CHAPTER TWELVE

Things changed between Tara and me especially when I kissed her at the beach. I left Australia and went back to Miami to visit a special person who would listen to me.

Camille's grave was something I needed to clear my mind. I watched the buildings pass by the sun was almost setting.

Two hours I arrived at the graveyard. I came across Camille's headstone I stared at it for a while tears rolling down my cheeks. I got on my knees placing a bouquet of red roses on her grave.

I cleared my throat nervously.

‘’I don’t know if you’re upset with me for kissing Tara, but Camille I… I just don’t know what happened I just felt a surge of emotions pulling me towards her.’’

‘’I just get lost inside her eyes, my heart skips a beat whenever my name escapes her soft lips.’’ I know what all these signs mean, but am not ready to accept that am falling in love with Tara.

''I don't want to let go of the memories we've created I still love and miss you so much, Camille.''

Its okay Andrew a soft voice peacefully said.

I was in utter shock, my heart pounding in my chest as I slowly get on my feet and turn around.

‘’Camille? I whisper.

Did you come back to how?

‘’Am just here to give you a message Andrew’’ says coolly.

‘’Andrew… I told you at the hospital not to live in guilt I want you to live life to the fullest.’’

‘’Am not mad or upset with you for falling in love with my twin sister Tara.’’

Your sister? I ask stunned.

''Yes, it's a long story.'' When my mother went into labor she gave birth to identical twins, but my sister Tara went missing, but I don't know what happened to her later. My parents and I continued to search for her, but we never found her.

How did you find out about Tara? I ask curiously.

Camille sighs deeply.

‘’I guess when you’re in the spirit world nothing gets passed you, but Andrew the point is you’re losing Tara by holding back what truly feel for her.’’

She loves you Andrew, but you’re slowly pushing her away she thinks you’ll betray her just like Justin did.

‘’Please Andrew’’ Camille pleaded. She needs you…

I stare at her thoughtfully.

‘’Thank you Camille, I’ll always cherish you forever.’’

She smiled and slowly faded away.

‘’Goodbye Camille my first love’’ I whisper. Sparing one last glance at her grave and walked away.

Camille had opened my eyes I was in love with Tara and I wasn’t going to let my past push the growing love I was developing for her.

I caressed Tara’s picture with my thumb.

''Am coming to Tara and I'll certainly make things right between us.''

TARA POV

I was crying my heart out staring at Andrew’s photo on my phone.

''For once I thought you liked me or at least felt something more when you kissed me'' I sob tearfully.

But I was wrong you were just looking for a replacement for you to have Camille back. I don’t even know why she even looks like me I cry.
