CHAPTER 10

Phoebe's POV

Zayn call came up as I prepared breakfast

"Why are you laughing"I asked

"You and Jax,last night"he said laughing

"Seriously?,tell me he didn't tell you"I asked surprisely 

"He called this morning and told me"he said

"I didn't know jax was really that kind of the attention type"I said smiling

"Thank God he hasn't called this morning,who knows, he'd complain again that he's bored"I said

"You better be expecting him any time from now"Zayn said

"Why?"I asked

"He said he is taking you out"he said

"Where?"I asked as I served breakfast.

"I don't know,he made mention of festival"he said

"You're going too right?"I asked

"Nah,I need to rest"he said,I hissed,I needed rest as well

"Wait Phoebe,have you accepted?"he asked

"Nope"I answered

"So you've not accepted and he's treating you like an egg,what If you accept, he'd treat you like what"I laughed out loud,Kay sat down in the dinning opposite me

"Low your voice"he whispered

"I have no idea"I stopped laughing

"So you better get ready"he said

"You said festival right?"I asked

"Not sure"he said

"Okay bye,love you"I said happily

"Love you too bye"he said then hung up

"Was that Jax"Kay asked as he ate

"No Zayn"I answered then slapped his hand from the food he was eating

"Mum!dad! breakfast is ready"I yelled as I sat down not eating

"You can eat now"I said,he shaked his head

"Jax seem to be crazily in love with you"he said as he ate

"Yeah"I said

"Do you feel same way?"he asked

"I don't know,I don't know how I feel about him,but I seem to like him tho,at same time I'm afraid of giving myself to him cause of my condition"I said as I ate

"Hmm"he hummed

"I like him anyway,he looks caring and obsessed with you"he said,I laughed

"Cause of last night?"I asked

"Yeah,I mean,I wouldn't call Jade in the middle of the night when she's asleep,she'd even get mad at me for it"he said

"I was actually mad at him but he apologized for disturbing but I had fun tho"I smiled

"Hmm,it's obvious starting to like him"Kay said,I laughed

"Zayn told me,he's taking me out today"I smiled

"Seriously,and you're not prepared yet"he said

"Chill,maybe later in the evening,he'd come,not now"I said

"Okay fine,don't be surprise,when he comes Knocking at the front door"he said as we heard the front door bell

"I'd insist you answer that"he smirked,I suspected it was Jax,I gently stood up with my phone to answer the door

"Jax?"I called to him surprisely looking a him

"Hey sweetheart,you're good,let's go"he said as he pecked me on my cheeks,then quickly held my hand and dragged me to his car,jeez,it happened so fast

"Jax!"I almost yelled his name as he drove 

"What"he asked not looking at me

"Are you nuts?"I had to ask,he didn't even let me tell Kay before going,I didn't take my pills or inhaler along with me,I haven't even eaten yet and i was just wearing a dungeons with sandal,I wasn't properly dressed the way I wanted

"Obviously yes"he answered

"No you're not"I said,my phone rang,it was Kay,I picked

"Why you laughing"I asked confusedly

"I told you he'd come,he didn't even let you tell me before leaving"he stopped laughing

"Like I'm astonished"I said still not believing what happened

"I'll tell mum and dad,I hope you took your pills and inhaler along with you"he asked

"No"I answered

"No?I hope nothing goes wrong"he said

"Yeah me too"I said

"Okay bye"he said

"Bye"I said and hung up

"Jax"I called to him

"I was saying something"I said

"Yeah,I was listening"he smirked

"Have you eaten?"i asked

"Yes"he answered

"You have and you're properly dressed, that's unfair when I'm not "I said

"Aww sorry, I'd take care of that, when we get to our destination okay and about the dressing,you only dress to impress me and I tell you, I'm impressed with what you're wearing now"he smiled,I rolled my eyes

"What da!"I was surprised at the crowd I saw when we reached our destination,Zayn was right,it was a festival,I might suffocate,I can't walk in the midst of those people,what was I gonna do?I wasn't even with my mask

"What are you waiting for?"he asked looking at me,I shoke my head

"Nothing"I said as I got down,they walked along together into the midst of people,it was fun seeing different kinds of entertaining stuffs, although I wasn't comfortable

"Wow,see that Phoebe"he pointed,I looked to his direction,I laughed,it was funny, immediately I perceived s strong perfume,I coughed,again and again

"Sorry"he said

"Yeah thanks"I was getting so not comfortable,I perceived some kinds of weird smell,that made me want to choke,now u was starting to feel heat,we managed to walk to a small restaurant nearby

"You don't seem to enjoy here"he said as we sat down

"No,it's okay,just crowdy"I said lowly

"Oh,or you're hungry"he laughed

"Maybe"I managed to say,I coughed

"Be right back"he said as he stood up,pecked me on my hair and left,I covered my nose,I was hot.

After Sometime......

"I'm here"it was jax's voice,I quickly removed my hand from my nose,he sat down on his normal seat

"Seems,you're familiar with this place"I said,it didn't take him time

"Yeah, I do come here once every year"he said

"Hmm,Jax,I need to adjust myself"I said suffocatively,the type of odours I perceived irritated me

"You're okay?"I guess he noticed,I nodded yes

"Okay"he said,then stood up,I stood up with him,he took me to a two storey building,it was excessively decorated

"This is the change house for those organising this festival,so you use the rest room there"he said

"Okay thanks"I thanked him,then walked in 

"Oh jeez"the inside was almost same with the outside,stuffy and crowdy too,I managed to find the rest-room myself

"Finally"I said as I entered,I was kind of weak and tired tho,I rinsider my face,I brought bout my phone about to call Kay,then I felt the building shake,I waited a bit,it shaked again and I met myself on the floor

"What's wrong?"i asked,then I quickly rushed out of the rest-room,only to find out part of the building had been blowed up,what the heck??!how come??

Everywhere was burning and smoky, people were running from one room to another,I didn't know what to do,I was stocked,then I started to cough,another part of the building exploded again,I screamed,I was confused, should I take the elevator or stairs downstairs,I wasn't really familiar with the route very well,I didn't recognize where I passed when I was coming upstairs,I coughed hardly as I ran,I was getting dizzy,I could hardly see where I was going to,it was smoky and dark and I was baldy suffocating,then I started gasping for air,it was as if,I was gonna die,I needed air and space so badly,lots of people were pushing me and I found it difficult to breathe,I found my way through he stairs,by then I had almost want to lose consciousness,I gasped harder as I coughed badly,I needed air,my phone rang ,I couldn't pick up

"Ja,x"I fell on the floor,then

"Phoebe!!!"I recognized Jax voice it was him, everything turned dark seconds after.
