Selena

"Steven?!" I said shockingly. I knew there was a chance to meet him by coincidence but not so fast!

Steven licked his lips and wrapped his arms around my waist with his shameless behavior as he used to. "Yes honey, did you miss me?" Missed him! For God’s sake! I kicked him out of my house millions of times!

I opened my mouth in disbelief. "What the hell are you doing?" I glanced back at Noah who was watching us in silence with no interruption until this point.

Steven smirked. "Huh?! I'm a businessman and my father is an ambassador, remember?! Undoubtedly, I am invited!" Steven glared at me for long. His eyes made me want to throw up. I don't know why I trapped myself with this superficial egotistical guy before! I should slap my face for sleeping with him!

I raised an eyebrow, trying to release myself from his grip. "I'm not talking about this Steven!"

"Then about what my dear Selena?" Steven widened his eyes in stupidity.

I frowned, throwing him a death glare. "About kissing my cheeks, hugging me and wrapping your grubby hands around my waist! GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME NOW STEVEN!" I hollered, pushing him with my all strength away.

Steven rolled his eyes annoyed "Huh? I am your boyfriend Selena!"

"Her boyfriend?!" Noah uttered, staring at me with deadly and mysterious eyes.

Steven crossed his arms over his chest and mumbled. "Yes Mr. Noah! But how did you meet Selena? How do you know her?" Steven gazed at Noah.

I blurted out, cutting the crap. "Steven is not my boyfriend! Ex-boyfriend actually." I wanted to clear the things with Steven but I wanted to inform Noah at the same time. I like him. I have never met someone like him before. Over a span of the whole of my life, I was searching for someone with the same personality as Noah.

"YOU ARE MINE FOREVER SELENA," Steven hollered and pulled me to his chest.

Noah pulled me to his back and pushed Steven away. "WATCH YOUR MOUTH STEVEN!" Noah warned Steven sternly with a scary glare.

"What? Did you fall for her too? Needless to say, she didn't waste her time at all!" Steven murmured.

I raised my hands up and slapped Steven’s face without thinking twice. My bad temper was the worst of me. I didn't know how to repress my anger plus he pressed on my nerves and he was off limits this time. "F'ck you Steven! Don't even start! I've warned you before, one more word and I will cut your throat!" I groaned.

"Yes, in your country not in my country! You have no connections here!" Steven raised an eyebrow.

"In fact, it's my country and she is mine!" Noah blurted out boldly. Steven trembled and remained muted, eyeballing Noah.

I shouted flabbergasted, "What?!" They think I'm a toy and they could decide my life instead of me?!

Noah dragged me away. "Come with me now Selena!" he firmly said trying to curb his anger but his eyes said how much he was irritated! Did he fall in love?! Or the dangerous man inside him hates taking what's his! I was wondering in my mind.

I halted and turned my head to him. "Why you said that?! I am not yours! I am staying here with you just for a while that's all." I narrowed my eyes to Noah.

Noah rubbed his chin, turning his head slowly to me. "You have to thank me for protecting you!" he smirked sheepishly, as he wanted to tell me that I'm a weak woman faking up how strong I was. For God’s sake! I should tell him my real identity but I couldn't now.

I crossed my arms over my chest and laughed hysterically, looking up and down to him. "Protecting me?! I can handle this! You don't know me yet."

Noah slammed the wall angrily. "Then tell me now! How did you come to such conferences? Who invited you?" he loudly roared, pinning me to the wall and leaning down to my face, leaving no distance between our eyes as if he was invading my soul.

I cleared my throat. "I can attend any..." I sighed and paused. His affection was strong over me. He can pull the truth easily but I tried to control myself. Maybe the others fear him but I do like him.

Noah moved his fingers to my cheeks gently and said huskily, as if he was pleading to tell him my reality. "What Selena?"

But we were distracted and intercepted by one of the managers who shouted, "Mr. Noah."

Noah swung his head fast. "What's wrong?"

The manager panted, barely breathing. It was so visible he was running. "There's a bomb in the hotel!!"
