Sitting in Mr. Francis with my dad by my side while Ms. Lola Adewuyi my dad's ex-wife, can I even call her that? They weren't even married to begin with, anyways Ms. Lola was standing leaning on the wall on my dad side and Mr. Francis was seated in his office seat.

You may be wandering why are we here and what does Mr. Francis have to do with all these, well then let me tell you a story.

A woman travelled to the states with her personal assistant for business, their stay out of the country was supposed to last for one month but she got pregnant for her personal assistant. All along they have been seeing each other, they were in love but because of greed she stayed with her husband. When she realised she was pregnant she told her husband she wanted to stay a bit longer that she was enjoying the country and in fact she registered for a two year's course.

She had her child after nine months and when the child was a year and three months she came back to Nigeria giving the child to the father and with her husband's account they built a university together, it's just a pity the name of the account reflected in everything giving her husband every right to the school. Now that is theft, fraud, embezzlement or whatever you plan on calling it, deceit and infidelity as well.

Incase you did not grab the woman is Ms. Lola her secretary was Mr. Francis, the husband my dad and the child is of course one and only, school queen, trouble queen, Doris.

So back to present.

"I have a proposal for you" my dad told Mr Francis and his mistress, I think her should call her that now. After explaining everything to both of them, they pleaded that he should not collect the school from them its their only source of income.

"Okay, at least if you wont be collecting the school" Francis Mistress asked. Laughing inwardly at their level of vulnerability, I brought out a contract that my dad gave me while we were on our way and handed it over to Francis.

"I will rather give up everything than do this, there is no way I'm signing this" Francis said yelling at us, shouldn't he be begging for forgiveness and accepting our kindness with so much appreciation? Actually I knew this would be his reaction, have you met Doris? I'm sure you did but she traveled for quite a while now and I heard she will be back soon. Oh back to what I was explaining, if you have met Doris then you should know she is proud actually it runs in their family.

Ms. Lola quickly snatched the contract and read the content as well, turning to my dad she made her pity face which I hope doesn't work on my dad, please no.

"Please don't do this or everything will crumble, my life will be ruined at least for the times we shared, please.....

..... I don't even expect you to be able to talk right now, remember the things you did in the past? You deserve to be jailed. I don't care if your life gets ruined you killed my mother and abandoned your daughter, I bet Doris doesn't know you bore her and I guess her dad told her some bullshit about her birth mother" I said before standing up and going over to Francis, placing both hand on his table I bent over.

"Leave your seat or tell the whole world what you and your mistress did out of gree....." I was cut off by a slap landing on my face, what was that for? Ms. Lola slapped me with the back of her hand making me stand up to her, both of us standing in front of each other holding my cheek, she looking up to me while I stared down at her due to our height difference.

"How dare you, living with me for 20 years and you feel no love for me? I guess if I was dying you will just watch me die" she shouted with tears in her eyes, was I supposed to pity her? Really? 😏 She fucking killed my birth mother.

"No, I won't watch you die cos guess what?" I paused smirking down at her "I am not heartless" I completed and turned to go back to my seat but guess who I saw?

The house was empty and I was contemplating if I should return to the hostel, I have to face Bimpe after all for what she did despite our closeness and how much I look up to her and adore her, despite how I wished everyone in the school were as humble as she is and nice, not knowing she was a cobra with so much venom.

I took my bath in Tolu's en suite bathroom, I borrowed one of his clean tees, throwing a FILA hoodie I found in his wardrobe as well and boxer which I had to roll multiple times to fit my waist, that boy always looking so slim still happen to be bigger than me abi eri ise olorun (God's wonderous work). I made my way down the stairs and met aunty Funmi setting the table for two.

"Good morning ma" I greeted bending a little to show some respect making her look my way.

"Get settled quickly, your dad will be joining you soon. Daddy Tolu have already explained things to him and he is really eager to meet you" she explained making me nod and that explains the reason she was setting the table for two, I really thought she will be joining me which would have been nice.

I assisted her in bringing the food to the table even though she insisted on doing it herself, settling down to eat I saw a man walk in looking just like me. "Fuck" I muttered.

I saw a big smile appear on his face, he really was happy to meet me. If anyone ever told me I would meet my father I would argue to the end and now see me staring right in front of my father, my biological father ha Mum A (Alissa's mum) must hear this.
