Chapter 2 - Elena Heath

Dave had already been in the class. He was so indifferent when the class was really loud. He couldn't care because the only thing he care about was that beautiful angel. He was wondering her name, her class, and when he will meet her again. He couldn't forget her face and then started to be a worry again about her body.

When he thought about it again, he did bump with her too hard. Then, was she in the school clinic? Dave cursed his self for not chasing after her and brought her to the school clinic.

While he was drowning in his thoughts, a girl with browny curly hair stand in front of him and said, "Hey, my name is Evelyn Finnight. What is your name?"

Dave snapped back and looked confused when this strange girl appeared out of nowhere, but still answered, "I am Davian Helsinki."

"Helsinki? From that Helsi Corporation?"

"Woah, seriously? He is that conglomerate's son? Should we befriend with him then?"

"Damn! That fur girl is so lucky to talk with him."

" I know! I heard that this Young Master actually is so cold and indifferent about everything and also be merciless to anyone that offends him."

"Oh my... Then, will she die?"

The whole class began to whisper about him. Although he was being used as the main topic of their conversation, he still looked indifferent. He just looked straight in front of him where there was a girl who looked rather surprised. He then said, "What's wrong?"

Evelyn pursed her lips before answered, "You are really popular, you know? Just because of your name, everyone is starting to talk about you. Look at them!"

Dave just realized that the whole class indeed was watching him. When Dave gave them a glance back, they looked away immediately. Dave sighed and started to look at this girl in front of him before said, "So, what's wrong?"

Being asked twice with the same question made Evelyn lose her words. She just shook her head before going back to her seat.

"See? That whore is trying to seduce the prince but was kicked out instead."

"Evelyn, right? How dare she? We should take an action."

"Woah... He really kicked her away. If I was him, then I would try my best to flirt with her!"

Suddenly, there was a boy that came before the bell ringing. He stood there in the door while looking around. Some girls who successfully enchanted by his looks asked, "Hello, may I know who you are?"

That boy smiled innocently before answered, "I am Jayden Brooks. Is this a 1-A class?"

The girls became so excited thinking that this handsome boy belongs to this class. The girls nodded excitedly and answered, "Yes, you right! Do you want to sit beside my seat?"

"My pleasure, but I am so sorry ladies my seat is taken." Jayden then pointed at a boy in the back who looked a little daydreaming.

"You mean that Davian?"

Jayden nodded excitedly when they know about Dave's name. As long as he knew, Dave really hated it when others try to get close to him and would not reveal himself easily. In fact, he would choose life when no one knew about his identity.

"Jayden, I suggest that you do not get close with him. I heard he really merciless to anyone that disturb him."

"It is okay. He is not that scary." Without waiting for a reply, he walked through the crowd of girls and sat beside his childhood friend.

"Good to know that you're safe from being late. I bet auntie Elia was really mad at you this morning, right?" Jayden asked Dave while grinning. Thinking about how auntie Elia scolded Dave was so funny.

Realized the familiar voice beside him, Dave rolled his eyes, feeling annoyed with Jayden and said, "Yeah, thanks for asking me to play a game with you. If you do not have any friends to play with, do not call me."

"What? Hey, you are not being fair!"

Before Jayden continued his whine to Dave, the room teacher came in. Dave felt grateful to the room teacher because he saved his life from the annoying Jayden beside him.

"Good morning, guys! Welcome to J High School. My name is Liam Wynne, your room teacher." The room teacher was actually no that old. He might be in his thirty. With his black curly hair and glasses, he charmed many student girls in his class. The aura he revealed made the girls hearts feel so safe.

Liam then explained the rules in JHS and mainly talked to the students to know about them. Soon, Dave got bored and look into his childhood friend beside him who looked very excited to socializing. Now, he missed his angel.

All-day long, they were mainly just chit chat about anything that was no relation with the subject. So, Dave really regretted a lot coming to the school on this very first day. He should just skip it or maybe he could find a piece of information about that angel. Now, he really regretted it.

Not long after that, school time was over and it was time to go home. Dave picked his bag and walked to the parking site. Expectedly, Jayden came along and he could not stop talking about anything. Feeling accustomed to this situation, Dave silently listened to him. But then, Dave saw her. His angel walked to the gate.

He felt the urge to chase after her before a hand stopped him. It was actually Jayden. Feeling annoyed, he said, "Can you let go of my hand?"

Jayden saw that Dave wanted to run and he automatically stopped him. He answered, "What? Where do you want to go leaving me here all alone? I said that before, my family driver went to the airport to pick my mother. So, I have to go home with you."

"I know, so just let go first." Dave anxiously looked to the direction of his angel.

Jayden also looked into the direction of Dave's gaze then looked confused before said, "Elena Heath?"

Dave's expression turned to Jayden with shock, "You know her?"

Jayden let go his hand on Dave's arm and answered, "Yes and no."

"What kind of answer is that?"

Before Dave wanted to go to his angel's location, his gaze did not find her anywhere. She was already gone. Dave felt frustrated because she was just there a moment ago, now she was nowhere to be found.

"Now, spill it. What do you know about Elena Heath?" Dave turned to look Jayden with anger lingered in his eyes.

"Well, I don't really know her. I just heard the rumors about her."
