Chapter 24

      🍭 Kathie POV 🍭

We continued walking.

Suddenly Daniel stopped..I stopped too.

He was looking at someone.

I followed his gaze.

  He was looking at a lady, he had a surprised look on.

Is she his girlfriend?

The lady was with a guy talking and laughing.

They were holding each other romantically.

Daniel brought out his phone, ready to snap them.

The lady and the guy started kissing each other.

Daniel gasped.

What is wrong with him?

 Hasn't he seen people kissing?

Their kissing made me remembered John but I waved it off.

Daniel took a photo of them.

He smiled.

He returned his phone back to his pocket.

They ended the kiss, the guy got into the car and drove off with the woman waving at him.

Daniel suddenly took my hand to hide behind a car immediately he sighted the lady coming towards us.

What is all this for?

Does he know the lady?

We waited for the lady to pass and she did swaying her buttocks.

Daniel looked her with disgust.

I sighed.

" Bitch" he muttered under his breathe.

I look at him then at our hands.

He quickly let's go of my hands.

" Sorry" he said.

" I think we should head back home now" i said.

He nodded.

     🍭Mr Williams POV 🍭

I and Donald has discussed about the merging of the two companies.

Things needed to be done and we conclude on Kathie working in the same company as Daniel.

We will be holding meeting with some partners before the new week runs out everything will be finalized.

We got down and met only my wife and Donald's wife.

" Where is Kathie and Daniel? I asked sitting down.

Donald also sat down.

" They both went for a walk around" my wife said.

" Oh, okay that is nice" Donald said.

" So concerning Daniel and Kathie marriage I was think we should get them married by next weekend" I said.

The two women nodded their head.

" That is good" my wife said.

" We will start the wedding preparations as soon as possible" Mrs Donald said.

" It is not a loud or noisy wedding, you it is an arranged marriage it is not based on love or feelings for each other.. it is against their will.. we will only invite friends, families and business partner" Donald said.

I nodded my head.

" There is no problem on that" my wife said.

" I also agree with you" Mrs Donald said.

      🍭 Daniel POV 🍭

I have always known Jessica to be a slut she has another men sleeping with her yet she won't allow my phone rest.

Disturbing me with text messages saying she wants me.

" Bitch" I muttered forgetting I held kathie's hand.

With the look on kathie's face, she is wonderful who Jessica is and why I reacted the way I did.

Out of all the ladies I had fun with.. Jessica is the only one proving stubborn she won't back off easily.

Well.. I already have a picture to use against her.

Kathie looked at me then at our hands.

That was when it Dawn on me that have been holding her hand.

I let's go of it immediately.

" Sorry" i said

" I think we should start going home now" she said not looking at me.

I nodded.

We finally got back to the Williams house.

We got inside, Met our parents together at the sitting room.

I guess dad and his friend are through with their discussion.

I sat down.

Kathie sat down beside me but not too close.

" We have finalized your marriage and fixed a date for it" mum said excitedly.

" Your wedding will take place by next weekend" Mrs Williams said.

" Next weekend? I and Kathie asked simultaneously.

'" yes my dear" her mum said.

" Mum, don't you think it is too near" Kathie asked.

" It is not too near my dear just leave all the preparations for us.. All you both need is to enjoy yourselves to the fullest besides I can't wait for you and Daniel to get married, you both look cute together" mum said grinning.

Mum is such a drama queen.

I smiled.

" Okay" Kathie said.

It is getting dark, today wasn't like the last time..it is a bit good.

I believe with time Kathie will be free with me.

We got outside, ready to go home.

We bade each other good bye.

We got into the car and drove off.

We finally got home.

I got into my room.

Fell on my bed.

A smiled creeped on my face.

The thought of how I held kathie's hand.

She even spoke to me without being rude.

Her hand is warm and soft.

I even forgot I held her hand not until she looked at then at our hands.

Kathie changed a bit because the Kathie I Know will not hesitate to quarrel with me for getting close to her.

Well maybe that is because she is more matured now.

Or did something happened to her?

But what is that,?

I will find out later.

Jessica came to my mind.

It is good I agree to take a walk with Kathie if not I wouldn't have caught her.

I should be thankful to kathie.

Thank you Kathie.

I smiled.

Now I will deal with Jessica.
