Chapter Eight

As decided by Vaibhav, the boys toured in and around Bangalore for the next two days and visit Mysore on their third day. Vaibhav and Vihaan always paid close attention for Ranbir’s behaviour during their touring. Ranbir was the happiest while spending time with the boys. Vihaan and Ranbir were big time foodies so Vihaan made a point to take Ranbir to all the places famous for food.

During these three days, Vaibhav and Vihaan had hardly spent time at home with Aradhya and Myra. They used to leave early in the morning, and reach home late in the night. The girls were very angry with their behaviour and were planning to take revenge at the right time.

At the end of fourth day, the boys decided to party at the same club where they met for the first time.

"Aradhya Bhabhi. Enough is enough. I am so angry with bhai. He is not spending time at home. He didn’t drop me to college in these three days. He didn’t even eat breakfast with me" Myra said pouting angrily. She was blabbering to Aradhya, who was equally angry.

"Vaibhav is going to sleep in the guest room for the next ten days. Where are these guys going? I even called Vaibhav’s assistant today morning, to ask if he’s busy with some work related thing, but he informed that today was the third day in a row he didn’t come to office. Let me get my hands on him. He is so gone today”

Both of them decided to camp in the living room and catch the boys red handed at any cost tonight.

Anjali, who heard them talking, secretly informed the Murthy brothers about the same, who were completely oblivious of the storm waiting for them.

Vaibhav and Vihaan decided to return home sober, so that they don’t add fuel to the already ignited fire. They had planned everything carefully to calm down the girls. That night, they literally had to agree to all the girls demands, which included accompanying them to their next shopping spree, taking them out for dinners, eating breakfast together, dropping Myra at college and Aradhya to work and the list went on.

During the trip Vihaan was observing each and every detail of Ranbir. After confirming that he is a perfect guy for his lovely sister. He decided that it was time for him to fulfil his sisters farfetched dream. He shared his idea with Vaibhav who agreed immediately. They asked Ranbir, if he was free in the evening and planned to meet at a coffee shop. Coffee and Myra were the best combination to go with.

"Myruuu" Vihaan called her in a sing-song, as soon as she was back from her collage . It was almost 3:30 in the afternoon, and Vihaan being at home at that time was little weird.

"What happened Bhai? What happened that you are home at this time? And why are you calling me with so much love? What did you do that you need my help to cover - up? Last few days you were busy to even talk to me? To what do I owe this special visit from you” Myra asked sitting beside him.

He roller his eyes at her drama. Taking her in a side hug he asked her

"Wanna have some ice-cream?"

"What!" she yelled in shock, as Vihaan never let her eat ice-cream as she would eat too much that she always ended up falling sick. She then put her hand on his forehead and said widening her eyes to add more effect to the drama

"Bhai you are fine right? Did you hit your head somewhere? Or am I dreaming. You! You are asking me for an ice-cream.?"

"Stop your drama” he hit her hand as she was ready to spoil his hair and continued “Now get up and get ready. Don’t make me change my decision. I have some good news to share with you." he said winking at her. Hearing the word ‘good news' she asked with utmost excitement

"Oh My God Bhai. You found a girl for yourself and you are telling me now. Where is she? How is she? What’s her name? Why didn’t you tell me earlier?” she spoke almost in one breath.

"OMG!!! Mayu, take a breath first. And the sorry to burst your bubble, but I don’t have a girlfriend. But there is some surprise for you" he took a pause and looked at her who was looking at him more curiously "I found your Ranbir" he said in one breath.

"What" she was totally shocked to utter a single word after that.

"Yes baby. We found Ranbir. He is everything you wanted. He is a really good guy. Me and Vaibhav, we both met him and spent time with him. And according to both of us, he is the perfect one for you" he said looking at her who was still in a state of shock not able to believe her ears. Vihaan understood her situation and shook her holding her shoulders.

"Mayu. Cupcake, come back to earth. We have finally found your Ranbir. Now get up and get ready. I am taking you to meet him. We can go and meet him as soon as you are ready"

Totally confused and completely in a state of shock, Myra walked to her room without speaking a word. Meanwhile Vaibhav called Ranbir and asked him to meet at the coffee shop.

"Why a Coffee today and that too at this time" enquired Ranbir

"Because she likes coffee” Vaibhav said trying his best to control his bubbling excitement and laughter.

Actually Vihaan and Vaibhav were sitting in Vihaan’s room the and phone was on speaker

"Who likes coffee?” Ranbir asked curiously.

"The one whom you are going to meet today” Vaibhav said without giving anymore details.

"Guys, stop talking in riddles. Whom are we meeting today?” Ranbir was getting impatient with every passing second.

"Ranbir, bro. I am not supposed to give you any more details. But she is going to be very happy, meeting you” said Vihaan winking at Vaibhav. The word ‘she’ was adding to his curiosity. He was not desperate to know her details.

"Who’s the girl you are talking about? Please tell me now, otherwise I am not coming" he tried his last card, desperate to know her details.

"You are not getting another word from us. If you want to meet her, you have to be there on time. She doesn’t like people who make her wait” Vaibhav said and continued, without giving him a chance to speak

"And yeah, for now, just consider this as a blind date with a mysterious girl. Rest of the details you are going to know once you meet her. See you at 4:40, don’t be late. Bye, see ya!” Vaibhav said and hung up. Murthy brother shared a laugh unable to control their excitement and dream coming true. Sharing a hug, they went downstairs to pick their princess and take her to her prince charming.

"Who is this mysterious girl these boys are talking about. Sounds intereting and fun! Now I am really looking forward for the meeting. So mystery girl hmm!” he spoke to himself with a childlike glint in his eyes and a wide smile adoring his face. One look at the clock, he freaked out!

"Oh freak!! I have to start getting ready or else I am going to be late" thinking this he moved to his room got ready quickly and drove towards the coffee shop.
