Chapter 18

       🍭Daniel POV 🍭

I got into my parent house, I saw the both of them together.

Mum stood up coming towards me.

" Thank you son" she said hugging me with smile on her face.

    I smiled.

We got to where dad is.

" You have made a good decision my son, and I promise you won't regret it" he said with a smile.

I nodded.

I sat down.

" I spoke to Williams, he said Kathie has been crying and has refused to open her door" dad said worriedly.

I know even she doesn't want this marriage but our parents are forcing us.

I mean how can she get married so someone she doesn't like?

    I sighed.

So someone like Kathie can cry?

  A part of me felt pity for her, I wonder how she will be now, crying and also refusing to eat.

" I told Williams I will visit him, maybe I can talk to her" Dad said.

" We can go together" mum said.

" I will also go with you" i said.

Mum smiled at me.

We all got into the car and drove off to the Williams house.

  We finally got there.

The maid was the one who opened the door for us.

We got inside, we greeted the Williams.

Mrs Williams looked really worried.

We sat down, we were offered juice since we refuse to eat anything.

" Williams am here to see if I can talk to Kathie" Dad said.

" No problem, let me show you her room" 

They both stood up and went up to kathie's room.

Dad knocked.

" Kathie my dear, please open the door your favorite daddy is here" I heard dad say.

I smiled.. " favourite dad?

He kept knocking.

She refused to open up.

Dad came down with Mr Williams.

She is not opening up.

He sighed.

My mum and her mum also went up to give it a try.

After some minutes.

They came down, Kathie mum looked teary like she is going to cry anytime from now.

  I sighed.

I really pity her.

" Kathie refused to open up" mum said sadly.

This is getting worse.. is she dead or alive in there?

Even if I don't like her it is not up to the extent of seeing her hurt.

I have human feelings also.

  I stood up.

" Where are you going? Dad asked.

" Please where is Kathie's room" I asked.

" Just go up by your right, you will see her name boldly written on her door" her mum said.

" I climbed the stairs, I got to her door.

I sighed.

This is really difficult for me.

But I have to do this.

I need to know if she is okay.

I knocked on the door.

No response.

 I sighed again.

" Kathie it is me Daniel please open the door" I said hopefully.

     🍭 Kathie POV 🍭

I was in my bed too weak to stand up.

My head ache a lot.

I can't go down.

I don't want to see anyone.

A knock came on my door.

" Kathie my dear, please open the door your favorite daddy is here" .

That is mr Donald voice.

  I just don't want to see anyone.

He kept knocking but finally left.

Few minutes later.

" Kathie, my beautiful daughter please open up and talk to me" 

That is Mrs Donald voice.

Did dad invite them over?

I couldn't open the door.

She continued knocking but since she didn't receive any response she left.

I sighed finally.

Another knock came again.

I thought she left.

Can't these people leave me alone?

" Kathie it is me Daniel please open the door" he said.

Daniel is also here?

I guess all the family are here just to make me open the door.

When I heard Daniel voice.

A part of me wish to open the door but I just can't.

Am not just ready to see anyone.

What if he comes to mock me besides I don't have strength for argument anymore.

He continued knocking.

I think he is really serious on making me open this door.

Did Daniel care about me?

" Kathie please" he said.

I sighed.

" Please leave, I don't want to see anyone" i said with the little strength I have.

" Please leave, I don't want to see anyone" i heard her say.

I sighed.

Looked at her door one more time.

I finally left.

I got down " she said she doesn't want to see anyone" I told them.

Mrs Williams sighed sadly.

" Let's give her some Time, she will come around" i added.

" Thank you Daniel" Mrs Williams said.

I smiled.

I think I should get her contact from he💑 Arranged marriage 💑
