ve never heard those words.” 

She looked up at me with surprise and suddenly the door burst open and in walked Raden. Realizing he came in on an awkward situation he cleared his throat. 

“Lucifer we have a problem. The Vatican’s and werewolves are declaring war on the demons and vampires. The order will be here shortly to discuss a resolution. If we can’t come to an agreement there will be blood.” 

“ i’ll destroy them all!!” In a rage

I jumped out of bed throwing on my suit and combing back my hair. Rosemary jumped up with the sheet around her looking for her clothes. “ i’m coming with you.” She said naïvely.

“NO!” I commanded.

“ why are they raging war against you? After all this time? They never have dared to do that before.” She really had no clue. 

“ because I’m weak now that they have a weapon they can use against me.” I pulled on my jacket and made my way to the door. 

“ what weapon? Surely it’s not stronger than me I can help you beat them Lucifer.” 

I looked back at her slightly in defeat. 

“ you are the weapon Rosemary.” 

And I slam the door
