CHAPTER 6

In the morning Xian's sleep got disturbed by the the ringing volume of his phone. He kept his eyes closed and took out his phone. 

"Hm...hello....."

"Where are you Xian? I went to the bar but you weren't there...", said Zhao. Xian opened his eyes and found himself in the different place. He hanged up his phone and held his head....."it's paining....but why am I here", murmured Xian. He then looked around and his eyes fell on Mishi who's sitting on the floor with eyes closed. He recollected the thoughts of last night and remembered that he was kissing her....

He immediately gets up from the sofa and walked to her, placing his hand on her shoulder he said lightly, "Mishi".

Mishi opened her eyes and get terrified seeing him....."please don't do anything. I understand that I....I...."

"Please forgive me. I wasn't in right mind last night", said Xian when his eyes fell on the wounded hand of Mishi which is still bleeding.

"Please go away from here before my little siblings can see us", said Mishi in frightened voice.

"Your hand", muttered Xian.

"Please go away.....I don't know what wrong I did with you that you did that..... Please go away...", said Mishi without looking in his eyes still in tears.

Xian walked away from there without saying anything. He booked a taxi for his home and after that he made a call to his secretary telling him to come to Mishi's house with a doctor. The taxi reached there in 15 minutes and he get into it, left for his home.

"Where were you last night?", asked Mark looking in disbelief at Xian.

"I was somewhere....you don't need to know", said Xian.

"Did you go behind her?", asked Mark.

"Why would I?", said Xian and took out an outfit for him. "I'm going to take a bath....let's talk later". 

In the washroom Xian was thinking of the sight of Mishi. Her hand was bleeding and above all he threw himself on her. He punched at the wall and closed the shower...."I shouldn't think about this. I wasn't in my right mind", mumbled Xian. But his inner voice is saying something else....."How could you do this to a girl? How? Go and ask for forgiveness from her and stop bothering her". But his mind is saying something else...."She deserves this. She made your life miserable and you did right. She should know where to interfere and where not to.... Attitude queen". He went inside the bath tub and kept on thinking about yesterday's event.

"Who are you?", asked Mishi looking at the man who is standing beside doctor.

"I'm the Secretary of Mr Zhang. He told me to bring a doctor here to treat your wound", said the Secretary looking at her hand.

"Miss it seemed it's not cleaned properly....", said the doctor.

"I'll go to the doctor myself", said Mishi when the Secretary said, "Miss Xin, my boss will get angry on me if the doctor brought by me won't treat you....He might fire me". Mishi agreed with him and let them inside.

The doctor treated her wound and gave her the antiseptic which she has to apply twice a day. She thanked them....."Please pass this message to your boss that he shouldn't interfere in my life. I'm sorry for what I did last night". The Secretary nodded and walked out of there with the doctor. 

Mishi looked at her hand and thought...."why was he saying that I did wrong with him....". Her phone rang and it was of Zhao...."Mishi her ready really quick because we're going somewhere.....I'm coming there in 30 minutes and be ready by then" and cuts the call before Mishi could say something.

He walked inside the washroom and quickly took the bath and then from the cupboard took out the dress to wear which Zhao gifted her on the Christmas. After waiting for 10 minutes Zhao called her to come downstairs. She locked the door and walked down. 

"Where are we going?", asked Mishi.

"To the park for picnic. Chunhua wants to go there and mom too", said Zhao and started his scooty. "Hold me tight else you'll fall".

"Drive safely", said Mishi while putting her hand on his shoulders. 

"We enjoyed last night. Everyone missed you. Chunhua and Chang then started fighting during the cake cutting. In anger Chunhua threw entire cake on Chang and then ..." said Zhao while laughing.

"Why they always fight?", mumbled Mishi.

"Love ....twins Love....siblings bond", said Zhao. "Btw you wore the dress I gifted you last year on the Christmas. Are you telling me that you love me?", asked Zhao and then giggled.

Mishi hit him at the shoulder and said, "you like to tease me. Keep your eyes on the road".

"Hm...I love it", said Zhao and laughed..."What happened to your hand?"

"Oh I fell in the restaurant on the stairs", lied Mishi.

"Is it hurting?",  asked Zhao.

"What kind of question are you asking? Of course it's hurting", said Mishi. Zhao then said, "you can share that pain with me. I can take care of that".

"Hh....you don't need to do that", said Mishi and again hit him at the shoulder. After an hour they reached the park. 

