Chapter 3 - Rumors About Her

"What kind of rumors?" Dave said while looking to the place where Elena stood before.

"Many kinds of thing. You see, some said that she is a gangster's daughter. Some said that she is a slut that has so many boyfriends."

Dave clenched his hands hard when he heard Jayden. Slut? That kind of beautiful girl? No way.

His gaze back at Jayden before asked, "Who said that?"

Jayden shrugged his shoulder and answered, "Who knows? Although she is in the same year with us, I don't know all about her."

At the same time, the girl who made Dave's world shaken just sit quietly in the car passenger's seat. No one knows what she was thinking, but the girl itself let her mouth curled up. The thought of finally seeing her prince made her happy. But, she cursed herself when she freaked out because of the sudden fate. Did she leave a weird girl impression in Dave?

The changes in her expressions could not escape from the observation of the guy beside her. He then asked, "Something fun happened today?"

Elena snapped herself back then stiffly looked into the dark gaze beside her. She shook his head, not wanting to explain herself. It made the guy beside her turned grim. He did not interact with himself much when he was still in school, so these new expressions he found in Elena make him anxious.

Elena smiled awkwardly and asked the guy beside her, "So second brother, where exactly are we going?"

"You turned formal whenever you lied."

Just from those words made Elena's whole body shuddered. Cold sweats in her back started to appear and her hands felt cold. She corrected herself, "Hahaha... Brother El, you must hear it wrong!"

"You know that you are acting suspicious, right?" Axel narrowed his eyes, feeling something must have happened.

Now, Elena felt she doomed. She then tried to change the topic, "Anyway, did something happened at home?"

Axel found his sister do not want to explain herself. He just shrugged his shoulder thinking that he would eventually know about it. He rubbed between his brows before answered, "Nothing much. Father and we thought about launching our branch in here. So we are currently staying in the villa."

Elena dropped her jaw, felt shocked from head to toe. A branch? In B City? No, She can't let that happened!

"What?! But, why? As long as I remember, you guys wanted to open a branch in Country M. Why do you change your plan suddenly and open a branch in Country A, especially in B City so suddenly?"

"I thought you would be glad for us being here?"

Thrice in a day, Elena got shocked for more than she knows. First, she actually found her brother in front of the gate of her school. Second, he almost found out about her prince identity. Third, a new branch in this country?!

She actually left her home in Country C and entered the J High School in the Country A to run away from her family. When they learned that Elena wanted to study in J High School, they got mad and recommended her many good high schools in Country C. But, none of that made her decision fade away. Because no matter how good the schools are, they did not have her prince in it.

So, they locked herself at home and never let her went outside her home. It made her so mad that she stopped eating. She did not even drink a bit of water. That act of her obviously harmed her body, but she did not care. Tell her that she was willful or selfish, but she really needs to go there.

When Axel knew that she did not eat nor drink, he wanted to scold his sister. He went to her bedroom, only to found his sister laying on the floor with a paled face. That made him freak out and called their family doctor. Thanks for that, they gave up and finally let Elena go. She thought that she finally can inhaled fresh air, but now it came to this?

"No, brother El. It does not mean that I am not glad. Of course, I would be happy if you guys here. If I have you guys here, nobody can bully me." Elena forced her smile. She really did not know how to face this situation with a smile or anger.

Hearing the answer from Elena made Axel satisfy. He really could not stand to let his sister live so far away from his grasp. He patted Elena's head before said, "Do tell me if anyone dares to bully you. I won't stand back and will give them back two... No, ten folds at what they do to you, alright?"

Still, being indulged like this, Elena could never hate her family. She nodded and brought herself to be close with Axel before she hugged him. She rubbed her head on his chest, feeling so touched. She then answered, "Promise me that you won't let me suffer."

Axel's body suddenly got warmed than before. His lips start to curved up while he received her hug. He hugged her back and patted her head. He knew that this clingy sister of him would get lonely and their decision to move the branch planning to here was a good decision. He had never felt so satisfied like this.

Axel never knew that his satisfied feeling would be different from what Elena felt. Elena felt deprivation and worried that she would never get her prince. But, whatever the problems she had to face, she would not get back down.

"Second Young Master, we have arrived." The driver of his family informed him. He nodded and slightly make a space from Elena.

Elena knew that he would get down from the car. She immediately grabbed his arm and held out her hands. No matter how old she was, she still the pampered daughter of Heath Family. She really can get too clingy for no reason.

"Carry me back, please?"

Axel twitched the corner of his lips and forced a smile. "Little sister, do you know how old are you? Still want me to carry you?"

"I don't care. Hurry up carry me back!"

Axel sighed softly then chuckled. He really could not get mad at his lovely sister. He then answered while squatted down, "Alright, Your Highness."

Elena laughed and hugged around Axel's neck. She gave him a kiss on the cheek to represent her grateful. "Let's go!"

"Kiss me back when I get your down, alright?"

"What? Brother El, you are such a pervert!"

"No, i am not. You are the one who kissed me first. Why can't I get the second one?"

"You can, but in your dreams!"

Elena laughed hard until her stomach hurt while Axel only grumbled, "You naughty brat!"
