Chapter 8: Get ready

[1 month later....] 10 pm

Y/N P.O.V

Everything had never been better for me in the past month. Sana and her health was finally starting to stabilize. I accompany her to the hospital from Monday to Friday for her radiation therapy. The doctor said that the radiation therapy will take place for one more month for her cancer cells to die. Sana's uncle came back from London for the treatment but soon had to leave after her condition got better. The school got to know about her condition and granted her a leave until she recovers because Sana needs complete rest.

She can't get really tired, so as the overprotective friend you know I am, I forced her to live with me so that I can be there for her whenever she needs me. She said she won't live with me permanently but I am okay with that. This past month we got really close to each other and now that she lives with me, we are more than friends. We are sisters. Of course Yoongi had no objection of her living with us. I have a feeling he likes Sana. Every time he sees her, his face becomes paler than usual and he starts sweating, not to mention how he stutters when he talks to her. 

Haha, anyways. I am surrounded by the people that I love and who love me. Taehyung is someone who has really snuck into my heart. Due to my abhorrent dating past, I lost hope in finding someone who would actually love me but now that I have Taehyung, all that lost hope has come back to me as if it was waiting to return. Speaking of Taehyung, I have a date with him tomorrow night as it was my birthday today. Yoongi threw me a small surprise party with only our closest friends but Tae wants to celebrate my birthday with him tomorrow too as because he said he still has one more surprise for me. As if the gold pendent wasn't enough, he got me another gift. I am worried if he got something expensive but I have never felt this excited to go out with someone. Yoongi still doesn't know about Tae but I am planning on telling him as soon as possible. I will, because I know he trusts me and my judgement.

In the past month I found out so much about Taehyung. His parents died at an early age and then he inherited the enormous fortune left behind by his parents for him. So in short, he is quite rich and since he is 19, he is old enough to use the money. But I don't really care. I love him, and not for his money. I love him for being himself. Even though he is rich, he never lets that pride get in the way of him and his thoughts, which is why I started loving him even more.

Taehyung is a completely different person from who I thought he would be. I never imagined to have someone as him to love me, who can literally have any girl, but he chose me. Every day he reminds me of how beautiful I am to him and he showed me how to love myself when no one else was able to do it.

My love for him blooms each 24 hours and I can't think of a day without him. Whenever I see him looking at me or even taking a small peek at me, my heart starts racing like crazy, when he smiles to me with those beautiful thin delicate lips is just so heart-warming, the way he makes me so nervous with his soft touches on my body is distracting as hell (especially when I am in class) and how he sends shivers down my whole body when he whispers the words I like to hear in my ears "I love you".

Is this what real love feels like? Is this how you feel when you actually love someone? Your heart starts beating rapidly, you start sweating the moment the person you love is in front of you and there are butterflies in your stomach, is this true love? If this is true love, it would never end right? If it's real, it will never be over. And I am sure of it.

Dear Diary,

It's been a month since I have been dating Y/N and this past month has been the best one in my whole entire life. I never knew I would get someone as perfect as Y/N in my life and I am so thankful for her. 

I am not surprised that I'm deeply in love with Y/N because I fell in love with her the day I saw her but I still think she doesn't trust me fully yet due to how I have played with other girls' feelings.

She is a very special girl and she is worthy of much more. She is the most beautiful person in my sight and everything about her is just so perfect. The way her graceful, slender curves flow along with her body, the way her beauteous eyes scrunch into smaller ones when she laughs, when her plump lips that taste so sweet like cherry, turn into a wide smile and how piercing her sharp jawline can be is so attracting. She can be as hot as hell but very adorable at the same time, and I love that about her. Honestly, she's that amazing. Looks aren't the only thing that matters to me. Y/N is such a thoughtful girl and she never fails to impresses me with her wise decisions and how she helps others. She has a kind heart, unlike the people today.

Y/N told me I will soon be meeting her brother and honestly, I am quite nervous, but I will make him believe that I am the right person for Y/N. I did meet him today at Y/N's party, but I only greeted him as Y/N's friend. He doesn't know we are a thing soooo. Anyways, tomorrow is a big day because I have a date with Y/N tomorrow since she turned 19 today!! I wanted to surprise her with something big so I decided to prepare a date for her. I have the most gigantic present for her and I know she would love it because Y/N wanted it for a long time. 

Since I have no school tomorrow, I would be able to pick up the present in the morning and then start preparing for the date. I'm so excited that I can't even sleep. I'm so curious to see Y/N's reaction when she sees her present. I bet she would be super happy. Okay, I wrote a lot and my hand hurts. Byeee.

[Next Day] Taehyung's apartment

Taehyung was getting ready for his date with Y/N as he had to pick her up in about 30 minutes.

Taehyung was wearing a gorgeous Italian-cut tuxedo that showed off his slim and lithesome body, a simple white shirt underneath, he wore a classic black bow with shiny, elegant black crocodile shoes. For the accessories, he wore a cool punk style earring in one of his ear and a sophisticated watch that rested on his thin wrist.

His brown hair were perfectly straight as silk. He finally sprayed on some perfume and looked in the mirror to see his graceful reflection, which made him say, "Wow! You look good Taehyung!"

He grinned at his childish behavior before taking a hold of his car keys and left his apartment. 

Taehyung P.O.V

It's currently 7:35 pm and I am standing outside Y/N's house. knocked on the door but I got no response. My heart started pounding, wondering if she is okay. Suddenly the sound of my phone interrupted my thoughts. I opened my phone to see a text from Y/N.

"Come inside Tae. I will be in the living room in a few minutes. :)"

I smiled at my screen before replying to her with an "okay". I went inside and sat on the couch. I played a game on my phone while waiting for Y/N to come downstairs. While I was busy on my phone, I heard a sound of heels tapping against the surface of the floor. I looked up from my phone to see the most stunning person on earth, Y/N.

She was wearing a dark red off-shoulder dress with lace sleeves and red high heels and holding a black classy clutch in her hands. Her makeup was flawless! The smokey eye-shadow really brings out the beauty in her eyes, the eyeliner so sharp and perfect, and the red coverage on her lips are so tempting. Her curled styled hair looks amazing. Honestly, she is perfect. She is even wearing the gold pendent I gifted her yesterday.

Taehyung P.O.V ends

Y/N was standing in front of Taehyung who was practically drooling over how stunning his girlfriend looked. His mouth was wide open and his eyes were twice opened compared to his mouth. 

Y/N was quite nervous but she stepped forward towards the man who was staring at her dead on. She approached him and close to him to close his mouth with her hand and said while looking down, "Kim Taehyung, stop staring. It's a bad habit to do so."

Finally Taehyung stepped out from his thoughts and stammered, "Y...you look amazing!"

"Thanks. Sana helped me a lot, but I feel like the makeup is too much for a date."

"Y/N, you look perfect. There's nothing to worry about."

"Okay. But look at you! You look really handsome, Taehyung.", Y/N said while fixing his bow tie.

Taehyung's ears turned red and he was blushing. For the first time!

Y/N noticed which made her burst into laughter. Taehyung couldn't face her out of shame. He grabbed Y/N's wrist gently and let her to the car, without making eye contact with her with a shy smile on his face. Today was going to be the best night of her life but she doesn't know what's coming for her today. She sure will be surprised!