"Where are they?", asked Mishi looking around.

Zhao held Mishi's hand and they walked further inside the park. She saw Chunhua, Chang and Zhao's mom(Wi Fei) near the lake, left Zhao's hand and ran there. 

"Hello aunty....how are you?", asked Mishi from aunt Fei.

"Oh my girl....I'm good. You're looking pretty....here sit beside me", said aunt Fei gesturing towards the seat beside her.

"Sisi what happened to your hand?", asked Chang.

"Oh....it's nothing", said Mishi and caressed his head.

"Sorry I couldn't t make it last night", said Mishi.

"It's okay Sisi. You already made the cake for us", said Chunhua.

"I loved that pastry which you left for me in the fridge", said Mishi with a smile. Zhao came there and sat beside Chang. They talked with each other, played some games and ate the food with each other till the evening. 

"We've to go home...I guess", said Mishi.

"Sisi we're going to aunt's home", said Chunhua and held Aunt Fei arm.

Wi Fei smiled and said, "let's go home for today with us Mishi".

"Aunt I wanted to but I've work so...."

"Sisi it's fine. We will go some other day", said Chang.

"I've an idea. You both should go to aunt's home.....I'll come to pick you up in the noon", said Mishi.

"Yeeee", shouted Chunhua in happiness.

"Mom I'll drop her home.....", said Zhao.

"It's fine I'll go", said Mishi.

"Sisi go with brother Zhao. We will go ourselves and don't say anything. ", said Chang. Mishi smiled and said, "ok my brother. Take care of both of them....", said Mishi to Chang.

"I've booked the taxi....let me accompany you till there", said Zhao to them and told Mishi to wait there. He came after 5 minutes to Mishi who is sitting beneath a tree with her face towards the lake. Zhao took place beside her. 

"What happened?", asked Zhao looking at Mishi.

"I'm just thinking if I able to give everything to them", said Mishi with tears in her eyes. Zhao held her hand and said, "Why are you burdening yourself then? I want to do everything for you and CC. In a few weeks I'm going to open a restaurant near the Maximus".

"What do you mean?", asked Mishi.

"I thought to surprise you. I've bought a good place near Maximus for the restaurant". Zhao held her both hands and said, "Mishi let me take care of you all. You know my feelings for you... It has been 4 years and I'm not able to give up on you".

"Zhao you know that I can't do that.... My siblings needs me...".

"I know. That's why I decided that you all will live with me. Mom was also happy after I told about this to her", said Zhao.

"Zhao but I only see you as a friend..... I mean I...."

"Let's date for a month. If your feelings doesn't change in that period....."

"Zhao I don't have any job right now. So I don't think we should date. Let me find a job first..."

"Mishi I can take care of that thing too. My restaurant is going to open and you can work with me..... Don't think I'm doing this so that you can date me....Naah....I'm hiring you this because you're a good worker", said Zhao with a smile. Mishi smiled hearing this.

"Keep smiling like this..... It hurts when you cries", said Zhao looking into her eyes.

"Don't be so cheeky", said Mishi with a light smile.

"I'm saying the truth..... I love you and I want to take care of you", said Zhao.

Mishi turned her gaze down because Zhao was staring at her. She then tried to change the topic when Zhao pulled her chin to meet his gaze...."I'll wait for your response Mishi". She blinked her eyes and was going to say something when Zhao kissed at her cheek....."I won't kiss you on the lips until you tell me about your feelings", said Zhao.

Xian and his mother was also in the park. His mom insisted on him to take her to the park so he has to come. They were walking in the park when his mom saw Mishi and Zhao holding each other's hand.

"Son look over that couple. They seem so much in love...you should also start dating", said Biyu.

Xian turned his gaze to the couple and get shocked seeing Mishi. Numerous thoughts start running in his mind. He clenched his fist in anger. "How can she be happy after throwing me to the hell. I thought I did wrong to her but no, I was wrong. She's a cunning and selfish girl who knows how to lure everyone around her. She lost her job, Instead of apologizing she went on a date so that she can ask her lover... The smile she's showing, it's hurting me because this girl deserves no happiness. Bai isn't with me because of her and now I won't let her be in peace. I want her to beg in front of me".

 Such thoughts were running in Xian's mind when her mom shakes him and says, " What happened? Let's go home". They left from there. 

"Zhao I think I should go home. I'll think about this and then tell you my...."

"Okay no problem....let's go", said Zhao and grabbed her hand,helping her to get up.
