At silvers new school, Mr Antony took silver to see the principally

Mr Antony:Good morning Principal wood this is my niece I spoke about.

  

Silver : Morning sir

  

Principal woods: it is nice to meet you my dear. How are you.

    

Silver: I am fine sir

    

Principal woods : Good. Well Mr Anthony has fill me in on everything going on in your life. I’ve also checked you grades in your previous school and they are very excellent. But we can’t put you in the senior year, you have to redo your junior year and if your grades are still as good then I can consider sending you to the senior class. 

     

Silver: thank you very much sir I really appreciate.

   

Principal woods: just do your best. I know it would be hard since you have to work but I except nothing but the best from you okay. 

   

Silver: okay sir , I would not let you down

   

Principal woods: 

okay okay go down the hall , and go to the teachers room. Ask miss Helen to take you to your class , and ask her to see me immediately.

  

Silver: okay sir, bye bro Ant(gives him and assuring look that she would be fine before exiting the room).

  

Mr Antony: principal wood I really appreciate this, and please this information about who she really is should be kept a secret since her life is in danger.

   

Principal woods: I understand mr ant, I would do anything I can to help her .

  

Mr Antony: I have to go now , take good care of her for me please. Thank you and have a nice day.

After the class silver saw her neighbour who is in senior year. She waved at him but he didn’t reply to her greeting. Sam was one of the most popular boys in school, tall, fair well built body. Sam is the champion of the swimming team. He has won the championship medal 

thrice in a row. That made him very popular, apart from been handsome he was also a brilliant boy. The best in his science class , walking with Sam was his friend joe and his girlfriend Miranda . Sam had a twin bro Simon , although Simon was handsome he was not that popular he too had a dream of becoming one of the best lawyers in the country.  

  

On seeing how rude his brother was to their neighbour he walked up to her.

 Silver: (focussing on her meal when a young handsome guy walked up to her , he looked familiar, she was a little surprised because she didn’t understand how the rude guy she had greeted changed his clothes and hairstyle in such a short time. ) Hey , what’s up with your change of clothes, and why did you act like you did not know me a while ago.

Simon: sorry about that , I guess he doesn’t really know you that’s why

Silver: who is he ain’t you( before she could complete her statement Sam and his friends walked pass ) oh! Now I understand. Am sorry for the error , you must be Simon.

Simon: yes (smile) and that dude over there is my twin brother Sam.

Silver: funny how identical you guys are, I gues you were the one uncle Antony introduced me to yesterday.

Simon: guilty as charged, so why ain’t you rolling with us in the senior class. 

Silver: I missed a few years in school so I have to write a lot of tests and exams to make up for those years, but not to worry I’d be joining you guys next semester. 

Simon: that means a lot of work load for you. 

Silver: yes and I have to work in between, but not to worry am up for the challenge. 

Simon:And what do you plan on studying in college.

Silver: am going for a law degree

Simon: Wow same as me, then I guess we can study together. 

Silver : I’d really appreciate that because am far behind.

Simon: not to worry you got the best art student behind you. And I believe Mr Antony when he said you are very brilliant.

Silver: oh real! 

Don’t get your hopes too High, I might be better than you hahahahahahaha

Simon: what! you must be kidding, I never expected that. 

  

  

Both continue their conversation before the bell for the end of lunch break. They decided to go home together and since Simon has his car it would make everything easy for Silver. 

   

After closing hour Simon went to silvers class to pick her up. 

 Simon: Hey are you not done.

Silver: Hold for some minutes , I need to pack the books I collected from my seat mate. 

Simon: Don’t worry let me get that for you, let’s go before you get late for work . You know you must make a good first impression.

 Silver : that’s true , what’s the time .

Simon : the time is 1:05 pm .

Silver: I have to resume work by 2:30 , I still have some time to freshen up. 

Simon. Yeah I guess so, just hurry okay. 

 They got in the car and Simon dropped silver at the front of her house.

Simon: alright see you by seven. 

Silver: yeah, remember to search for any old notes of yours that might be of help to me.

Simon : okay .

Silver walks in and Simon parked the car and went into the house. 

 Sam: finally you’re back

Simon: yeah I had to wait up for silver. 

Sam: And why was that b**** waving at me like she knows me or something 

Simon: if you haven’t forgotten we look alike bro, and perhaps it was not her fault. She’s Antony’s niece from outta town and he brought her here for proper introduction last night, but you weren’t at home so she practically mistook you for me. I think she lost her parents so she’s here to survive .

Sam : Hmmm okay

Simon: (going upstairs) Less I forget don’t call her names ever again, she’s a decent girl . She ain’t like to spoilt brats running after you bro. 

Sam: I keep telling you that all girls are the same want to try.

Simon: (looks at him with an angry face) Back off bro she’s under my protection. 

Sam:(smiling ) okay don’t say I didn’t one you.

Simon: am serious she’s off limits for you ,do not test my patience Sam. 

Sam: uh huh

Simon went upstairs. 

Silver took her bath and rushed down to work. The eatery where she works isn’t that far from her house 

just 3 miles away, she rode the old bike in Antony’s garage ...
